Until she approached the seller herself, she was not going to approach, but was talking to the cashier, who came out to her in the hall. There were no visitors at that moment, except for me.
When I approached, the cashier Daria (the last name begins with K) appraisingly looked me up and down, and then grinned with a lopsided smile! It's just disgusting!
The appraiser is a lovely woman! She appreciated my products, explained everything, offered to look at the products and more expensive, because a good amount came out and was enough.
I went to look. With the seller.
And then I write as a sales specialist:
How can you miss a hot customer with money???????
The seller was mumbling something.. She didn't offer to try it on or get it from the window. Although I have shown specific models that attract.
And if I was going to buy the product at Ziko, then now I'm definitely going to other stores, and at Ziko, it's in MOMO that I have no desire to return at all.
One star is for the store itself, the second is for the appraiser.
And for Daria's grin.. I would like to write a complaint at all! Ruined the mood for the whole evening!🤬

I ordered an hour via the Internet (website), they called and said the product is in stock, postponed for you, come pick it up.
Upon arrival, it turned out that the clock was not working, (the battery may have run out)
The watch refused to be sold ( bought as a gift ) , I drove specially across the city to get them .
A question for the staff
How can I postpone the product and tell them to come for it if it is not in working condition?
When you ask them this question, you hear in response, it's not me, it's another seller. Terrible customer service.
