I had a rest with my children from October 4 to October 13, 2022. I really liked the hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite. Inna is at the reception desk, she will always help and tell you. The restaurant has a small selection, but the food is delicious. The sea is a fairy tale! Very warm, the beach is huge and there are sun beds, but a lot! We liked everything in the hotels. And we will definitely come back. Many thanks to all the staff!

The room was changed to a higher one, cockroaches were not seen anymore, they made a compliment from the hotel (fruits and sweets) are cleaned well, the room is clean, the floors are washed, everything is neat. The child was made a bunny out of a towel .

We had a rest from November 22 to November 29, 2023. The temperature outside is +31, the air conditioning in the room was not turned on. The room is on the ground floor with access to the sea, there are no complaints about the room. But it is impossible to sit outside in the evening, as small midges bit us on the very first day.
The beach and the sea are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful.
A big plus is that you don't have to hand over beach towels.
About the disadvantages: the hotel is dilapidated and it hurts to look at the torn mattresses on the sun beds and the torn upholstery of the sofas in the restaurant.
There is enough food, but the seafood is not delicious. How can you spoil mussels and shrimps? There will be seafood soup for lunch, and paella leftovers for dinner.
We recommend the hotel, but we will not go any more.

When choosing a hotel, we read reviews and were bribed by a huge number of positive reviews! We have seen information that the hotel is tired, but after the trip I want to say that the hotel is tired! It seems that the hotel was built, so since then there has been no infusion into it. Of course, we approached the hotel with the expectation of 5 stars and 5 stars from Hilton. The room smelled very much of sewage. The problem could not be fixed, so they provided us with a second room of the same category (family), which was really better and bigger! But this room didn't have a sewer, it didn't smell, but the air conditioner didn't work (it was fixed). We also tested for ourselves what an electric shock is when touching a moving mirror in the bathroom. It was very dangerous, considering that we were with two small children. It took a while to fix the problem. The territory smells very strongly of sewage. Also, the tiles on the territory (road surface) are in poor condition - beaten and beaten. There are a lot of sun beds, but the ottomans on them are in a depressing state, as well as umbrellas from the sun - decayed and torn. The pools are very beautifully made and there are a lot of them on the territory. But they didn't bother to remove the bird droppings near the vowel pool for a week. The service staff also does not correspond to 5 stars. Among the advantages - a good sea with a calm sunset, very conveniently divided into three lagoons, the territory is quite green, a very large coastline. There are always places in the restaurant, very tasty grilled meat is cooked, almost every day very tasty beef, lamb, chicken. But there are few seafood and fish. In general, the food compared to the Rotana in Ras al Khaimah is significantly inferior.

Hotel ushatany kapets as. Even considering how diamond members upgraded the category, the room was disgusting. Dirty and dusty.
The breakfasts are standard, nothing outstanding.
If you think that a room with access to the garden is an excellent choice :), it's better to think again. The number of mosquitoes is off the scale. You probably won't be sitting in the garden anyway, so I don't see any point in overpaying for the garden.
The territory is normal, well-groomed, there are not many people on the beach.
But for the 2nd time, my family and I will definitely not go here. There is nothing to do, and the rooms, as I wrote above, are very worn out and require at least normal cleaning.

A good hotel, especially for those who want a more relaxing and quiet stay. We lived in a villa next to two heated swimming pools, as well as not far from the beach. We had breakfast in a Lebanese restaurant, but we had dinner in the main building. It's just a little noisy there. The staff is friendly, they do not speak Russian, only English. The staff from the CIS speaks Russian, of course. But there are no such strong problems. I liked the hotel. But we were out of season, so maybe everything is possible in the season.

The worst hotel in the world. The hotel is infested with insects. They live in your beds. One night and a hundred bites! The administration pretends that it's not them, but us who are contagious… Yana at the reception is very nice. But the other staff... openly laughs in the face and humiliates. 2 weeks of hell! The food is normal (lamb is especially delicious), every evening there is a grill outside, there is a children's table and an ice cream machine. If it weren't for parasites, the hotel is quite three stars.
PS: by the way, there are a lot of people in the hotel with exactly the same bites on the body (fortunately there is a beach, you can see everyone), but the administration pretends that this is not the case.

The service is super, they carry a suitcase, I adjust the car, the waiters bring food and drinks, 7 swimming pools, a pool bar, high-quality drinks, branded, super rooms. At night you can see crabs on the beach, in the morning fish, two beaches, a huge swimming pool with sea water. We had everything turned on. We initially did not like the room, they changed it without any problems, even gave us the choice ourselves, the staff is smiling, friendly... There is no food to a fig, there is just no meat, just atass, seafood, snacks. You know, I arrived, rested, calm, peaceful.
