The third time I ordered at this place on Kovaleva 3 and only 1 order was collected normally, only because there were only 2 goods, the other 2 orders, where there are a lot of wet food, do not want to collect, very slowly, I had to cancel the very first order, today I ordered (this is the third order) at 10 a.m. and by the end of the day, the order was not collected (although all the wet food was, it is displayed on your website, how much is available), re-ordered to another address, collected in 50 minutes, although there is clearly more turnover in that second store, an outrage, the employee is clearly not in his place, let him sit at home then if he doesn't want to work. It boiled over.

The store is open until 21:00, but at 20:00 the seller announced a "technical break for 30 minutes" and closed the door in his face. Then why work until nine if you don't serve anyone an hour before closing? I had to wait outside. No matter how you go to the store during the day, at any time, you rarely find a girl at the workplace. While I was waiting, I noticed that during the day the seller was constantly "on break" or chatting on the phone. During the working day, she talks for an hour (or even more), completely ignoring the visitors. Personal calls are more important than the customers who came for the product. I tried to leave with food several times, but each time I came across a closed door because of a "smoke break" or conversations. I don't recommend this store to anyone if you need to buy something in the evening or just run in quickly. Complete disrespect for clients and their work.
