плюсов нет, минусы во всем, куда ни глянь все плохо. В подъезде не моют, вонь от канализации уже год, ничего сделать не могут или не хотят. По факту находятся сейчас на Кирова 61, номера телефона которые есть в инете не актуальные. В ЖКУ мне дали вот этот номер 8 912 850 34 95, но и он отключен, может кому-то повезет и он дозвонится. Если у вас есть выбор, ни за что не соглашайтесь на эту УК.
