We have been choosing and browsing the Internet for a long time and decided to leave the choice to this organization. On Monday morning, my wife and I went to the opening of the main office in the area of the New Courtyard. The road is not very good in places, and a little far from Minsk, well, it didn't seem like a problem. We walked, chose, looked, felt, evaluated. Having decided on the choice, a consultant was called to clarify the details. He clarified and explained everything. We went to place an order with him. Everything was completed in 5-7 minutes. Then we were told that we needed to pay for the door measurement of 25 rubles, and sent to the accounting department, which is also nearby. And then some strange things began. For about 15 minutes, four accountants did not serve us in the absence of clients (only us). Just a succinct one - Wait. After 15 minutes, it was still possible to pay for 5 minutes for the services of a measurer. 30 minutes to place an order (one door from the gallery without frills). The speed of work is mind-blowing, a great "delight" from the organization of the work of the accounting department. On Wednesday, the measurer arrived, did everything, told about various nuances and little things. We liked it. He said that on Thursday or Friday they would call from the office and invite you to make an advance payment. But the consultant also said that they would not call back until Monday or Tuesday. A WEEK FOR BILLING, SERIOUSLY????
But a week passed, followed by another and another, but no one called. 25 rubles, 30km round trip, 2.5 hours of time with the road wasted and more than four weeks of waiting. There are no doors.
Is it really so difficult to serve a client who came to you himself and is ready to give his money for your work? Spending a lot of money on advertising, you can't organize normal work with clients???
Very unpleasantly surprised!!!
Bonus: the production time of the doors is 75!!!!! Working days!!! In less time, your car will be assembled in China to order and brought to Belarus!!! But these are doors, it's much more complicated. 🥴

An organization with a disgusting attitude towards customers. We ordered a door to a private house. There was an understanding about the door, but the consultant is clearly a loser, when the client's eyes see the door they like, it does not mean at all that this door suits you. We changed the lock 3 times, everything is rusting, the answer to the question is to replace something with another, we have one model of accessories.. Ouch! And the departure of the installer is a separate song, the complaint can be considered for a month, and after another two months a "specialist" with an intern will arrive, he will cough up the whole porch, throw bullheads, there are more mats in speech than Russian words and leave, and then he will say nothing like that happened.

The shortage of the order is the fault of the manager - you need to call for several days in a row and you only get through from another phone (surprisingly)) They will also offer paid delivery.
They brought the doors and said, "do not unpack, our master will unpack and arrange everything himself if there are defects." The masters who are advised are ignored. As a result, we unpack with the master from the side - a scratch on the door, broken platbands. To make a complaint, you need to dig through dirty films (read garbage) to find all the barcodes, markings, and so on. As a result, no one cares about the terms of consideration, which are violated, and your problem is your own fault, you had to look, the scratch is visible under the film. Apparently, they have never seen in what condition and with what quality of film these very doors come to customers. Then why are these "don't unpack the doors" stories? As a result, we have been installing doors for 2 months)

Disgusting attitude towards customers!!! When making a deposit for the door, the customer was not notified about the terms of delivery and installation of the door. It turns out that they have paid for it, and we will find out when it is necessary to take away the doors, the boorish attitude and behavior of employees! It would be fine if the doors were not for 5000 rubles, then I agree to pay for the delivery, well, the guys could make a gift for an expensive door. Oh well.
The delivery was ordered for the first half of the day, as a result, it was delivered for my money by 6 pm, well, thanks for that. And they don't have movers, open the 120 kg door yourself as you want!!!! It's good that the driver helped and took a loader just in case (and it wasn't free).
There are many more nuances, I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!! We will also look at the door in operation.

The showroom has excellent service and excellent consultants. There is a large exhibition of door fittings. Everything is convenient and all in one place. The showroom itself is located in the countryside, it is not very convenient to get to it, although I note that transportation to the showroom by public transport is organized. Of the 11 doors, 9 were already changed under warranty, and then they were changed and brought 7-9 doors each time and they were taken back, new doors arrived immediately with a guarantee. He repeatedly asked me to contact the complaints department, no one has even apologized for a year and a half. I highly recommend it . I made the order on 09.2023. It's already 12.2024. I ordered 6 sets of interior doors.
The fittings were not delivered.
Then it turned out that the goods were shipped in the wrong shade.
And every time they don't have cars for this week - only for the next, so take them yourself, change them yourself.
And in the end there were 3 extra goods (of course, less money was paid) - again, take it yourself ...
And the storekeeper with a cheeky look declares that it is not a fact that he will accept them and begins to examine them very carefully, finds a hair scratch 3-5 mm. And he claims that he immediately said that it was not a fact that he would accept.
There is still a lot to write about, and about the director, who promised to figure it out and give feedback, but never gave it. And about the statements for 45 minutes - 1 hour, allegedly because of the new program and about the installers, who also said that now Yurkas only works like a conveyor, take the money, and then your problems. For myself, I definitely crossed out this company as a customer-oriented one.

The prices are not exactly low, but they are quite acceptable. In any case, they are not overstated. The shipment is fast. If you are going to buy doors, then plan to stay there for 3 hours, of which it will take 30 minutes to choose and 30 for receiving / loading, and 2 hours for registration / discharge. The staff is very ordinary, they just do their job as best they can. I recommend you to visit, taking into account the information above.

06/19/2024 at about 15:15, I contacted the technical support of the Yurkas company about the upload files for online stores in my personal account. I got through the third time (the first two calls were simply reset after a certain time). I ask the operator girl: "how to access the upload files in my personal account." She's asking me: "price list"? This was the end of the communication, the level of competence just went off the scale right away. Okay, I say, "OK, let's get the price list." Answer: "there is no such function yet, but you can contact your manager and he will send it to you." I'm trying to explain that I don't need a price list, but an upload file, as it used to be, and our manager doesn't dream at all about these upload files (they are for online store support). Answer: "If the manager doesn't know, then give him my regards. I repeat to you for the third time that there is no such functionality yet."
They asked me to say hello - I'm passing it on, only to the management of the Yurkas company: in such large organizations, when switching to new software, it is necessary to give the opportunity to work in both the old version and the new one. And only after the functionality of the new software includes all the functionality of the old one (and surpasses it) - make a complete transition. Well, okay, because the main thing is to pay a lot of money for the implementation of CRM, and the fact that ordinary employees will suffer is nothing terrible, the "cactus" is not so prickly.
