It's a great store and a wide range of products, but the staff is very problematic. They solve their personal issues at the same time as customer service (by phone, in a personal conversation with friends near the cash register) to put it mildly, they respond rudely if you ask them to pay attention and finally sell the right food. And this has been going on for more than a year. Just because of the staff, I don't want to visit the store at all, we avoid it.

As a result, on December 29, they write to me: "sorry, there is no couch like you ordered." IS it OKAY? You should have asked on the 30th, although that was enough for me. It was very smart to make a promotion and write right in the butt that the product was out! Delete the review and I will write about you in other places. Let people know and be prepared for such surprises from your network.
