Rested in December 2022. A good city hotel, a bus goes to the city beach. The territory of the hotel is quite small, but there is a gym (usually empty) and I really liked it. There are also meeting rooms and coworking, so you could work in silence (there were also empty ones). Upon arrival, they asked to change the room, because they smoked before us, we were offered several options to choose from for replacement. The staff is friendly, you don't have to worry about things. Well, cleaning every day, if more often, then you can click on the button and they will come. It was definitely not a pity to tip the staff, it was just very good service.

I really liked the hotel, the beauty is indescribable.The staff speaks all languages.We only had breakfast, but it was enough with such a variety of dishes.Everything is fresh, different every day, and most importantly - very tasty.Fruits, candied fruits, nuts, pastries, there were many temptations.And what cleanliness is all around!!! The rooms were so perfectly cleaned that I just wanted to admire this order.Well done everyone!!! Thank you for these happy days of rest, comfort, pleasure!!!

Excellent 5* hotel, polite Russian-speaking reception staff, daily room cleaning, plenty of water. There are no balconies, but they are not needed in the heat, the air conditioners work well. There are 2 open pools, there are not enough of them when the rooms are fully loaded. The cuisine is excellent, the breakfasts are a bit stereotypical, the dinners are delicious, there is not enough variety of fruits in August.

Near the food court with Chinese, Indian food, delicious shawarma with low prices. There is a Leonardo restaurant 5 m from the hotel entrance. There are a lot of shops nearby, a 5-minute walk to the currency exchange. To the beach at a slow pace across the beautiful bridge over the strait from the embankment, where you can walk in the evening, 10-12 minutes. We even took a shuttle to the sea only once. Breakfast is normal, scrambled eggs are made) and coffee is nothing.

Declared as 5* - in fact a good three. The best thing about the hotel was the distance to the beach, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach through picturesque places. The kitchen changes every day, but not dramatically , several types of meat, chicken was always there , not a fan of desserts , but there were decent ones , there were fresh fruits all day: watermelon, melon , apples , etc. The staff is friendly, everyone speaks Russian.

A good hotel, but it doesn't pull 5 stars. The service is very pleasant, the Russian-speaking staff, everything is very attentive! The rooms are good, everything is there. The bed and pillows are just a cannon, it's impossible to wake up))) the linen is very pleasant to change every day. Breakfast for 2 weeks nothing has changed, monotonously.

We were a couple for a week at the end of December with the capture of the new year.
For the holiday, the hotel was decorated and the restaurant was decorated.
Ng dinner is decent, seafood, oysters, crabs, etc.
We had an early check-in, the girl at the reception checked in within half an hour, did not have to wait until lunch! Next, we took into account the reviews by number and asked to settle us no higher than the 28th floor, since the 31st club and the lower floors listen to music until 3 am. We had the 11th floor, a view of the Marina (a room with a view was chosen in a travel agency, it was fixed) otherwise you will look at the overpass.
A big plus is the location. On foot 10-12 minutes to the beach, 7-10 minutes from the metro, 5 minutes to the Marina, it is very nice and beautiful to walk in the evening. On the neighboring streets there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, an exchange office. We took full board, we were sooo satisfied. The breakfast is varied, but simple, breakfast and dinner are buffet style, lunch on the menu you choose from several dishes. Serving as in a restaurant is beautiful and delicious! But at lunch, you should lay 40 minutes -1 hour, slow feed.
The room window does not open much, the mattresses are comfortable- they fell out. The hotel staff is very helpful, trying to solve all questions and requests promptly. There are Russian-speaking employees.
If you are considering urban tourism with the opportunity to spend time on the beach in the morning, then this hotel is suitable.
In December- January, it is worth considering the sun on the beach from 8-15 at 16 it is already cool, at 17 it is dark. Sun beds on the nearest beach 4500rub / 2 people, with a visit to the shower. But there is an option on towels, if it does not bother that everyone will walk through you. According to alco there is a bar on the 31st floor, the audience and the atmosphere are India. But there was enough rum in my Negroni! Did not regret it))
By metro 30 minutes to Burj Khalifa, right on the fountains of Time out market is a food court with a view of the fountains and a good alco for money adequate by Dubai standards.
