Not a bad hotel. The truth is 5 stars with a stretch. But at 4+ for sure) The breakfast is excellent, for every taste. The bed linen and the bed are excellent. Towels and bathrobes are very worn. The room has a hairdryer, iron. Water, tea, coffee are replenished daily. There are Russian-speaking employees, but not many. Several restaurants on site. We mostly had lunch at Luciano's. The pool water is very warm even for me. Although I like warm water and I don't swim in cold water. In February, the water in the sea is very cool, but the bravest still swim). Towels are given out. You can play with them by the pool and on the beach by the sea.

The hotel left a pleasant impression. It is convenient to stay with a child. We had the number "Gaden". There is a balcony and a view of the garden, a spacious room. The first line, its own beach and a lot of sunbeds. On the territory and on the beach there are bungalows that are not rented for a fee, but you can just use) Every day (!) changed the bed linen. It's super, of course. And in general, the staff does everything for a comfortable stay. They help with luggage, taxi, shopping. I recommend it!

The hotel is good, but not for the next year, or even two, since a grandiose construction project has been started right next to the hotel, the dismantling of the old building (three excavators are working with buckets and hydraulic hammers). We rested at the hotel from July 21 to 31, 2023, the dismantling is in full swing, the noise is heard throughout the hotel, in the rooms, by the pool, unless there is a lack of it in the beach area. It's terribly stressful, it's hard to fall asleep, the music by the pool does not save. The hotel administration pretends that everything is in order and does not try to influence the construction processes in any way, and there, for a second, the work is organized at a high pace in two shifts. Because of this, I do not recommend the hotel. It's very hot out of season. The breakfasts are good, but monotonous. There was an incident with a complete shutdown of water in the room for more than 12 hours, for the evening and all night due to emergency work, the accident was not eliminated, water was not given, only on the trail. we were provided with a room of this class on the floor below. The service at the hotel is lame.

We had a rest in February of the 23rd year. The hotel is good.
I took off the star for the water in the bay. When a cruise ship arrives, people throw a lot of garbage into the water. Soon in the morning, this garbage will be in our water and on the shore.
During the rest, there were problems with the room, the staff went to a meeting and moved us from a regular room (4th floor)
To the very last one in the presidential suite. Don't take a taxi from the hotel, they're cheating.
There is a Russian-speaking staff.
The food was varied and delicious every day.
There are a lot of entertainment nearby, which can be reached.

Before buying a tour to this hotel, a large number of reviews were read. But an unambiguous picture did not work out. I took a chance...
the hotel consists of two high-rise buildings. When checking in, I asked to provide us with a room on a higher floor. To which I was asked to look at the placement options. The first room turned out to be a two-room with a beautiful view on the 14th floor. There was no limit to joy, but unfortunately it did not last long. As soon as I gave my consent, they immediately announced a check (+53 tr) to 320 tr, which I paid for 7 n. On HB (1+2). I did not pay extra and we were settled in a standard room on the 4th floor with a view of the infinity pool. However, a partial view of the sea and the Ferris wheel was still present. The room itself is not very large, but overall cozy and clean. Elemis cosmetics. There is tea, coffee and water. (It's free) . The mini bar is paid. Almost the whole vacation we were given all the accessories for 2 people (despite the fact that we lived together). Slippers, bathrobes are also available in the room. In general, there were no complaints about the number itself.
Kitchen: this is where the catch awaits you.
The assortment is very meager. I've been to 5 different countries, but this is the first time I've encountered this. Of course, you will not leave hungry and even the kitchen will never repeat itself in 7 days, but people who are used to delicacies (salmon, lobster, shrimp, mussels, steaks, exotic fruits, etc.) will be disappointed. The range of dishes in the restaurant is comparable to a 3* hotel, but not 5*. Soda and juice for one drink per person is included in the price. A glass of proseco 55 dirhams, it's about 1485 rubles. But there is a service-you pay 99 dirhams (2,700 rubles) and you can order drinks in unlimited quantities.
The beach: you can get to it, either on foot, walk about 300 m, or by electric car. The beach itself is very wide and clean. There are not many sun beds, but free ones are always available. Perhaps this was due to the fact that we rested out of season (end of September). There is a party beach nearby. Those who want to spend their holidays on the beach in silence, it is better to come before 12 o'clock. In the evening you will enjoy the good sound of popular disco tracks.
Sea: swimming area 25 m×100 m. The entrance is sharp 4 meters and depth. Perhaps that is why the sea does not have turquoise colors, such as in Abu Dhabi, for example. Well, the temperature in the water is about 35 degrees. It won't cool down.
Territory:
The territory is small and well maintained. There are tennis courts, a field for volleyball and football. There are also three swimming pools on the territory. Main, infinity (on the 3rd floor)and a hangout with hookahs near the beach. There are two small slides for children. Prices at the pool bar: a small bottle of water - 270r. Large - 540r. Apperole syringe-1400 rubles. Other cocktails from 1300 to 2000 rubles..
There are also a la carte restaurants on site. The Japanese restaurant is paid.
There is a supermarket and a pharmacy near the hotel. The metro is about 800 meters away.
In general, the hotel is not bad, but it does not pull for 5 *.

DON'T waste money, DON'T go to this hotel!!! The hotel pulls a maximum of 3 stars. Booking a room with a sea view, as a gift you get a great view of the construction site with noisy accompaniment around the clock!!
The breakfasts are monotonous (eggs in any form, pastries and cheeses) and it's the same every day. The food is absolutely not delicious! There is no service! Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, you have to ask to sort through. Rooms- already seen views…
Do not overshadow your vacation, do not book this hotel!!!the rest will be ruined!!!!!!

The best hotel on the beach of Jemeira. Excellent location, remote and quiet. Separate sun beds right on the beach. There is a lot of sun, unlike other hotels that block it with their massive buildings. A large area on which you are driven by a golf cart. Excellent service and wonderful rooms. I highly recommend this particular hotel. I chose between Sheraton and him, and I was not mistaken. Sheraton is worse in terms of location and beach.

The food is passable... Bars work according to the program ..Exclusive.. before 12.00 all drinks are paid, after 12 they are also all paid... We were here in June 2022. Despite the fact that it is very hot at this time, +42 in the afternoon, the hotel is very comfortable, like everywhere else in Dubai because of the air conditioners. A private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, when it got very hot, they went to the pool, where the water is cooler. Two swimming pools, one on the way to the beach, the second panoramic on the 3rd floor with restricted entry for children. Very friendly, friendly staff, always ready to help. Special thanks to the guy at the reception named Beck, who met us and explained everything in Russian in great detail. Literally one block from the hotel, the walking street Beach walk begins, the metro is also not far away, 5-10 minutes, you need to cross two streets and there is a tram stop and a metro station. The hotel includes two towers of 21 and 25 floors, a large territory, swimming pools also with sun beds and umbrellas. I really liked everything and would like to go back there again. The room is chic, 40 square meters, lived on the 17th floor. About the mini-bar: they asked to release it and used it as a refrigerator to cool the water.
