Then we were told that we needed to pay for the door measurement of 25 rubles, and sent to the accounting department, which is also nearby. And then some strange things began. For about 15 minutes, four accountants did not serve us in the absence of clients (only us). Just a succinct one - Wait. After 15 minutes, it was still possible to pay for 5 minutes for the services of a measurer. 30 minutes to place an order (one door from the gallery without frills). The speed of work is mind-blowing, a great "delight" from the organization of the work of the accounting department. On Wednesday, the measurer arrived, did everything, told about various nuances and little things. We liked it. He said that on Thursday or Friday they would call from the office and invite you to make an advance payment. But the consultant also said that they would not call back until Monday or Tuesday. A WEEK FOR BILLING, SERIOUSLY????
But a week passed, followed by another and another, but no one called. 25 rubles, 30km round trip, 2.5 hours of time with the road wasted and more than four weeks of waiting. There are no doors.
Is it really so difficult to serve a client who came to you himself and is ready to give his money for your work? Spending a lot of money on advertising, you can't organize normal work with clients???
Very unpleasantly surprised!!!
Bonus: the production time of the doors is 75!!!!! Working days!!! In less time, your car will be assembled in China to order and brought to Belarus!!! But these are doors, it's much more complicated. 🥴

And in the end there were 3 extra goods (of course, less money was paid) - again, take it yourself ...
And the storekeeper with a cheeky look declares that it is not a fact that he will accept them and begins to examine them very carefully, finds a hair scratch 3-5 mm. And he claims that he immediately said that it was not a fact that he would accept.
There is still a lot to write about, and about the director, who promised to figure it out and give feedback, but never gave it. And about the statements for 45 minutes - 1 hour, allegedly because of the new program and about the installers, who also said that now Yurkas only works like a conveyor, take the money, and then your problems. For myself, I definitely crossed out this company as a customer-oriented one.

The prices are not exactly low, but they are quite acceptable. In any case, they are not overstated. The shipment is fast. If you are going to buy doors, then plan to stay there for 3 hours, of which it will take 30 minutes to choose and 30 for receiving / loading, and 2 hours for registration / discharge. The staff is very ordinary, they just do their job as best they can. I recommend you to visit, taking into account the information above.

We ordered the entrance doors in the yurkas salon. It turned out in the contract that we buy them from the door leader company. When they signed the contract 2 times, they clarified that they would be delivered to us and taken up by elevator to the apartment? Moreover, they stressed to the apartment, they said if you pay for the delivery, then of course.
At one point, when they were in another city, they called and said the door was ready, they should pick it up within 5 days. When asked about the delivery, they replied we can pay for it, but they will unload it on the street, we have never had delivery to the apartment. I had to give up everything and go to Minsk.
Recommended installers who can deliver, lift and install. The installers at the first call said we will install and deliver for 140 rubles, when they arrived and removed the door from the developer, they said it was with a mirror, and heavy, so it would cost 195 rubles. Without the front door, there's nowhere to go. By the way, the installers take the doors themselves.
After installation, I saw that the mirror was crooked. The installers said not our problems, the seller write a complaint, attach a photo, we will respond within 14 days. The next day they called back and said to send a photo with a stamp of the otc, we will make a complaint to the factory.
On the 14th day, I call and ask if 14 days have passed. They said you should have been refused before installation.
All dialogues after the purchase are conducted in a rough form, some sell, others manufacture, others install.
It hurts to look at the mirror of the door with your eyes, it seems that you have put on powerful glasses. Accept the door before installation, when it is closed and attached to the wall of the entrance with the inside side ... .
Go to a meeting and replace the cover plate with a mirror, this is taken into account by conscientious sellers.

They asked me to say hello - I'm passing it on, only to the management of the Yurkas company: in such large organizations, when switching to new software, it is necessary to give the opportunity to work in both the old version and the new one. And only after the functionality of the new software includes all the functionality of the old one (and surpasses it) - make a complete transition. Well, okay, because the main thing is to pay a lot of money for the implementation of CRM, and the fact that ordinary employees will suffer is nothing terrible, the "cactus" is not so prickly.

В наличии огромный зыринг ))) или выставка дверей межкомнатных, дверей входных, дверная фурнитура. Плюс ко всему этому отличный персонал, который все расскажет, подскажет, оформит. Плюс есть кафе с отличным кофе. Из минусов - далековато ехать из боровлян. Но если выбираешь двери в квартиру или дом, то тытуда едешь один или два раза максимум, но зато выберешь то, что действительно подходит, ибо посмотреть в живую - это важно в данном случае.

The review is negative. In September 2023, 2 urban doors were purchased. Upon pickup, the warehouse doors were provided for inspection. They are packed in a translucent film, with foam around the edges. That is, it is impossible to closely examine the door leaf itself without opening the package and removing all protective elements. No mechanical damage was found on the packaging, and therefore we took the doors away. Subsequently, the packaging was opened by the master and a white adhesive tape was found on the canvas in a place hidden by foam, near which there was damage (tearing of the door covering material). Of course, after contacting the organization, there was a refusal to return, as we took the doors, signed the act, and at the time of inspection we found nothing. There was no answer to the question of how the tape with the mark of the damaged area turned out to be under the package.
At the moment, there is a long appeal process ahead.
The advice to those who still decided to purchase the doors of the specified organization is to be more careful, since the company is not interested in solving the problems that have arisen, refers to the formal clauses in the contracts.
Advice to everyone else - do not become their customers.

3. Installation is not done by themselves. They give IP phones that...... just don't send three letters. Of the three: one is busy then on vacation, the second is just busy, the third in principle does not do such work. Total: the first two said they could record well there in 4 months. Well, the price corresponds. I (the client) had to solve this problem myself.
4. The doors were brought. There is an arrangement for installation for tomorrow. The installers arrived, they didn't even take the tool for the first time. I ask why? Let's see what they brought you.... And the bastards are right! Out of 8 boxes, 4 were not brought by me. The installation is disrupted. The working day is lost. The installers said that the usual situation with YURKAS. Customer! Solve the problem!!!
5. Found my boxes. Unloaded to the wrong person. The driver said he would bring it over the weekend. It can't be earlier. I'm sitting waiting. The day off is passing..... There is no call. The day is lost.

As a result, when installing the doors, it turned out that the measurement was made incorrectly, and we need to pay an additional 60 rubles. for trimming the bars. Also, the locks for the doors, which were negotiated in advance, were not completed. The door installer (recommended by Yurkas), made a scandal about the fact that we want to pay these 60 rubles by bank transfer, behaved inappropriately, threatened that he would not cut anything at all (since it was not his fault that the measurement was not correct) and would leave everything unfinished. As a result, after 2 days, the door sill and the casing fell off. The installation was not done efficiently, the measurement was not performed correctly and additional money and nerves were spent. The money was never refunded, as there was no receipt, due to payment in cash, and not by bank transfer (as we originally wanted). We do not recommend contacting this company.

Terrible store!
We came several times, chose a door with a mirror inside (a peephole above the locks to the side). The price indicated in the hall: 1145.17p
Upon registration of the door, the price soared to 1199.15p (which we were not warned about).
Okay, it's not a big deal. Let's move on.
Delivery is free, lifting to the floor and installation is paid, it is carried out by third—party sole proprietors, a list of which is provided (by the way, are they really third-party? Or they are simply registered as sole proprietors. They work in gray, without checks and a terminal).
We chose one of the sole proprietors and agreed on delivery. And then the most interesting thing begins!
On the day of delivery, the wrong door was brought! The peephole turned out to be embedded in the mirror, it looks terrible! While the issue with the managers was being resolved, the door was brought into the apartment, unpacked, the old door was removed and they began installing a new one, foaming the box for sound insulation. Why, if they said that the door is NOT the RIGHT one and now the issue of replacement will be resolved.
Then, when I realized that the situation was getting out of control, I went to the person who took the door. During this time, the door was thrown into the apartment, they were given to sign the act of acceptance and transfer and "they gave me slippers."
When I arrived at the address, I saw an idle apartment without a door, and a frustrated girl in tears!
As a result: the manager refused to replace the door, because the box had already been sealed and the acceptance certificate was signed. Arguments about the fact that the wrong door was initially shipped, and the box turned out to be frothy due to the sloppiness of the sole proprietors (with whom they cooperate) did not help. The transfer and acceptance certificate was given to the girl to sign with the argument that this signature was for the door being delivered. But, alas, the day was ruined.
As a result: I strongly advise you to avoid this store (and most likely all "YURKAS"). There is absolutely no customer orientation and terrible work of the call center staff, the head of the sales department. The whole situation was stretched out in time as best they could!

Крайне недоволен салоном и поставщиком Юркас в целом.
По порядку
Приехал в салон посмотреть и заказать двери.
По факту остановился на модели – Винтер Нора 1 ДГ.
1. Консультант посчитала стоимость. Однако не предупредила, что данные полотна только под заказ. Каково было моё удивление через месяц, когда я приехал в Юркас оформлять договор, что их нет в наличии и необходимо ждать полотна.
2. Ладно сроки не сильно горели (был ориентировочно месяц до строительной готовности квартиры) – при составлении бланка заказа и предоплате за полотна – сказали, мол через месяц полотна будут готовы, скорее всего приедут даже раньше. С чистым сердцем заплатил предоплату и стал ждать двери.
Примерно через дней 20 поинтересовался, когда ждать заказ – на что мне сказали ждите еще ориентировочно месяц на изготовление.
После неоднократного обращения в Юркас и переписки с менеджером (телефон банально не брали) так и не смог ничего добиться. Ни извинений, ни каких-либо вариантов решения возникшей проблемы.
Еще умудрились сказать мол чем вы не довольны у нас с Вами в договоре срок на изготовление до 70 дней!!!!
Такого хамства никак не ожидал.
3. Вишенка на торте – полотна Winter Нора ДГ приехали без подготовки под врезной магнитный замок. При том, что на сайте и при покупке меня уверяли, что все полотна идут с завода только с подготовкой под врезной магнитный замок и других опций не существует. На вопрос каким образом мы будем решать возникшую ситуацию при отгрузке менеджер по телефону стала уверять, что так и должно быть. Компенсировать разницу в стоимости или каким-либо иным способом решить вопрос отказались.
Крайне негативное впечатление о работе компании.

Awful. Do not buy doors in Yurkas! I had previously heard about the negativity, but I liked the doors, decided to take a chance. And in vain. They're cheating. They bring the wrong door on purpose, so that they can then demand an additional payment with thousands of explanations, confusing the client. Although we ordered two identical ones. Production deadlines are violated. They do not give any contract on measurements, then they use the same, saying that the client himself ordered the door incorrectly and require an additional payment. In general, I do not recommend it.
