I have been living here for 18 years and I can say with confidence that the building offers the best view of Kurmangazy in the city. I've been to many residential complexes and different viewing platforms, but no place compares to this review. From here, the city is clearly visible - from the Kazakhstan Hotel and the Aktobe TV tower to the Rozybakieva shopping center and even further west. In winter, the night views are simply mesmerizing, especially Shymkent, which seems to hover in the dark above the lights of our metropolis. In the spring, the city is surrounded by greenery against the background of the snow-white peaks of the Trans-Ili Alatau - this is a breathtaking sight. And what incredible sunsets there are... If you dream of waking up every morning, opening the curtains and seeing all the natural power and beauty of our beautiful Almaty, then you will love it here!
