I came here with my family and I liked everything the rooms are very well maintained and very clean and the staff is good, but people came from L'Etoile, there are more than 700 of them, and spoiled the whole holiday without eating normally or anything, and so everything is fine)

We are resting now in this hotel. After reading negative reviews, we drove without expectations. It was the first time we rested in the Hilton grid, we are sophisticated travelers, we have seen different fives in different countries, there is something to compare with.
This hotel is not new, but very pleasant, I do not agree with some reviews that it is a four, rather a good solid five with its own oddities and peculiarities.
Location. It is very far to go from Dubai. We took here from Anex , on a group transfer the road took really 3.5 hours, we really regretted that we did not take an individual transfer. By the way, you can order a car on gettransfer at prices much lower than by taxi. A taxi from the hotel to Dubai costs about $100-150.
The town of RAK itself is nothing, there is practically nothing around the hotel, some kind of shopping on a public beach, there is a supermarket within a 15-minute walk, you can buy something you need. By taxi in 15-20 minutes there is an alcohol market, a fairly large shopping center.
Hotel. With a fairly large territory, there are various cafes and A la carte restaurants, a large swimming pool, a nice sandy beach, lots of greenery. The hotel itself is not new, but very well maintained. The staff is friendly and friendly, the audience is different, they have not encountered any lack of culture or some kind of negative attitude towards themselves.
For example, in a store, a local Arab with his family got in line in front of us with some kind of question to the cashier and then apologized 10 times to us))
Our hotel staff solved all the issues promptly. The room lacked a corkscrew and an adapter for sockets - they brought new ones in a couple of minutes.
They paid about $ 100 extra for the room for an amazing view of the sea and did not regret it once.
Food. We had only breakfast, we did not take the Ol inclusive, as we were without children.Every day everything is the same, but it is quite diverse and delicious. Usually my husband doesn't like food much anywhere, Norm said here). For breakfast there were porridges, cheeses, yoghurts, pastries, toast - the children have something to feed.
Sometimes we took buffet dinners and ate at restaurants on site. The buffet is normal, there is a choice, but without any special frills. The food in the restaurants is delicious. We decided not to pay extra for ol inclusive, and we don't eat very much.
Prices are above average by Moscow standards, if you eat yourself at the hotel (cocktail on the beach 55 dirhams, beer 45, salads from 55 to 100 dirhams, hot 65 - 250, a bottle of wine from 125 dirhams). It makes sense to take something in duty free with you, if you don't have an Ol inclusive or you can get to the liquor store and take something there, the prices are low). Some people ordered food from local cafes. Water is replenished in the room every day .
Excursions at Anex tour are all not cheap. We took a sightseeing tour to Dubai via the Internet for $ 40 cheaper. If you take an individual one, then Anex has it twice as expensive.
The sea was warm at the end of November, the weather was excellent. The water is a little muddy, by the evening a lot of garbage of some kind was floating, and the tide was out.
The territory and the hotel are monitored, everything is clean and well maintained, our room was also clean and renovated.
There is no entertainment in the evening, there seemed to be animation for children in the club. a hotel for a quiet holiday, without any frills, but quite decent, a normal average five, there are better ones, of course, but the price is correspondingly higher. We expected less , but in the end we got more )
A separate word about the fly dubai flight, the flight was delayed for 7 hours, so the road here seemed endless. We chose the UAE for its relative proximity, in the end it turned out like in Thailand in time))

We were with three children in early December 2023. The territory is large and well maintained, a great beach, many pools. The beach is empty, the pools too, although the restaurant is full of people for dinner, i.e. there are a lot of guests, just the coastline is long. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are not new, but they look good. Upon check-in, I found that the shower was not working, it was eliminated in half an hour. Friendly and attentive staff. In general, I liked everything very much, it is quite possible to return to this hotel.

Hello. We had a family vacation in December 2021. The weather is gorgeous. Plus 28-30. The sea is warm, the sand is clean. The guys constantly went to collect garbage on the shore. The food is very good, well, it's for my taste. Someone barns and royal shrimp should be served. The room is large, clean. There someone wrote that the bed does not change, I do not agree, they changed it almost every day. Animation is small. Proctically, no. I didn't have to. There are no discotheques either, and peace and quiet are good. In short, everything is gorgeous.

We are staying at the hotel from October 27, 2022 to the present. I couldn't stand it and decided to write. Settled in the morning immediately. Thanks. The hotel, the territory, the service - everything is fine. The room is great, but....the problem with the water that flows from the taps spoils the whole vacation. When moving into room 824, very hot water flowed from all the taps all day (almost boiling water, my wife burned her hand). Everyone came, looked, did something. It seems to have been repaired, but in the morning cold water began to flow from all the taps (there are four of them). Probably blocked the hot one, so as not to suffer more. The plumber came and explained, you need to include cold water and let it drain for 5 minutes. Really went. But an hour later, the cold water started again. Today is already October 2, they called, called the engineer again. I turned on four hot water taps on purpose, cold water has been flowing for more than an hour anyway, and there is no engineer. It's a shame that there are no specialists in the hotel who can fix it. The maintenance hotel barely pulls 2 stars. It's good that next to the villa there is a beach shower with warm water.

Finally, I was going to write a review about this hotel. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday there... The hotel is just super! God, we had a great rest! Everything that is written about the hotel is good, it is so, we join completely. Who is not.... It's strange, we didn't find any disadvantages at all... What a delicious meal... Cheeses, sausages, meat, fish.... Everything is diverse... There's always something to eat..... And very tasty! The guys at the restaurant are just great! Big greetings to Farhan @ Faruk! Friendly, helpful, always smiling! Very nice! The alcohol is decent, I drank dry red and white wine, delicious, there is no unpleasant condition the next day! There is rum, whiskey, cognac, various wines, cocktails... It's all inclusive... Beer unfortunately didn't go to me, Stella and Budweiser, except for beer in a green magners jar, it's like cider, but it's very tasty, although I don't like this combination..and this one is right .. You can have a drink in all restaurants on the territory until 12 at night, even in a la carte. Discounted food in them. But we only ate at the main restaurant, there's plenty of everything there anyway... The room is clean with a sea view (so built that all rooms have a sea view, and the corridors are on the opposite side, the most beautiful view is on the upper floors, palm trees cover the view below). There are 2 elevators, so there are no problems. There are 2 Russian speakers at the reception, the guys are very nice, they will always tell you where and how...and the sea is just a fairy tale, you want to swim in an open space, but you want to in a quiet bay. In general, we had a great rest! Who is considering this hotel, do not think! only you probably need to take everything included, because alcohol is not cheap there, and not close...

Hilton, as always, is a master of divorce. Initially, we ordered a room with two rooms, because my daughter was traveling with her grandson and I was a grandmother. Upon check-in, they were given a one-room room. They said that there are no two-room apartments now, but this room is suitable for square footage. But when the rooms are available tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, you need to pay extra for such a room. In terms of rubles, it came out almost as much as we had already paid. There were two beds in the room, but they were narrow! Had to move! And... Oh, the horror! All together to sleep on the same bed! Of course we stayed in this room!
Otherwise everything is fine)
My children were fascinated by the word Hilton when they bought the tour. Now I think they will avoid hotels of this chain!))

An incredible hotel. The food is always fresh, delicious, no one will remain hungry. Starting from the simplest dishes and ending with more complex and refined. We read reviews before the vacation where they wrote "the food is not very good" or "there is not enough food", the question arose, what do you guys eat at home?! We in the family eat a variety of meals, Caucasian and Arabic cuisine mainly and we were pleasantly surprised by the food at the hotel, we were delighted, the only downside is that it's hard to stay)))
The staff is friendly, they will find everything, help, answer all questions. The beach is clean, the water is muddy, there is a saltwater pool, a separate children's pool, a bar inside the pool, adult and children's animation.
The rooms are clean, cleaned on demand. Water tea coffee in the room is always freely available.
The location is far from the airport, but the overall impression of the rest was not spoiled by this fact, even if they were with a two-year-old child, the road was heavy. We drove from Dubai airport for 3.5 hours while we scattered all the tourists around the hotels. If by individual transport, then go 2 hours maximum.

We rest from 25.06.31 to 08.07.21, room in villas with access to the sea, all inclusive. We are 100% satisfied with the hotel, the sea is clean, warm, the deck chairs are free, we go swimming to the pool in the Sol bar, it is cool, the sea is right there. Very friendly staff, if you have any questions, then everything is solved quickly, you can move around on a buggy, it's enough to order to the room, it's very convenient. Daily cleaning, for a child (5 years old) they are constantly building different animals out of towels. We rented a car for 2 days, helped with the rental at the reception, explained everything, and were very satisfied.
Minus: there is no ATM nearby, because of this there were problems with tips from our side, I want to thank you, but there is no cash 🤷♀️ At the airport, the ATM issued only 500 dirhams.
