Also, the courier did not give the receipt, referring to the fact that their payment terminal was dead (payment in the order was by card), we had to look for cash to pay. Also, to the question: where is the warranty card, the answer came that it will come to your personal account. After unpacking, the defect described above was revealed, my family immediately dialed 021 without calling me, where they were "promised" to return 150 rubles for this defect, although refrigerators with the same defect here I could buy 400 rubles cheaper, not 150. When I returned from work, I was shocked by such a DIVORCE and called 021 myself, where they did not give me a normal answer and told me to leave a request in the "Replacement and return of goods" section. The application was sent without a warranty card (and without a receipt). The next day, I wrote in a telegram to online support, which did not resolve the issue in any way and said to expect specialists to contact you upon request. As a result, it is now August 11 (18 hours) No one has contacted me. A REFRIGERATOR FOR FULL PRICE DAMAGED WITHOUT A WARRANTY CARD is what I received in this store in 2024. Drawing a conclusion from this situation, I want to say that you can buy cheaper elsewhere, since I took it here thinking that the service is reliable, but as it turned out NOT.

Less than 10 days later, the left mouse button began to be pressed every other time, and sometimes even the third time. I read the reviews, realized that I was not the only one and decided to hand it back, returning the money. And that's where the problems started to show up.
To deliver the product under warranty, you can't just bring it, you need to fill out an application on the website, but that's not all, you need to wait for a specialist to call you and confirm the legitimacy of your application and allow you to come to the pick-up point (according to the specialist: "preferably to the one where you received the goods"). 04/27/2024 at the pick-up point, they refused to refund the money immediately, they drew up an acceptance certificate to send to the supplier for "diagnostics". They asked me to specify my requirements. I have indicated the termination of the contract and the refund. To my questions about why diagnostics, and not quality control, what deadlines, and so on. I didn't get any answers. All I was told was "wait"!

As if, if removed, there was no violation of the law…Another specialist said the following: they are waiting for me tomorrow at the importer's service center of DNA Trade LLC, although another company of the NWAO "ASBIS" was listed on the website and on the importer's sticker. A few hours later, I receive a message in Viber from the 21st century that a defect has been identified and a decision has been made to replace it, a link to some kind of test with a choice of another product is attached. Well, as it is, in the act and with the specialists it was about the termination of the contract of sale, but no, there is also a failure and I need to contact the specialists again and remind them of what I demand. Well, the cherry on the cake, since the purchase, the cost of the product has increased and to my question about the refund amount, I was given the answer "at the purchase price". Failure again, failure at every stage of the work. It seemed that there was no place for another blunder, but they continue. Only by insisting on his own, the specialist agrees to return the value of the goods to date.
On 05/03/2024, after receiving a refund to the card, the employee demanded to sign a receipt for my receipt of money, about the absence of claims against Triavist LLC, etc. This is just the height of amateurism. There are no simple words.

But when we started placing an order with payment in installments, we need to register on the 21vek.finance website with all personal data, subscription to the advertising newsletter, etc., there would be nothing, but the final calculation of payments was very much surprised already on the 21vek.finance website itself. It turned out that with the first payment of 20% - 1032 rubles, all other 12 payments will amount to 432.76 rubles, as a result, the total cost comes out to 6225 rubles. Honestly, I don't understand why mislead people and indicate one price on the 21st century website itself, offer payment in installments and even with the "no overpayments" option, and when placing an order, a loan with not a small overpayment is obtained!
