The quality of the grains is excellent, the roasting is smooth. The aroma is stunning, for the whole apartment, and the taste is rich, deep, without excessive bitterness — with a pleasant, slightly sweet aftertaste. Coffee is excellent both in its pure form and with milk. Special respect for my favorite Grizzly: it has the perfect balance of strength and softness.
