Terrible Zhetisu store. We were extremely dissatisfied. We bought a cake — it turned out to be stale, with mold, it is clear that the product has been lying for a long time. It's just dangerous for your health. We took the sausage — it also turned out to be overdue. There is a feeling that old products are being sold here without any control. When they tried to return the goods, the money was not returned and the issue was not resolved properly. Moreover, there is a feeling that the cashier may add something extra to the receipt — be careful. This attitude towards customers is unacceptable. We do not recommend this store to anyone. If the issue is not resolved and the money is not returned, we will contact law enforcement and consumer protection authorities.
