Wonderful hotel! Large and beautiful territory, cozy rooms. Cleaning is at a height and has always been up to 11 hours at our request. Bed linen was changed daily. The room we had for three was a family room with a sea view. We were settled immediately upon arrival, around 11 o'clock. The beach (or rather, there are two of them) is very large. On one side there is a bay near the villas, opposite the main building there is another, sometimes there were strong waves, and then we swam in the bay. Upon check-out, we were kindly extended the room for 2 hours. An individual transfer to the airport is provided by the hotel. Meals - for adults completely, for a child for 4. You can diversify the children's table. Ice cream for children, I suppose, could be provided at dinner or lunch. Usually, ice cream was given out at the pool bar only at certain hours. Drinks in restaurants and bars are of high quality. The staff is responsive.

We rested at this hotel in June 2024 according to the all-inclusive system and I would like to note that the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars at all. Maybe we got to a point where the owner seemed to be changing. The room was cleaned literally for 5 minutes, I think the bed linen was not changed as it should be. The bars on the beach were closed, 3 of the 4 ala-carte restaurants were closed. Instead of a buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner, they began to serve a menu, the quality of which wanted to be better, very peppery, scrambled eggs. There were no fruits at all, watermelon melon in cream bowls of 3-4 cubes and that's it. Cocktails in the lobby bar, which remains, ice is poured 3/4 glass. In general, we have already been to the Emirates 6 times, but we have not met such a service and attitude as in this hotel.

Everything is OK with the service. Answer questions. However, it is advisable to take your own adapter for the outlet, but if anything, you can ask at the reception.
A very good beach, there were big waves on the left in February, workers often put red flags, there are almost no waves on the right because of the breakwater, you can always swim.
Breakfast and dinner were included. Drinks at dinner were paid. The food is exceptionally delicious. Hashbrown at breakfast next to scrambled eggs 12/10. There was a fish day with crabs, caviar and seafood in abundance. Everything is very tasty, there were no poisoning, cleanliness is very monitored. However, there are doubts about cocktails on the beach, it's better to take something in bottles.
The closest excursion to the hotel is the desert, a must-visit. An amazing place. I recommend you to dress nicely and take pictures quickly.

We are having a rest now with our family (me, my wife and daughter). The hotel is large-scale, the food is varied, sometimes fresh, but there are all sorts of sauces, etc. yes, there is not enough entertainment for children, but there is still something to do. Additional tours are expensive starting from $40 per person and above. Alcohol and drinks on the "all inclusive" system are free from 10 to 24. The rest is mainly for those who want to stay at the hotel. There is nothing near the hotel, empty streets. The rooms are huge, cleaned every day. We drove to the hotel from Dubai for more than 2 hours.... but everything is exactly fine. I recommend it!!!

We rested from 28.04.23 to 05.05.23g liked the hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor in the 3rd building, overlooking the city beach and the sea, the room was renovated, the sound insulation is excellent. Birds are singing, the sea is splashing right under the balcony. Beauty. The room has a bathtub and a tropical shower, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, I won't say about the quality, I used my own. Towels are in abundance. Beach towels are given out near the main restaurant. A large bed with a good mattress, four pillows. The air conditioner works, we almost didn't turn it on, because we slept with an open balcony. There was almost no sun in our room, bypassed) There is a safe, tea, coffee, cream, sugar, kettle, refrigerator. Water was replenished in abundance daily. Also in the room there is an iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
The food is good, we had enough of everything. Cereals, omelets, salads, vegetables, two types of soup, rice, potatoes, noodles, chicken, fish, turkey, beef, sweets, yoghurts, fruits. The waiters work well, offer drinks, bring everything quickly. Well done guys.
The hotel has two sandy beaches. One in the open sea, the second with fine sand in the bay, there is no wave in it, that's the thing for children! There are a lot of sun beds, there will always be an empty one. The sea is warm! Lifeguards work on the beaches, always on the spot, help if necessary. During the day, flags are hung out if something changes. There were jellyfish during our vacation.
There is a swimming pool with sea water, there is a bar in it. Cocktails, wine, coffee, beer, whiskey, vodka, tequila, etc.hot drinks, ice cream. Lifeguards are also constantly in the pools.
The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful, lots of palm trees and flowers.
There are gazebos next to the pools, they are free, it is very convenient to spend a day in them if you need to hide from the sun.
There is a spa, there is a sauna and a hammam in it, it is hydrated. Included in the package. Just don't talk at the reception about it, we learned from tourists!!!
In general, we liked everything. I recommend a hotel.

I don't even know where to start, we were vacationing with a family of 5 people. The hotel itself is beautiful but very boring, there is nothing at all for adults and children, no entertainment! We took breakfast and dinner so we don't like eating too much)) for tomorrow for 10 days every day the same choice is terrible, for dinner they also cook the same thing all the time, sometimes they can change 2 hot ones. I did not like the relationship between three meals a day and ours, we did not take lunch because we did not need it, the attitude was biased, they only give water for dinner, there is nothing more, not tea, not carbonated water. Only in the morning there are two types of juice and coffee. We rented a villa in the bathroom it stinks terribly of sewage! The staff is very Friendly, this is the most boring vacation of all my vacations, the prices are space for everything, we realized the UAE itself in order to charge you money and that's it....No fun at all! We were evicted from a room with three children with a temperature of up to 12. We need to vacate the room, although we took 10 days before departure, we still had 12 hours, we did not know what to do with children who had a fever. This hotel chain is only for the elderly!

I liked everything! Lovely hotel, we want to come back next year. The food is a little boring, but in general it is very diverse. There are 2 beaches, an open sea and a bay, there are always places, until a crowd of compatriots arrived, who, according to ancient tradition, occupy sun beds from 6 in the morning, and come to them for lunch, so it was empty at all.
At some point there was a crowd in the pool, but there are a lot of pools, you can find a free one, however, they will not let you with children under 16 everywhere. With sunset, everyone is kicked out of the sea (which is understandable) and out of the pool (which is not clear at all, because there is a backlight), if you walk / drive to the other side of the bay, there is a pool that works until 22. Of the obvious advantages, there is also excellent sound insulation and you do not have to wait for an elevator for a long time, the reception quickly responds to all requests, problems arose only with lost things, it seems that no one was looking for them there. By national composition: there are a lot of Russians, at some point there were about 60%, and so Europeans are mostly a few Arab families, there were almost no locals. In principle, I recommend the hotel, not a suite, but everything you need for a holiday is there.

We were with our family at the opening of this hotel under the management of RIXOS, so to speak, the first guests!
They were filled in quickly, greeted beautifully with live music, dancing and a huge fountain in the center of the lobby of sweets!
Of the disadvantages, there was little food during the first week, it was difficult to feed a 2.5-year-old child.

Alcohol in the hotel is expensive. In the city, there is a free sale in the store until 24.00. There is everything and very cheap, you can take a taxi, we walked 3 km. The main thing there is a warm sea, a gorgeous beach, there are no waves. The hotel guide from anex tour Turk Rashid, knows nothing about the hotel, the main thing is to sell excursions. Persuaded to go to Dubai, free of charge to the "duty-free zone" DECEPTION from anex tour, Turkish low-quality goods at very inflated prices, half a day was lost.

But there are also disadvantages: the show program is zero - absolutely zero, there is nothing to do after dinner. Russian-speaking vacationers feel like 40-50 percent, and there are no Russian-speaking staff at all.

Very cool hotel, very tasty cuisine and varied. The staff manages to serve everyone. The rooms are always clean and cozy, cleaning is daily. My rating is +10 out of 10.
One minus is that the pools and the sea work until 7 o'clock, then you either have to sit in a hotel or go somewhere.
