The worst pet store I've ever been to. The seller (I won't tell you his full name, there was no badge, with curls) once again pours in more food than you asked for, can't tell you basic things about pet care, works extremely slowly collecting queues, as if on purpose. I've had enough for three times - now I'm choosing another store, even if it's located further away!

Impossible long-term maintenance. The saleswoman seems to deliberately make any operation three times slower. Standing chatting with another salesperson before finishing the service is the norm. Opening a store 11 minutes later is the norm. Pressing the "wrong" button is the norm. When I was there, the people standing in line behind me turned around and left, because it was simply impossible to wait.
