Nice hotel and very friendly staff! Clean rooms, wide beds, pleasant bed linen, delicious food (by the way, it is cheaper to eat here than in urban cafes and restaurants), friendly staff. There is a bus service to La mer beach and the largest shopping center twice a day, but I often got there on my own. To La mer on foot about 20 minutes, by bus (stop diagonally from the hotel) a little faster, 10 minutes. I preferred to go to Kite Beach (aka Night Beach, next to the "Sail")- from the same stop on the city bus for about 30 minutes: there is snow-white sand, a gentle entrance, very clean water and, in general, a magnificent beach! The beach in Al Mamzar Park is even better, but it takes longer to go there.

The hotel is great. The breakfast is very good, I always found something to eat for myself. Good sound insulation, daily cleaning, polite and friendly staff. The bed linen is perfectly clean and white (as new). There is a shuttle service from the hotel 2 times a day to LA MER beach and Dubai Mall, it would be possible more often, but this is not critical, public transport goes in any direction, if you walk to the beach, then 30 minutes. Relatively everything is within walking distance. One minus, there are no Russian sockets, I had to ask to charge the phone on the receiver, and then I bought an adapter. Great hotel, I recommend it to everyone.

A wonderful chain hotel- I chose it because of its proximity to La Mer beach. A lovely wide bed and gorgeous linens, cool with lovely blackout curtains. Many complain that the windows do not open, but this is contraindicated in a country with such a hot climate. The air conditioner is steering! Tip: it's better to dry the towel on the refrigerator (don't thank me)))). There is no pool. It's a 30-minute walk to the beach - it's very difficult in the heat. Take a bus card at the airport or subway right away. In reality, it is difficult to withstand such transitions on foot in summer, even stops-refrigerators do not save much. About food: I bought breakfast and dinner. I don't really want to eat at lunch because of the heat. According to the assortment of dishes, there are 4 good ones, but again, this is for whom. The main thing was that I was full, and I didn't have to think where to go to eat in the heat. The staff is smiling and always ready to help. We didn't understand each other's English)) It is also important: There are smoking rooms here. If you do not smoke, make an emphasis on being given a non-smoking room.

We stayed with my husband and son. The location is convenient, a transfer takes you to the beach and picks you up. La Mer Beach is also within walking distance. The breakfast is varied. Bus stops are not far away, but you have to wait 15-20 minutes for the bus. Taxis are constantly arriving at the hotel. The food is varied, we took HB, for 9 days there was practically no repetition of dishes, a lot of fruits, there were drinks for dinner (juice, lemonade, water), coffee beans for breakfast, it's a pity there were olives not every day.
Location: close to shops, far from the beach - 30 minutes on foot at a brisk pace, even in November it is annoying (the transfer runs at an inconvenient time).
La mer beach - the sand is beautiful, the entrance to the sea is convenient, but poorly maintained: the shower barely works, the toilets are closed, so vacationers spoil the changing rooms.
The hotel rooms are standard, there are no special complaints, except that the shower cabin was poorly closed.
The staff speaks only English.

The staff is friendly, polite. Everyone speaks exclusively in English. Nobody knows Russian. Personally, we communicated through Google translate. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the beach.
Standard room: with a double bed and a small sofa; air conditioning works perfectly; large table with an armchair; electric kettle; mini fridge; 2 mugs; shower and toilet with sink; towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel; wardrobe and bedside table. The room is just right for two people. An ironing board and iron are available on request free of charge. Bottled water was brought in new every day, tea bags and coffee with milk substitute, sugar. Room cleaning every day, but also on request. Breakfast, lunch and dinner: buffet. Breakfast: coffee, tea, orange and apple juice, omelette, sausages, various salads, porridge, cereals.. Dinner: broth, rice, pilaf, pasta, gravies, meat, salads, fruits watermelon, orange, melon, apples, carbonated drinks, cakes.
We liked everything. Eat as much as you want. They took apples, oranges, and bananas with them. A HUGE PLUS. We had a plane at 23 o'clock, and the check-out was at 12 o'clock. We left our suitcases in the luggage room on the ground floor FREE of CHARGE before the arrival of the transfer. And we walked around the city. Thank you for your hospitality and your benefits. The metro, of course, is a long way from the hotel. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.

The location is convenient, La mer beach is a 25-minute walk away, and the metro can be reached by bus. I really liked the hotel. My little Holiday Inn in a huge luxury Dubai. Cleanliness and comfort in the room. Excellent and hearty breakfasts and dinners. The buffet. Everything is delicious! The staff is attentive.
The beach is within walking distance, you need to look for a way. There are many Russians, they will help.The hotel is located near public transport stops. I was even able to walk to the subway.

And they asked the worker to reschedule this dinner for lunch for the next dinner . Then wait for the receipt at the end . Russian charging works , the plug fits there . You don't have to take an umbrella and a lounger, if you don't want to push, you can hide on the beach and use towels. They are given out at the reception. And take them there too . If you expect to settle in Dubai for a minimum budget, this hotel will meet your expectations:Pleasant breakfasts, daily room cleaning, in the evening you can go out and walk around. (just not towards the port😀) relatively good location-all the main locations are about the same distance by taxi. There are public transport stops nearby, to the metro and one of the best beaches in my opinion (La Mayor) on foot 20 minutes slowly.
The hotel has a free shuttle service to the beach and Mall.

A good hotel. It definitely pulls on 4, there is air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, bed, bathroom - in general, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only drawback is that the windows don't open (at least the window didn't open in my room). The nearest beach is about 15 minutes on foot, and you can take a bus, but it's a long wait. Shuttles run from the hotel to the beach, but it was not convenient for me (the first bus left at 10 a.m., I do not remember the evening one, about 16). Vacationed at Holiday Express in July 2023, yes, this is a 2-star hotel, but better than some 4-star ones. Daily cleaning, all kinds of food and European, too, there is a choice. Fruits daily, the choice is small, but alternate. The sights are not far away, taxi is available. You can also take the bus, the stop is 5 minutes away, the metro is further away, but it is not critical if there is a Silver card for all types of transport. To La Mer beach 20 minutes on foot or 1 bus stop or transfer, but at 10h. There are grocery stores nearby, and a little further - but it's useful to walk in the evening. We walked to the metro in 30 minutes, you can take the x28 bus in 10 minutes.

We had a rest in October 2023 . The hotel is for business travelers, most of the engineers from the TC port dock are within walking distance. Mostly Pakistanis, Hindus, etc. are here.
The staff speaks English, is very friendly and ready to help with any questions.
Windows do not open, it is difficult to dry things. (I take off the star for this). Cleaned daily, replenished water and tea/coffee. I liked the breakfasts, there are fruits, pastries, egg dishes, cheese, olives, sausages, something from Indian or local cuisine, always watermelon, apples, oranges and bananas, yoghurts, cereals, etc. The shuttle to la Mer beach (closed for reconstruction, but the territory is open) goes at 8:30 and at 14:15, back in 2-3 hours. I didn't like the beach at all, we took a taxi to kite beach, it's the best.

The food is generally fine, you will not stay hungry, breakfast always has different milk, additives to it, yoghurts, eggs, fresh vegetables, rice, often sausages, potato sticks. Lunch is very meager, rice, pasta, 1 soup, fresh vegetables, fish 1 type, meat/chicken 1 type. Dinner is as meager as lunch, everything is spicy, not everyone likes it! There is no menu for children. The location is generally good, mostly we took a taxi through the Careem app. The metro is far away, there is a bus stop nearby. The Wi-Fi is normal. The windows in the room do not open, as in all UAE hotels. Don't be surprised by the dust in the room, there is really a lot of it in Dubai. Water and towels are not always provided, sometimes you need to ask for several times. Regarding the service, we arrived at the hotel around 7 a.m. There were a lot of available rooms, they refused to check us in for free earlier - there were auctions, they paid 160 dirhams + tax, standard 10 dirhams/ night. The flight was at night at 23:20, they asked us to pack a lunch box with us the morning before, since we do not get to breakfast, they said they would do everything, in the end they did not warn and refused upon departure, there was a child with us, they would say right away, I would buy food for him on the road, and then the refusal is already in fact. Beach towels are provided at the reception, there are shuttles to the outlet, La Mer beach, Dubai Mall. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the beach. The hotel is old, but good. It will suit you if you have come to travel. Not suitable if you like to spend time in a hotel.
There is no swimming pool, there is no recreation area and a zone of gatherings with tea. There is only a tiny gym with a toilet and shower.
The room is cleaned daily, the staff is polite.
The food is not very diverse, but of high quality. They don't give tea and coffee for dinner, only water and soda.
A significant drawback is that the windows do not open, which is why the air in the rooms is stale, especially if the whole family takes a shower. And the temperature in the room cannot be raised above 24 degrees, which is sometimes cold.
The obvious plus is the location. La Mera beach is within walking distance. There are transfers to the beach, to the Dubai mall, outlet and a couple more places.

I had a rest in this hotel in April 2023, 9 days. Clean room, cozy, bed was changed, water was put on, even if I didn't drink my quota :) the restaurant in the hotel is good for this stardom. The breakfasts are hearty, the coffee is delicious. La Mer is a 15-minute walk away. To the metro in the heat of 20 minutes. 15 minutes to the poppy))) The staff is very friendly, pleasant. The view from the window of the classroom, I sincerely got high. The windows don't open, but the air conditioner was working normally. They gave out an ironing board and an iron.
