I like the LCD. In my opinion, it is the most comfortable for living, because everything is close. The area is generally good too, decent people live. Of course, the parking lot is small, but it's like everywhere else. We rented an apartment on vacation several times. The concierge and cleanliness are very pleasing. The apartments were quiet, without unnecessary noise. Animals don't pee in elevators. It seems to me that the layout of the apartments is not very good for buying. Because the apartments are small, then just the bedrooms turn out to be tiny with huge windows and a sleeping place by the window. It's bad to ventilate, it's blowing. These windows are cold in winter, I think it's not comfortable. The architect was so-so. Such houses are suitable for the South, but not particularly for our climate.

A wonderful LCD! Everything is within walking distance. There are no garbage chutes, cool neighbors, expensive beautiful cars and people! Schools, salons, parks, kindergartens, metro, shopping malls and baths, fitness rooms and restaurants ! The ceiling height is 2.7 meters, electric domes, panoramic windows, noise is not worse than panels!

You can find fault with a lot, but there is a park nearby and a modern lobby in the entrance, I like living in this house.Still, there would be a supermarket and there would be no price for this place. A very nice and comfortable LCD! We rented an apartment while visiting the city of Minsk. The metro station is within walking distance through the beautiful picturesque Chelyuskintsev Park.

A good LCD, however, there is a problem with Parking. Nearby there is Chelyuskintsev Park within walking distance. Since there are a lot of people, you have to wait 2-3 minutes for the elevator on a busy day. Concierges sometimes don't want to open the door, it's not clear why.

Calm and quiet, with the Moskovskaya metro station or Chelyuskintsev Park nearby, near the house there is a stop, Parking, shopping center.in the house itself there is a large selection of cafes (with food delivery to the house), various shops, salons, WB, ozone - in general, everything you need in the yard.

Not a bad neighborhood! The place is quiet, far from major highways. Near kindergarten, music school. In the basements there are shops with normal prices, cafes, a pharmacy, there is a sports ground and a children's playground. Near Chelyuskintsev Park and the children's railway. Moskovskaya metro station is 15 minutes away by a leisurely walk through the park.
Parking, like everywhere else in a multi-storey building, is a problem in the evenings.

A nice, large LCD. Convenient access routes. There are playgrounds in the courtyard. In the basement there are mini markets, pick-up points, coffee shops and cafes. There are also studios and beauty salons. A good Blonde&Brunette beauty salon is located on the outside of house 12B.

A great area to live in. Nearby there is everything you need: near the metro, a cool park, shops, children. gardens. Of the minuses, the school 20 which houses belong to. The school is more than 1 km away. I think it's a little far. The second disadvantage is parking, it is overloaded as much as possible. 3-5% of parking spaces are free during the day, there are no chances to park according to the rules in the evening.

Современный многофункциональный и уютный жилой комплекс, впечатляющий своей архитектурой, удобным расположением и соседством с городским парком культуры и отдыха имени Челюскинцев. Не живя здесь, но попав в гости к друзьям, живущим в этом "конгломерате", хочется подольше у них задержаться и погостить 😊 .

Детские площадки всего две на такой огромный комплекс и очень маленькие, сэкономили на оборудовании для детей. Дворы тесные, с трудом разъезжаются машины, недостаток тротуаров для пешеходов чтобы пройти вдоль. По сути дворов нет- и зелёной растительности тоже, просто пространство парковочное между домами, в котором как в коридоре постоянно гуляет сильный ветер- сквозняк. В целом качество домов более- менее, но окна пластиковые - всё пропускают воздух, такие щели, что зимой холодно, и настройка рам не поможет- только замена... Плюс- метро рядом.

Радует,что рядом метро и парк с чистым воздухом. Негатив вызывает,что возле комплекса пустырь + дома советские старые + магазина нет хорошего рядом, был Виталюр, а сейчас можно сказать,что его уже нет.
И также недалеко заводы имеются,это тоже минус, т.к. дым из труб попадает в атмосферу и затем, возможно, выпадает в виде осадков. В целом комплекс неплохой комплекс

Двор всегда убран, есть детские площадки, в цокольном этаже кафели и магазины. До метро 10 минут пешком, парк в 2 шагах, Виталюр большой рядом. Но слишком плотная застройка и катастрофически не хватает парковочных мест

Новый дом, с развитой инфраструктурой рядом магазины, метро, парк. Машину припарковать возможно. В квартирах хорошая шумоизоляция, только шум с улицы при открытых окнах.

Хороший внешний вид, красивые фойе, рядом парк, метро близко. Парковочных мест не густо, но вечером место всегда нахожу. Слабая звукоизоляция в квартирах, если делаете ремонт, учитывайте это.

Чистый и ухоженный район, рядом парк. Пока не сильно развита инфраструктура: из крупных продуктовых магазинов только «необжитый» Виталюр (из разряда все и ничего толком). Удобно, если нет машины - метро в 10 минутах ходьбы.

Здания в комплексе красивые, особенно в солнечную погоду, но прогуливаясь по улицам постоянно видишь заборы их там очень много, технически т.к. там жд, это необходимо но думаю можно было как то обыграть. Инфраструктура довольно скудная, хотя комплекс расположен близко к центру. Метро не далеко но выход к нему опять же обходя множество заборов. Въезд и выезд очень не удобный, парковочного места чаще нет.

Выбирал из разных локаций ,мне понравилось .новый дом . 20 этаж , рядом большой парк . Метро в пешей доступности . Парковка во дворе , шлагбаум, несколько магазинов . Для того чтобы остановится и провести в Минске несколько дней - хороший вариант .

Купили квартиру на Макаенка 12 А.Проблем с парковкой пока не было.Если не во дворе то вокруг дома всегда есть место для авто.Парк,метро рядом.Все необходимое в пешей доступности.Во дворах и подъездах всегда порядок.
