Hello, we stayed in this mini-hotel several times because it was convenient to get to the hospital, there are no more pros , only cons ,cheap service ,no personal hygiene products, the shower is broken, and they take a deposit of 15,000 t tenge , then they do not return , accusing that they broke everything there I start with a bed that stands on two sticks and under the bottom is thin plywood, the toilet is broken off, we did not pay attention to it, but in the end we said that we did it, they also hung it on us on a cheap chipboard table.I was being treated in the hospital, and after the operation I was lying on this bed, maybe it broke, but should we be responsible for the quality of the furniture, the shower is broken, there is nowhere to hang it, and after 10 days of stay we were informed that the price had risen, which we did not expect coming to a foreign city, the bed of the cheapest quality synthetic is impossible sleep, but okay, it doesn't matter, I brought my own because I know their service.An unpleasant situation.I do not advise you to spend such money for a cheap service.For 13 days of stay, no cleaning, as after I was informed that this is a paid service, additional cleaning costs 2000 tenge.
