I highly do not recommend these optics! Although I've been a regular customer at other branches for several years now. A direct violation of the Law on Consumer Protection. On October 31, 2025, we ordered lenses here and made an advance payment of 100 rubles. The final cost was 168 rubles in the order form, and the delivery time was promised to be 3 months. Bottom line: we received the lenses only on March 23, 2026 (almost 2 months overdue!). But the most outrageous thing is that when issuing an order, we were illegally asked to pay an additional 92 rubles instead of the remaining 68. They referred to the fact that "prices have increased since the New Year." Changing the price after making an advance payment and concluding a contract is a gross violation of the law! In addition, the promised free service: "a lesson for putting on and wearing lenses" was not provided to us. I will send an official complaint in MARCH. Avoid this place!
