We have been staying at the hotel since February 26th. It was the second time we were there. The quality of service and food has become worse than it was 4 years ago.
Construction has begun nearby, city view = view of the crane. Somewhere up to the 12th floor for sure. So ask for a higher floor.
The breakfasts are monotonous, there is more choice at dinner. But the baby is 2 years old, there was absolutely nothing to eat at dinner.
A children's table is not provided.
The cots are in very poor condition. They brought only a bed and a mattress with a sheet - they did not give either a pillow or a blanket.
The pool is not heated, during this period it was warm only for lunch.
The way to the sea and the beach are magnificent.
Room cleaning is also great.

I liked the hotel. The location is good, everything is within walking distance. We took breakfasts and dinners. We were satisfied. There is always something to eat. In general, I would put 4 stars on the hotel, or 5- because the hotel is a little tired. It was nice that a birthday compliment was paid and a cake was brought to the room.

A city hotel with a good location, wonderful staff, including Russian-speaking, an excellent chef and an assortment of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. To the beach 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace, the shuttle to the beach was not used, because, firstly, it is lucky to the beach far from the hotel, and secondly, it rarely goes (according to the schedule). DNCC metro station is within walking distance, shops and cafes too. The Dubai Marina area is certainly beautiful, but while its active development is underway, the landscapes outside the window will be appropriate.

We rested at this hotel in April 2023. Meals - there were only breakfasts. I will not say that it is too diverse, but there is a choice and you can eat different food every day. Everything is fresh and delicious. The hotel itself is new, the location is convenient. To the sea on foot 10-15 minutes walking distance. There is also a bus to the sea throughout the day. The hotel itself has a swimming pool and sauna. There is also a gym. The hotel has everything you need, room cleaning is daily. The staff is very attentive and friendly. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, which is very convenient.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are large. We lived on the 19th floor with a gorgeous view of the city. Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We took breakfast and dinner. I liked everything. There is a swimming pool, but we didn't need it. They preferred to swim in the Persian Gulf. There is a free shuttle service to the sea and to the Marina. We walked, it's not far for us. 15 min. walking. Metro nearby, supermarkets nearby. I recommend the hotel.

There is no information anywhere on the hotel's website that there is a construction site 10 meters away. The tour operator , of course, did not warn about this either. Instead of city View, you're looking at a construction site, not to mention night jobs. The pool is located on the 1st floor and the pool offers a wonderful view of other people's underpants, which are drying in huge quantities in the building opposite! You get pool towels only for a deposit, 100 dirhams is a card for one towel. There were 3 of us. Breakfast is just nothing to eat) if it wasn't for the omelette, we would be hungry. Is it 5 stars?! Location 15 minutes to the beach , 15 minutes to the metro - in the heat ! It is better to pay extra and take on 1 line. The most unfriendly staff, especially the guys at the pool, at least the prime ministers. Worn plumbing , well , OK. At the reception they speak Russian, but they also serve! :) I hope you understand what I mean! I will never come to this hotel again.

Good location, 5-7 minutes walk to the metro station, 10 minutes to the beach. The hotel has polite staff, a varied menu, and delicious food. There is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi, gym. Towels are provided to the beach. Shuttle to the beach and Marina Mall every hour. We rested for 10 days, everything is fine. I will be happy to come back again )

The hotel is wonderful! Very convenient location, five minutes walk from the metro station. The staff is friendly, friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, cozy. Breakfast is a buffet, food for every taste and preference. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool. The beach is just around the corner. Everything is just wonderful, I really liked it! Excellent hotel, all five stars.
Very friendly staff, speak Russian, English, Arabic. For a long time at breakfast I spoke English with the staff, at the end I realized by chance that they perfectly understand Russian. If there were any problems, we were ready to solve them as soon as possible.
The ideal location of the hotel from road junctions, metro, Dubai mall and the cleanest beach.
I liked the service in every detail. Starting from the reshepshen, ending with a beach man handing out towels. The only thing that bothered in the service is that when you forget to leave a locked room and go to breakfast, the cleaning is right there and is cleaned for a very long time, you get tired of waiting.
The food is very tasty and quite diverse, but there are incredibly many people. A lot of fruits, once for dinner we even got to shish kebabs, where they fried sharp wings, shish kebab, chops on the grill and skewers. If you take it with dinner, then only water is included from the drinks, but with an additional payment they give good sets.
Each room is clean and tidy, a gorgeous view from the window, an excellent light control system and air conditioning. The TVs have the ability to connect to your phone, profile on YouTube. Tea, coffee, cream, sugar everything in the room is updated every day.
Lots of cool shops, including supermarkets.
The disadvantages were:
— windows on the highway, smoky and noisy, where construction is constantly underway;
— the shower is leaking from the stall and the whole bathroom is flooded;
— a small and shallow pool of 1.5 m;
— breakfast gets boring after a couple of days.

Great! I liked the hotel - beautiful, great location: near DMCC metro station, JBR beach, Dubai Marina Mall. Wonderful view of the Marina and the Eye of Dubai.
Very good dinners, I recommend - there is always a "dish of the day": a whole bird or fish, shish kebab, meat. There is also always beef, chicken, fish, lots of greens and vegetables. Great desserts, pancakes/churros with ice cream are prepared.
The rooms are comfortable.
There is a spa, a swimming pool, a children's room.

Great hotel. We stayed from May 10 to May 17, 2022.
The hotel is clean, beautiful, technological, very tasty breakfasts, responsive, polite staff. The girls at the reception and at the entrance to the restaurant are Russian-speaking.
Beautiful view of the city, but a little noisy from the road.
Daily room cleaning. Rashid always cleaned our place non-intrusively and cleanly, carefully monitored when we turn on the cleaning and immediately came while we were away.
It's nice that for hotel guests in the Spa there is a free sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi, it's just a pity that men and women are separate, my husband and I are used to relaxing everywhere together (As a suggestion, make some joint visiting hours).
The hotel has restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner, but the prices there are not low. There are supermarkets and cafes within walking distance, where prices are noticeably lower.
There is a free bus from the hotel to the beach and the nearest Marina Mall.
Convenient location for an expensive and relatively budget holiday, the beach and the metro are about 1 km away. You can go to the beach in the morning. After the beach, take the free bus to the hotel, get ready, walk to the metro and get to the main attractions in a cool, clear metro. In the evening, take a walk on the embankment with gorgeous views - the beach, skyscrapers, Ferris wheel, super lighting.

Great hotel. I recommend it! Friendly staff there is always someone who speaks Russian. Delicious food. The rooms are super there is everything you need and something else))) There are Russian-language channels on TV. The hotel is super! it is located next to the Dubai marina mall, every hour a bus pulls up to the hotel and takes it first to the beach (picks up and drops people off), then goes to the marina mall, and then back to the hotel. The terrace of the hotel itself is small, there are 2 swimming pools, a large one for children, a smaller one (1.3 m) There is a pool bar. The dining room is super, the food is delicious, I especially advise you to try fish) There is a sauna and a Jacuzzi (free of charge) + a small gym (there is always a maximum of 1-3 people) There are inexpensive cafes nearby. The view from the hotel window is wonderful, the only thing that confused me was the construction site, but it is visible if you come close to the window and look down. The staff is good, kind and nice people.

We stayed at this hotel in early November. It doesn't pull at 5 stars at all. Everything is tired, the decoration and design are outdated. There is almost no territory, and it is squeezed between the houses closely. A small pool and balconies of neighboring houses with locals hanging on them hang above it. The breakfasts are excellent and these are all the advantages. The rooms are small.

I was at this hotel last year. I can say that I am delighted! Very good location. Metro nearby, buses nearby. And the most important thing is that the Dubai Marina walking area itself is within walking distance.
The hotel itself is at the highest level. I have a smart room with a smart home function. Breakfasts and dinners are bursting with food. I advise everyone! By the way, the room has a bathroom and a shower.
The only drinks are not included for dinner, you need to pay extra for them separately.

Great hotel, nice staff, delicious food. Location in the city, but 10 minutes walk to the sea. The hotel itself is cozy and clean, there are small pools (adult and children). THE BUFFET IS DISGUSTING. Everything about room service and reception is fine, always polite staff. They changed our room for free when I complained about the noise from the road (do not take the room towards the highway and below the 15th floor), the most it is on the sea, there is a mosque on the side of the wheel and Muslims occupy everything there first of all, so if the direction of the mosque towards the bay is not important, then ... the territory of the hotel scanty and the pool is densely occupied almost always.. at the reception they will always promptly call a taxi and treat you to coffee. It's a bit far to the sea on foot, but for the experiment we walked a couple of times - about 20 minutes at an average step. I liked the hotel. The rooms are spacious and fresh enough. Friendly staff, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
The breakfast is a buffet, but quite varied.
The hotel has a separate SPA sauna +steam bath+ mini-pool jacuzzi.
The beach is 10..15 minutes on foot.
Of the disadvantages, there is a construction site nearby and a noisy high-way.
The metro station is only 5..7 minutes away.
Also within walking distance is the bus stop (runs at night) N55 to Al Muktun airport - 5 dirhams on the map and a 45-minute drive.

The hotel does not correspond to 5*. Maintenance , cleaning corresponds to 3* but not to the stated 5 . In the shower cabin, the door does not close tightly, they asked many times to repair or change the room, but everything is useless. The sensor does not work well and you have to try very hard to turn the air conditioner on or off. If you want to buy coffee at Starbucks and sit by the pool with him, you will not be allowed to have your drink, like the hotel rules, which are already being talked about in fact. To have breakfast , you will have to stand in line and wait for 10-15 minutes , because they decided to close the veranda , and there are not enough tables in the common room for everyone . We definitely do not recommend this hotel. Absolutely not worth the money .

The hotel is up to 5 as far as the moon. Rested in December 2022. A good city hotel, a bus goes to the city beach. The territory of the hotel is quite small, but there is a gym (usually empty) and I really liked it. There are also meeting rooms and coworking, so you could work in silence (there were also empty ones). Upon arrival, they asked to change the room, because they smoked before us, we were offered several options to choose from for replacement. The staff is friendly, you don't have to worry about things. Well, cleaning every day, if more often, then you can click on the button and they will come. It was definitely not a pity to tip the staff, it was just very good service.

A chic hotel. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed and comfortable pillows. Slept like the dead))) gorgeous view from the window . Cleaning the room every day, even my jars were arranged beautifully. They congratulated me on my birthday with a cake with a candle at breakfast. It was very nice.
The pool is not big but clean. The sauna is included in the price of accommodation, but we have not been there.
There is a free shuttle service to the sea and to the Marina Mall shopping center runs every hour
