A week ago, I went to the store to buy lenses. I was informed that they were out of stock and offered to place an order. I ordered the lenses. They promised to deliver it in exactly one week. A week later, when I came to pick them up, I was informed that there were no lenses. And they offered to buy lenses that were similar in parameters in another store, which I refused, since my plans did not include either traveling around the city or buying lenses that did not comply with an ophthalmologist's prescription. The question arises: why was the order placed if there was no way to deliver the lenses? Or, if it turned out during the process that it was not possible to deliver them for some reason, why was this not informed by the contact number left? In this case, I might not waste time and buy them elsewhere. As a result, I lost my time and was left without lenses. Unsatisfactory service.

I bought glasses at this salon. The arm of the frame broke off after a month of wearing, while observing the rules for handling glasses. The frame is only guaranteed for 14 days. I ask the owners of Cinderella salons to pay attention to what goods they buy and sell to people. The quality is just terrible.
