We visited this store the other day (1.09) and were very disappointed in the service. I never find fault with this point and am always very loyal, but this time I can't ignore the "help" we received in choosing. We chose multifocal lenses and their frames. Before that, we bought the same glasses in this very salon on Independence 83. Last time, the seller told me everything as much as possible and helped me choose. She suggested the options and compared each of them so that we could understand which one would suit us. They didn't tell us anything this time. The seller couldn't even explain the difference in what she was offering. Although the price for one lens is more than 500 rubles. It's a lot of money for me, and I still wanted to find out what would be best and what it would look like. In the end, we chose the average option based on the price, and not on what should be more suitable, I hope we will be lucky and the lenses will be the ones that were. If it hadn't been for my mom's limited time in Minsk (glasses were selected for her), we would definitely have gone to another store. It's a shame that we didn't get proper advice, although until that moment I was sure that professionals work in this network.
