A very cool hotel, I've seen negative reviews about food and service - everything is not true.
The food is great, the staff runs after you like a little kid, everything is clean and tidy. I was at the hotel in 2023, less than two years since the opening of the hotel, everything is in excellent condition.
I was pleasantly surprised that at the reception you can change a dollar to a dirham at the exchange rate. There is a shop on site with everything you need.
There is plenty of space on the beach, there is a bar. Wi-Fi coverage throughout the territory, even at sea.
A separate paddling pool for children, a pool bar for adults, in general, I had nothing to complain about, I liked everything

The hotel is new, in a modern style. Check-in was delayed for 1 hour. The breakfasts are good, the choice for lunches and dinners is quite meager. The drinks included in the All inclusive are decent. There is no animation at all. The kids' club was not impressed. I do not recommend the hotel for a long stay, it is boring and the territory is small.

I express my gratitude to the medical staff of the hotel, on the last night before departure on 13.06.2023, our grandmother became ill, the pressure rose, the staff reacted as quickly as possible, called a doctor, made a diagnosis, gave the necessary injections, we refused to go to the hospital.
I'm afraid to imagine such a situation in another country.

We are vacationing in this hotel now (September 2024). We positioned this hotel as a great 5, with a great vacation. In fact, it is a complete disappointment. The boredom is complete. Just the beach, eat and sleep. There is no live music and no entertainment at the hotel. The territory is small, there is nowhere to walk. There is nothing interesting behind the hotel either. A nearby hotel is under construction all day long in the immediate vicinity.
They took an olinclusive, but this is a specific olinclusive. In the afternoon, from 11 o'clock, only the beach bar with a small set of simple cocktails starts working. After 19 o'clock, the beach bar stops working and the bar in the main building starts working, which is open until 01 a.m., but according to the olinclusive system they serve only until 22 o'clock, and then for a fee. There is also a lobby bar, but there is always everything for money. The food is generally fine, but everything is monotonous, and there is little seafood.
Among the advantages: a good room, high-quality alcohol (for drinkers), a pleasant beach.
In general, this hotel is for pensioners and families with very young children who need to go to bed early. Well, or come here in a big company and entertain yourself.

Only positive impressions

According to the description, the hotel is 3 years old, but clearly not so. Everything is packed, and sun beds and umbrellas are generally just thrown away. According to the all-inclusive dune around system, everything is turned off. Strong alcohol (whiskey, gin, etc.) of unknown production, even in the search engine there is no such alcohol. Wine, champagne is normal. If you are going on an excursion and do not eat at the hotel, then the hotel will not meet you halfway and they will not let you go to lunch for free when you leave. Don't expect lunch boxes either. There is no snack bar on the beach according to your system, not even nuts for beer only for money. There are queues for dinner, everyone is waiting for your waiter to come for you individually. The hotel staff is trying very hard. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, but it does not always happen, so I advise you to install a translator on your phone. I recommend Inter continental and Abu Dhabi, that's where the dune around all-inclusive system is great. If you haven't eaten enough at the Ala Card restaurant or didn't like the dishes (for example, in Byblos everything is made of mutton), you can return to the buffet. They won't let you do that in Ras Al Khaimah. Plus, the snack bar is incomparable according to your concept. And the price of the hotels is almost the same.

The hotel has fresh rooms, a good beach, decent food. There is a small assortment of dishes, but everything is delicious. We rested on an all-inclusive system, in fact it is a full board. We were in the Emirates for the first time, we arrived in mid-September, the first day was sooo hot and humid 43C, I did not think that the humidity in the desert is like in the tropics. The sea was hot, not even a drop of coolness, it was also the first time we encountered such a thing) then it went down a little, I think the best time to visit is the end of September and the beginning of October.
The hotel itself is not like in Turkey, you can't sit at a table in a restaurant yourself, you need to go up to the hostess and wait until you are taken to a table, there are small queues during rush hours. There is nothing special about food, there is meat and fish, but it is not always delicious, you will not be hungry, but the Arabs do not really know how to cook.
There are 2 ala carte restaurants, I liked the Turkish one on the shore, the second one is not bad, but the concept itself is a bar and it's very cold there)
Compared to Turkey, the service is higher, everywhere they try to do everything for you, towels can be changed several times a day, a sunbed will be found for you, water will be brought, etc.
The water is always under supervision, 3 lifeguards sit by the pool all day, 1 by the sea. The children's club is good, too, always under supervision, in which case they write on the wats ap.
The cleaning is good, the room is great and big.
The hotel itself is very modern and stylish, everything is done with taste and beauty, everything is monitored and maintained in good condition.

Good hotel, good location and infrastructure, but there are a lot of BUTS.
I will tell you the main disadvantages:
1. Food and alcohol in All Inclusive - for three, alcohol is bad, breakfasts are poorly organized, food in general for 4-. The question of diversity and quality
2. Sand is a very important part of any holiday, here the sand is very bad. Yes, it's white, but it's more cement, not sand.
The sea - Jellyfish is a problem. The pool is dirty and too warm.
3. The cleanliness of the rooms is 4, but the windows are dirty and the cleaning in general is not very high quality.
4. Reception service - very very weak. Frequent arrivals in the morning, and check-in at 15, there are no solutions for the waiting time..

We are currently vacationing at this hotel! The hotel is modern, very beautiful, and large. I was disappointed with the restaurant, or rather its concept ! There are many families with young children, and nothing is provided for them except for one swimming pool. Everything is clean, the staff is mostly friendly, but there is more attention to foreigners than to Russians. The beach is small, but there is enough space not to walk over the heads of vacationers. There are not enough sunbeds in the season, people take up some things early in the morning and, often, no longer appear during the day. The food is without frills, standard .., as in any, average, Turkish hotel. The menu hasn't changed in a week. There is nothing in the area, no shops, no place for hiking. And in principle, this emirate is only for a beach holiday. I underestimated the rating due to an unpleasant incident during check-in. The room was provided not according to the parameters that we had discussed with tour operators. The dialogue with both sides for several hours did not lead to anything. They shifted it on top of each other, they didn't find the last one. The result: the children slept just on the mattress, on the floor. Unpleasant! The first and last trip to this hotel and, most likely, with the operator "Fly.ru"

Nice, small hotel. The rooms are large, all with sea views, they did not understand the point of paying extra to the "terrace" room. They are located on the first three floors with an enlarged balcony (it is both large in standard and with a sunbed). In the rooms, you can connect the phone to the TV (downloaded movies from Kinopoisk could not be connected, only online, but the Internet pulls normally). It was not possible to connect to a remote desk on a laptop in Russia via the hotel's Wi-Fi. But in general, the Internet works well. One shared restaurant, two Ala cards. American - delicious, good atmosphere. Turkish - specific, who loves real Turkish cuisine- will come in.
A strange (after Turkey, Egypt) all-inclusive system. The bar opens from 9, alcoholic drinks from 11, the bar closes at 01:00- the last free order is at 22:00. you can go to a meal only once under the number record (there may be a traffic jam until the number is recorded and escorted to the table). If you want something else to eat, they will be against it. Fundamentally.
The food is delicious, the menu is quite different every day, but the choice is very limited. Those who want a "million" offers will be upset. There were crabs, sushi, poke, steaks.
There is no entertainment at all. Animation, shows, etc.- by (who cares). There is also a construction site nearby (from the moment of publication, 6 months will definitely go). It doesn't bother much, but it spoils the view. Sunset side, very beautiful in the evening.
In July, there were very hot days - just a sauna sauna (if someone thinks that there is no heat like in Turkey. I would not advise people of the older generation to go. On the second or third day you get used to it, but for adults (60+)such heat can be dangerous), the sea is a great Jacuzzi, who hopes to swim in it in July - be prepared 32/35+. We went only at 7 am and at sunset.
There is a children's pool, there are a lot of children, but in fact - they have nothing to do here. They swim either in the general or in the children's pool, so if it is important for you to have a pool without children, then these are only club rooms (a separate Pool for the club room).
Cocktails are mediocre, alcohol is normal, drinks: Italian prosecco, Jim beam, Gordons, fresh for breakfast (watermelon, orange, pineapple, carrot).
In general, the quality, expectations, staff - did not regret it.

My husband and I decided to go to the Emirates in August. They scared us with hot weather and stuffiness. Therefore, we were looking for a beach holiday, with a nice beach and the sea. Emirates are more suitable for beach holidays: Fujairah and Ras al Khaimah. Fujairah, due to its too remote location from Dubai Airport (where we arrived), immediately fell off and that's why I was looking for a hotel in Ras al Khaimah.
All inclusive, we didn't need animations, we chose hotels with the concept of a quiet, relaxing beach holiday and half-board meals. Also, the criterion of choice was the aesthetics of the hotel itself, novelty, the beach and, of course, positive reviews.
All my requests were satisfied by the Intercontinental Hotel, so the choice was made!
It takes about an hour and a half to drive from Dubai Airport. We arrived at the hotel after 22.00, we were immediately checked in and we went to bed because we were very tired from the road. The hotel certainly impressed right away - the eco-style design looks very expensive and aesthetically pleasing. Literally every corner is thought out and does not stand out from the overall picture. Very beautiful illumination of the territory in the dark. The room also impressed us - it's huge! Dressing room, bathroom with freestanding bathtub, shower and toilet. All cosmetics in dispensers from BYREDO with the smell of African ball.
Toothbrushes with tiny tubes of toothpaste were brought every day, but it's better to take your own paste, because the prices for personal hygiene items are crazy: 500-700-for a tube of paste of the most common brands, Colgate, Sensodyne, a small tube of Marvis - 700 plus ₽
There is glass between the bedroom and the bathroom, which gives the space even more "air"
On the TV there was a welcome message with my name, nice)

There is almost always the same choice of food for breakfast. I took an egg Benedict with Hollandaise sauce, or an omelet that is prepared with any filling, there are some sausages, beans in tomato paste, cheeses, including brie, herbs, vegetables, yoghurts, red fish was several times, fruits (watermelon, papaya or melon, passion fruit) freshly squeezed juices orange, pineapple, carrot, watermelon. Insanely delicious pancakes and waffles!
Pastries, croissants, cupcakes, various types of cereals.
Their system is such that you come to a restaurant and approach the hostesses who ask for your room number and the number of people. He hands you over to the waiter, who puts you at a table and takes an order for drinks. We ordered coffee, cappuccino, Americano and went to the buffet. We were returning, and our coffee was already on the table.
I won't describe the dinners - nothing special to be honest, I only remembered once: there were rolls, all sorts of mussels in the wings and, perhaps, crabs, but we came late and took what was left. In general, the rolls were vegetable, and with crab sticks (just a failure) and seafood is absolutely tasteless (
In general, there are no frills in terms of food, simple food, delicious, but without enthusiasm.
The only thing that impressed me was the dinner at the American restaurant Hoho. An appetizer of crispy squid with some unreal sauces.
Especially salmon steak - perfectly fried, juicy and very tasty. We couldn't handle the Brownie dessert and took it with us to the room and in the morning with coffee it was perfect!
Beach.
The beach is stunning, wide, with clean white sand and turquoise sea. We were lucky and there was almost always a high tide. One day we came, and the sea was gone for almost 10 m! exposing the bottom, strewn with shells. The rest of the days the sea was full with cool waves.
The water temperature is really equal to the body temperature - you can't feel it with your skin, it's so warm! I have never bathed in such a warm sea!))
When you get very hot, which does not save the sea, we moved to the pool - there the water is beautiful, cool, as it should be!
Directly from the pool, you can swim up to the bar and order any cocktail from the all menu. These are classics: mojito, cuba libre, Margarita, etc. Relaxing by the pool is a separate kind of pleasure)
You can get out of the pool and order a hookah. The hookah maker is Russian-speaking, works here until closing, until 18.00. Then you can order a hookah in a Turkish restaurant on the shore. You can go there on foot, walking around the territory, or take a buggy ride.
We also had dinner in a Turkish restaurant, but we didn't really like it. Rice porridge was brought for dessert, which is called pudding) do not order this position.
It seems to have described everything.. I liked the hotel, no special comments were revealed, except for the construction site nearby. No one wrote anything about her in the reviews. But this construction did not interfere in any way, except for spoiling the view in the photos…

We stayed at the hotel from June 02, 2023 to June 16, 2023. We were in the UAE for the first time, very glad that we chose this hotel.
Now about everything in order.
1. Number of rooms.
Since the hotel is brand new, the rooms look fresh and tidy. But, there are defects. The sockets were shaking, an electrician was called, he fixed everything. In the mini-bar cabinet, the lamps were on, with no shutdown mode when it is closed. I had to ask to turn it off, as it interfered with sleep. There was a bad drain in the shower, we washed in the bathroom.
The beds are comfortable, the mattresses and pillows are good.
2. The beach.
This is the property of the hotel. Wide, with white sand, nice comfortable sun beds, beautiful. The entrance to the sea is convenient. The water in the sea is clean, transparent and warm. There are small fish that you can watch with pleasure.
There are no changing booths, this is a minus. It's inconvenient to run to the toilet at the bar every time.
Showers at the exit from the beach, far from the sunbeds, but not critical. There is no separate foot tap, it is not very convenient.
3. Nutrition.
We were on the "AI" system.
The breakfasts are very good, there is red fish available. The fruits for breakfast were watermelons, bananas, melon, pears, apples.
For lunch and dinner, I liked the food less than breakfast.
Of the minuses, there were few fruits for lunch and dinner, often there was undercooked meat and fish that was white on the outside and pink on the inside.

We rested at this hotel from 16.01.2023 to 21.01.2023. I really liked the service at the hotel, the staff is very attentive, the rooms are new and clean. I was very pleased with the warm pool ! I didn't want to leave it for hours!) (27-30 degrees, in winter, this is very important). The food is excellent and varied, we took breakfast and dinner, dinners can be changed to lunches. You can have dinner in any of the three restaurants, I really liked the Turkish restaurant on the seashore, huge portions (three-course dinner for each person and dessert). Even a cute photographer is on site, who unobtrusively offers you his services. Without problems and free of charge, we were provided with a late check-out from the hotel. The hotel is new and it feels like everyone is trying very hard to like it.

A hotel for a relaxing beach holiday, good service, clean sea, clean beach.

I took a star for the restaurant. He can't handle the load. Tables are placed right in the aisles. This is very inconvenient and unpleasant. Turns the restaurant into a canteen. The food is not bad, but there is little seafood and problems with cooking fish. The rooms are great. The beach is great. I was especially pleased with the cooled pool. The staff is friendly. There are Russian speakers. Of the two a la carte restaurants, I liked the American cuisine restaurant. Everything was delicious there. And at 22 o'clock, the all-inclusive system stopped working. I was surprised that the lobby bar is not included in the all-inclusive system. Last year we vacationed in the same Emirates, but at the Hilton hotel. The comparison is definitely in his favor.

We had a rest on September 12-23 in this hotel . The hotel is great, new, only two years since it was opened.The service is unobtrusive , the kitchen is awesome, there is not such a fuss in the dining room , everyone is provided with a table ,there is no need to rush to take places on the beach ,there is no such place on the beach as in Turkey .a lot of foreigners . The hotel is considered the best in the area .

The hotel is great. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large, clean with constant replenishment of Bayredo hygiene products, for a second))) The exit to the bay is a minute. There are a lot of sun beds. Towels are freely and unrestricted. Waiters also work on the beach. A very rich and varied buffet. The territory is not huge, but there is a place to walk. There is no animation, i.e. a straight family or a quiet vacation.
