Teach employees basic courtesy. They only say "Hello" when the customer says hello first. The words "Thank you" and "Please" are completely unfamiliar to them. The penultimate time I picked up an order, the employee just closed the item during business hours and left. She returned slowly, seeing that three clients were waiting for her. Another young employee sits with his head down and pretends that he doesn't see anyone, so that the stream of people goes not to him, but to the next counter. It's generally great! And today he gave me the goods from the order, almost throwing them on the counter.

Employees change quite often, but the quality of work does not get better from this, they are dissatisfied, the treatment of visitors is not friendly, the feeling that you have come not to receive a high-quality service, but to provide it. It's a pity there's no other point closer to home, otherwise I wouldn't go. 3 stars just because I understand that the job is not the easiest and probably the level of pay for such work is low, otherwise why are people so unhappy there!?
