Previously, I always bought lenses here and was pleased with the courtesy and courtesy of the staff, but what happened on 26.03 disappointed me. It turned out that I fell asleep in my lenses after the night shift for a short time and during sleep one of the lenses slipped out of my eye, I think it's good that half an hour is before your optics close and I make it. I come with one lens and, as a result of an unsuccessful dream with red eyes, I describe the situation to the woman at the checkout and ask her to sell the lenses I need, to which I hear in response: "Have you seen your eyes? I won't sell you lenses," such an answer made me laugh and was taken aback, I tried to explain the situation to the person, but then I heard only arguments of this nature: "I haven't been working for the first day, it's not after your sleep," and I never received a clear reason for refusing to sell lenses. I was lucky that the woman "took pity" and sold one-day lenses, and not for 3 months, as I wanted. It's unlikely that this "specialist" who has been working in this place for several days has not literally left me blind before an important meeting for me. In general, the situation is terrible, on what grounds does this person even have the right to refuse to sell me any goods? I won't come to you anymore.
