Great hotel. Great food, nice grounds, polite staff and great tennis courts.
Three problems:
1) the nearby zero gravity club is hammering hard
2) Some employees are too actively pestering, offering services: "buy fur coats", "let me take a picture of you." Until you shout, they won't let go. We need to work on this
3) the hotel management did not inform that the courts will not be available due to a professional tennis tournament

A decent and large hotel, the prices of course are sometimes quite too much, for example, Coca-Cola if you take a bottle at the hotel cost 25 dirhams, although it is also possible because of the prices themselves in Dubai.
The lounge area on the top floor offers a beautiful view! There are many tennis courts and various restaurants on site, as well as 2 swimming pools. In terms of price-quality ratio, one of the best hotels.

We rested at the Habtoor Grand Resort hotel for the third time, took a club room with a sea view from 01.05.21 to 12.05.21.On the last day of 11.05.21, on the eve of departure to Russia, two iPhones worth more than $ 3,000 were stolen from our bag on the territory of the hotel.
It is worth noting that this is not our first time in this hotel, and in principle in Dubai. Probably everyone has heard about security and the absence of crime. In addition, many guests, in principle, throw their gadgets on the sun beds (phones, iPads, MacBooks, tablets and other equipment), as well as expensive bags of luxury brands, as there is constant video surveillance on the territory of the hotel and security guards regularly monitor the order.
Unfortunately, it was the main mistake to think so, and all this beautiful picture about the safety of you and your belongings in the hotel lulled our vigilance.
Our phones were exactly stolen. They were just pulled out of a closed bag. The bag was lying on the table between the sun beds where we were located. The sun beds were at the hotel bar. There were a lot of hotel staff in the bar - bartenders, waiters, employees working directly in the lounge area and security guards. We went swimming for 15 minutes, when we returned, we found our bag open, turned out, in which the phones were no longer there.
To say that we were shocked is to say nothing. We hurried to report the incident to the employees who were nearby. After that, a security guard working that day ran up to us and started shouting and talking to us, namely my pregnant wife, in raised tones.
The essence of his outrages and screams can be described in a nutshell, he said that he had not seen anyone near our things and was not going to be responsible for our missing phones, that he should keep an eye on people, not their things. Apparently, for the most part, so that God forbid vacationers do not start eating food and alcoholic beverages purchased not in the hotel bar.
I was very surprised that the guard was literally screaming and was very excited, apparently more than we were. He was not a bit embarrassed by the fact that a pregnant girl was standing in front of him in tears. He kept shouting until we decided to go to the hotel to the reception desk to call the security staff in order to watch videos of the moment our phones were stolen.
An administrator named Marco worked at the reception desk, who called a security officer and informed us that there were no cameras in the area where the phones were stolen and they would not be able to do anything.
We asked to call the police and in order not to wait in the reception area, we were warned that we would wait in our room. Well, then, by their actions, all the employees with whom we communicated expressed complete indifference to our problem. Naturally, no one immediately called the police at our request. When asked to call our phone numbers, as well as block SIM cards, the same employee of the Marco reception refused and it was clear from his attitude that he didn't care about us and our problem in general.
We insisted on calling the police, while the same Marco said - you need to, you call, I won't do it. I had to call the police myself from the hotel phone and describe the situation.
A police officer arrived at around 23-30, after talking with one of the hotel managers, offered to go to write a statement to the police, but warned that it would take a long time and you might not catch your flight tomorrow. Later time, a pregnant spouse and unwillingness to help us solve the problem, as a result, we abandoned this idea.
A few days after returning home, our phones were turned on and found in Uganda (via the "find iPhone" service). Links to hacking our accounts come to us several times a day - this means that our phones were stolen for personal use.
For all 12 days we were located and sunbathing in these places where phones were stolen, we saw only guests and hotel staff.
I wonder if our iPhones were stolen by the hotel's vacationers or by the staff, and did it happen by chance on the last day of our arrival?
So dear future vacationers of this hotel, we carry all valuables with us and swim in the sea with them, otherwise then everyone will not care about you with your problems!

We rested at this hotel from January 22, 2021 to February 8!!! A Five - star hotel does not correspond at all !!!!! The breakfasts are very meager, the same thing every day, served a piece by the chefs themselves !!! It was in the main restaurant of the hotel, and lunch and dinner...according to the MENU (the same is very poor) on the territory of the hotel!!!! And we bought IT AS ALL INCLUSIVE !!!! The staff is very attentive everywhere !!!Many THANKS to Natalia on Reshepsen and NAZIM in the restaurant !!!! A big plus.....this is a pool in which warm and sea water . But to the sea from the hotel ...400 meters and it's hard to walk on the sand for a long time, it's not convenient, and then the dead end of the sea!!!! New hotels are being built nearby and there is constant noise , I even had to change the room , since it was not possible to open the balcony !!!!!! The rest was upset : Price and quality ...do not match !!!!!!

I bet 5⭐️. Of course, the hotel is no longer young and in some ways inferior to modern 5-star hotels. But the convenient location, good territory, a normal beach, neatness in maintaining the hotel made the rest comfortable. For fans of lawn tennis, there is also a place where it is appreciated.

The service has become worse. Twice in a week they didn't clean at all. Breakfasts have become more modest. There are 60 percent of Russian-speaking vacationers and only one girl at the reception speaks our great and mighty. Masks can be removed only by the water, a little further the ban. But the locals are walking all over the territory without protective equipment. Otherwise, Dubai is Dubai, but the savings are noticeable.

The hotel is 4.5 out of 5, in my opinion.
Among the advantages: a good beach (first line), varied and delicious food (do not believe if they write that this is not the case), a good selection of bars and restaurants, large and bright rooms, good cleaning (they constantly make something out of towels, nice), good service.
Of the minuses: very obsessive animators (offer services, fur coats, jewelry, etc.). They walk right along the beach and stick around until you send them in a rude way.
The tennis center did not warn us that all the courts would be occupied because of the tournament (when we wrote to them about it in advance).
