We bought a watch on 31.10. The consultant did not check whether they would fit after adjustment, and sent us to the service center. There was a surprise waiting for us: it turned out that the model initially had too large a base, and it was impossible to remove the links to the desired size. The store, of course, did not warn us about this fundamental flaw. As a result, we were driven between the service center and the store. The service said that there is no administrator on weekends and you need to arrive on Monday. On Monday, after completing the paperwork, we went to the store, where we were told that it was impossible to return the money for "good quality goods". The cynicism of the situation is that they consider watches that cannot be worn for an objective reason. As a result, we were forced to exchange for other decorations that were not originally part of our plans. The money was not returned to us, making it impossible for us to buy the necessary thing elsewhere. The main "touch" to the store's portrait: During the so-called "exchange", we were given to sign documents on the return of goods of proper quality and on the refund of funds. When we asked why we were signing refund papers that we hadn't seen, the consultant couldn't answer clearly, citing program failures. You are misled at the stage of sale, and then, using formalities and fictitious paperwork, you are forced to agree to an exchange that is not profitable for you. There is no honesty or respect for the client here.

A middle-aged consultant, the blonde met us with such a look that it seemed we got there wrong and went to her house, did not greet her first and extremely reluctantly returned the greeting. After that, she was asked to politely show a specific type of jewelry so as not to waste either her or our time, to which she also sluggishly, and frankly disdainfully, pointed to an unspecified place with her hand and remained standing. As a result, they barely found what they needed, but they did not take it from this branch, since the mood was frankly spoiled. There is a clear impression that we do not belong in this store.
