Great team, comfortable rooms

It's a very pleasant place. The room stock has not had time to get tired yet, everything you need is there. The renovation of the rooms is neat. In some hotels, it's done "expensively, richly," but with crooked seams, smudges, and hastily. It's modest, but clean and tidy. The room cleaning is good, the soap dishes are all given and of normal quality.
The location in terms of shops and markets is excellent. Suddenly, all the contractors we had to meet were almost within walking distance. Apparently, the location is also good for business.
I didn't attend breakfast - I can't estimate it, but the breakfast room is spacious.
Of the disadvantages, I can only mention that there is only one elevator. But perhaps the flow of guests does not require more. I didn't stand in line, I didn't wait for a long time.
At the check-out, I had to wait for the number to be checked. Perhaps this is a harsh necessity caused by previous hotel experience, but somehow it was not familiar to me. I haven't seen this in many years.

Overall, the hotel is nice, new, clean. The location is generally super, everything is nearby that your heart desires) The room is clean and cozy. The breakfast is not bad, the choice is a little meager, but you will not leave hungry for sure. I was glad that we packed lunch boxes with breakfast because of the early departure. The staff is wonderful, attentive and friendly. But of course there was a but.... We were unpleasantly surprised by the additional payment. bed linen and laundry services (2 pcs) the question is what did the laundry do 2 times in two nights that we were there? I definitely did not change the bed linen, towels too, and they took an additional payment for it. Moreover, when booking, 3 people and a room with a bed and a sofa are immediately indicated, which means two beds are needed, and if this amount were included immediately, perhaps such questions would not arise, but it is very unpleasant. Well, another disadvantage is coffee for an extra charge at breakfast. If you want coffee from the coffee machine, you have to pay.
In general, despite the disadvantages, I recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel in Karaganda. The room is small but functional: a double bed, two bedside tables with individual lighting, a work desk, a kitchen corner, a wardrobe with mirrored doors, a refrigerator and a safe. Bath. There are few sockets, they are not above the bedside tables, they are not enough at the desktop. A good solution is to organize a kitchen corner: stove, extractor hood, sink, microwave, kettle, dishes, additional lighting. But the kettle had to be moved to another outlet, as the outlet above the countertop did not work. Individual air conditioning system in the room, very convenient. Breakfast is quite meager, but the cafe has a good interior. There is a large lobby on the ground floor where you can work and hold a meeting.

A wonderful hotel - you can't find fault. Everything is at a very high level: staff, interior, breakfast. There are useful little things in the bathroom. The only inconvenience is the need to make a deposit of 10,000 Tenge, its return to the card takes a decent amount of time. Therefore, it is better to deposit it in cash.

I booked on the Internet, arrived at night, however, everything worked, the administrator promptly settled in exactly the room where I wanted.
Breakfast is also normal. And the choice of dishes and the quality and quantity on the plate.
If I have to visit Karaganda again, I will repeat the experience.

In the morning I had to urgently print out the documents, the girl at the counter helped with this.

A very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, perfect cleanliness, cleaning and change of towels daily, change of bed linen every three days. Wonderful, courteous staff, the reception solves any problem. There is a stove and a microwave in the room, if you want to cook, just call the reception and they will bring you a pot and a frying pan. The breakfasts are not very varied, but everything is very tasty, you definitely will not leave hungry. There are a market and shopping centers near the hotel. You can buy everything you need and change the currency if necessary. I am happy to stay at this hotel

A very nice hotel with apartments. I had an improved, almost mini apartment with a kitchen, everything you need, a bar counter and a comfortable sofa. The room is clean, pleasant and large, it feels almost like home. For some reason, I couldn't connect to wifi, but I was too tired to check with the reception. Breakfast only pumped up a little, although everything you need to start the day is not hungry, only a small selection. If you are looking for a comfortable and large room where you can cook for yourself in the room, then you are here.

This place is probably the best of the hotels in Karaganda.
What is convenient besides the fact that it is a device:
- there is a large shopping complex nearby
- there are several exchangers
in it - next to the hotel, there is a huge bazaar / or rather there are several of them...you can choose different local exotics to your taste;
- the railway station is also very close, but not so close...to bother you with your fuss;

We arrived by train in the morning, although our reserved room was empty, the receptionist did not let us in earlier than 14 hours, and we sat in the lobby until two with the child. I do not recommend even considering this hotel. I booked by phone call, received confirmation from an employee (I attach a screenshot of the correspondence), a few days before arrival, an employee contacted me to confirm the reservation, confirmed. There was not a single word from the employee about the mandatory advance payment (this was what the manager at the hotel was referring to when he refused to check in). As a result, upon arrival, they refused to settle in, they say they had a misunderstanding. There were no available rooms in the city that day, I had to check in in the middle of nowhere. When choosing this hotel, be ready for an adventure. I am attaching a photo.

A nice cozy hotel, the rooms are designed as apartments. The architectural solution with an internal partition in the room was not entirely clear - the TV is located on the partition on the side of the sofa, and not on the side of the bed, in my opinion it is not convenient. The location is surrounded by shopping malls and markets, there is no place to walk in the evening, everything is closed after 21.00. The place for breakfast is small, we came, everything was occupied, we had to wait. Breakfasts are 3 out of 5, poorly scarce and do not keep up with the residents. The guard at the entrance- damn, you made a good hotel, who is this man on what and why is he sitting here?

It was terrible , I had to drain the water from the shower for 20 minutes , the stench spread even in the room , water on arrival - 2 small bottles and that's it , they explained to me at the reception , water is provided only on arrival , as well as coffee and tea on arrival , on arrival you give as a deposit 10 thousand tenge , breakfasts - well ... on the 2nd , restaurant : take dumplings with potatoes , I do not recommend anything else , wine is sold only in bottles . The gym is modest, one track, a Swedish wall, a multi-trainer (the simplest)

There is a very small selection of food, a lot of mayonnaise is used. The rooms are not bad in principle. The location is convenient, near the Tair mall. Water is put on only for 1 day, then it is not put on, bed linen and towels are clean, air conditioning is at 5+, the kitchen in the room is convenient (you can cook yourself). Coffee from the coffee machine, at breakfast, for a fee, Wi-Fi is decent. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but there is a smell of smoking.
