We visited in March 2024. We arrived just in time for the RAMADAN holiday. But we must pay tribute to the hotel and the staff - we did not experience any inconvenience about this at all.

The hotel is full of hats. There are many things here, namely, there is no variety of food, the service is disgusting, then the cleaner does not come, you are always in a pile of dirty plates on the table because they are cleaned only when you leave. There are petroleum products in the sea and stepping on the bottom or rocks you will be smeared. The staff has no attitude towards people. The animation is dull and mostly indoors. For adults only from Friday to Sunday, but also leaves much to be desired and often indoors. There are scribbles everywhere, teaspoons on delivery from the waiters, maximum one per table. The hotel is not bad, beautiful rooms with ocean views, 3 swimming pools. adult 18+ , children's and frogman. the rooms are well cleaned, towels and bathrobes are changed in a timely manner. there is a refrigerator, an iron, a blackboard and a safe. water is provided free of charge. There are no supermarkets, pharmacies near the hotel, there is one shop on the territory - a small selection of food and souvenirs, very expensive. tobacco and sticks cost from 35 dirhams, so smokers should take a good supply with them. The sockets in the rooms are European, there are no problems with this. there are Russian channels on TV, including a carousel (for children). The saddest thing here is the children's kitchen. The child simply has nothing to feed. from a year to 5 years, there is only one choice - pasta. all 9 days they were both for lunch and dinner. this fact spoiled the impression very much. Amazing guys work at the bars in the pools, special thanks to them. It is also worth noting that there is actually no animation here, very sluggish. at 7 pm, the pools and access to the shore are closed, it gets boring. for dinner, they are asked to follow the dress code and come in trousers.

The first time I was in a hotel where everything was terrible. The sea is like a dirty river, there is no coastline, there is some kind of mud floating, sharp stones at the bottom. 2 swimming pools. One with almost hot water is a family one, with garbage floating in it. The second one is better, but it's only 18+.
There is absolutely no choice in food, ice cream is paid for during the day and tastes just awful, coffee from the car, just-.
The cook and the waiters are friendly, but that's compared to the rest.🤦♀️
The rooms are old and dirty, they didn't give extra space for a 12-year-old child, only 2 towels..
This stunning location is a 3-hour drive from the airport.
Today is only the second day of my vacation, and I'm counting the hours to get away faster.

We are currently relaxing at the hotel! Overall not bad , but not 5 stars.
Cons: there is almost no entertainment, there is no animation.

We rested in mid-August 2024, we were afraid of the infernal heat, but the temperature is quite acceptable, much more comfortable than in Dubai at this time of year, we had a maximum of 35 degrees, usually 30 degrees, the only thing was stuffy in the evenings, but you could stay outside for an hour or two. I liked the rest, of course we didn't get any wow emotions, but everything was at a decent enough level.
The hotel: a beautiful hotel, very attentive and friendly staff, the rooms are no longer new, but beautiful, the staff tries and cleans every day. All necessary accessories are available and are constantly being replenished.
Territory: there are two swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, the presence of an adult pool is very pleasing, since there are too many children and screams in the communal pool. There is always wonderful cool water in the adult pool, you can order a cocktail without leaving the pool and sit and drink right in it. The sea pleased us for several days, but then oil sailed and we did not go there for the last three days of rest, we need to be ready for this. Breakwaters are of course necessary in this part of the emirates, but it spoils the beautiful view, so to admire the expanses you can walk to the wild beach, which is located five minutes away. The territory is small, but there is somewhere to walk, there was not enough music in the evenings, people gather at the bar, drink cocktails, but there is not enough music.
Alcohol and food: alcohol is quite good, but if you do not take all inclusive, then the prices are inadequate. The food is good, I liked the breakfasts the most, there are a lot of delicious things to choose from, lunches as usual are very meager to choose from, some dishes were always served for dinner on a separate distribution from the chefs, from a wide variety of dishes you can always choose what to eat. The sea in February 23 was 24-25 gr. you can swim, but not for long. The weather is hot, burned out. Of course, Arabs learn very quickly. I think Turkey will be in the background soon. Don't be sorry to give a buck. Very helpful staff. You will be like sultans. Alcohol in the hotel is expensive but we took ALL-INCLUSIVE to us for free. Beer was mostly drunk by Budweiser 5%. Whiskey is poured with Coke 50/50, I had to learn. For children, the food is weak, the children ate bread and watermelons. In the morning, sausages, fried eggs, cakes, but at lunch everything is in marinades and the children did not eat. 2 times porridge was Oatmeal at lunch. French fries were beaten out of them. By the way, there is a cafe on the beach where, according to our all inclusive, they gave free French fries pizza and burgers, but they found out already in the last 2 days, although we were told that 100 dirhams bonus per adult only. In general, there is still a problem with Russian and not everything is clear. Swimming pools for adults and children are straight thermal hot springs, there are 6 Jacuzzis in the children's pool. In December, everything in the hotel is decorated for the new year, a pre-holiday mood is created. The animation is moderate, which pleases. Excursions are offered. It may be a minus for someone that there is nowhere to go outside the hotel, there are no shops, but for us it was only a plus, there is no need to spend precious leisure time shopping. We had a rest from April 24 to May 3, 2 adults + a child of 5 years old. It takes 1.5 hours from the airport. It was the first time we were in the Emirates, so we didn't know that already at this time of the year you get burned instantly, even from 8 to 10 in the morning).
They were brought to the hotel at 7 a.m. The number was given at 11, the bracelets were put on at 12. You can't eat anywhere, even for money, before lunch. There is a small shop where you can buy juice, cookies, and water.
I really liked the hotel, as well as the room. They did not pay attention to the shortcomings in the form of small, from time to time and operation, jambs in repair (a water stone on the sink, slightly swollen doors in the bathroom from water).
The contingent is 90% Russian.
The staff is very friendly, they don't speak Russian.
The animation is very weak. Mini disco for 15 minutes. And a couple of times a week - fire show, oriental dancing, also for 15 minutes. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel. We didn't go to the market- we didn't want to trudge along the steppe road for ten minutes in the heat.
We took a taxi to Lulu. 20-25 dirhams one way. A huge store, it has everything except alcohol.
We went on an excursion to Oman, nothing is usual - boat rides, swimming in the ocean, freshly cooked shrimp (for an additional fee), lunch. But we really liked it. You can't bring alcohol with you, and they don't pour it there, only water and juice.
The beach is sandy, with rare pebbles, a lot of beautiful shells. A gentle entrance to the water, the daughter is 122) tall, after 3 meters it was up to the neck. There are a lot of fish in the water.
Inflatable slides are not convenient for preschoolers - there is not enough growth, my husband had to throw his daughter on all sorts of "obstacles", both did not like the feeling).
From Friday to Sunday - arrival of local families....
The room is cleaned every day, towels seem to have been changed a couple of times. The bed linen, it seems to me, has not been changed. The water was renewed every day, and so were the coffee capsules.
A huge plus is wi-fi throughout the territory, we communicated via video without any problems.
A hotel, yes, for seals. We are happy with the rest. But once again, they wouldn't have come back. It's a little boring.

I want to note right away that this hotel (they say that it is almost everywhere in the Emirates) is suitable only for pensioners. There is almost no animation for children, and if there is, it is more suitable for adults (belly dancing, contests for the best couple ...). It was all positioned as entertainment for children. Nothing for adults either. The pool and the sea are only available until 19, then it is impossible))) After dinner (22:00) - everyone to sleep!!! No music, nothing!!! The bar, by the way, is also open until 22:00, then for a fee, in another bar (until 00:00). Food - there is no variety. From the word at all. It's the same thing every day (the maximum sauce changed). There was seafood once. From fruits - melon, pineapple, watermelon and orange))).
The rooms, the staff are excellent. They cleaned every day. The reception staff always smiled and tried to help. I had a rest with the children from 08.07 to 15.07.
Initially, I did not expect anything from the hotel, we flew there because friends were flying.
I was very pleased with the transfer from the airport, there were 7 of us, we were picked up by a car, consider an individual transfer. We liked the hotel itself, it is very beautiful, relatively new. We arrived at the hotel by 14.09, we will check in immediately and even had time to have lunch! The room is spacious, there is everything you need, but this is not the case with all rooms, some rooms may not have something, BUT when contacting the reception, everything is immediately reported. Cleaning was carried out every day, and then Mahamed came and asked if everything was well cleaned!
On nutrition: personally, I have nothing to compare with in terms of "all inclusive", this is the first vacation in this way, but there is plenty of food there! The side dish is always standard: rice (different variations), zartnfel, pasta (different variations) , meat: chicken, pork, fish and even beef have happened, many varieties of salads, as well as the design is simple, from fruits : watermelon, melon, pineapple, always fresh pastries for breakfast (croissants are just awesome, but everything else too), as well as various pies and desserts with jelly, in other meals there are always pies, and for dinner there is unlimited ice cream from the vending machine. I would like to mention the good quality drinks, both juices and cocktails. I have heard that cocktails are not very popular in the resorts of Egypt and Turkey, but here they do everything very well, both adults and children were delighted. For entertainment: there is an adult-only pool, there is a communal pool and there is a children's pool, this, in my opinion, is a very cool solution! There is a children's playroom where you can leave children, it is also very convenient, you can go to relax or go to the market) every day, aqua aerobics, pilates and yoga are held at the communal pool, as well as various games in the water. There is an inflatable "thing" on the sea that is interesting for both adults and children to run around, no one limited time, only on some days when there were choppy waves, it was basically removed to the shore. Various events were held in the evening: a magician performed, Filat's dance, a children's mini disco and watching a movie with popcorn, and yes, at 10 pm everything ends and ol inclusive too) but for me personally this is not a problem. I would like to mention the waiter, Beczot, a very pleasant young guy, knows Russian well, is always smiling, always tells and tells. And in general, the entire staff of the hotel is very pleasant, sociable and friendly people. In general, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I can safely recommend it to visit!

Vacationed with a family with two children from 22.05.-29.05.2023 .
The hotel is very beautiful, there are many beautiful photo zones. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed. The staff is friendly, the food is not varied, it's the same every day, but it was delicious. They took three meals a day, but it was better to have everything included at once, since at every call, and if they took juices , tea , water , they always asked for the room number , and tea became paid after lunch and cost one mug 500 rubles per cup . The entrance to the sea is pebbly sandy . Rescuers are always sitting and after sunset they kick everyone out.
And the biggest minus , we got to the hotel by transfer for 5 hours , keep in mind , and the tour operator did not even take us to the hotel , but simply sent us with a driver who was traveling with a navigator , apparently knew that the road would take so long . There is nothing interesting near the hotel, there is a market with vegetables and fruits. You can take a taxi to the shopping center for 20-25 dirhams. The staff is friendly and courteous. There are also disadvantages, I did not like how drinks are poured around the pool. They ignore them, especially children. Those who are more daring serve them . It's like I took a trip where everything is included, and you're standing behind a soda with your hand outstretched.
The pool is treated with some kind of solution, after which the children had terrible allergies. At sea, the beach was cleared every morning and a greeting was beautifully written on the sand. There is always a lifeguard . It was overshadowed by the fact that there were oil stains several times in ten days, everything got dirty in the first groove, and then the sea was completely closed for a day.
There is a market nearby where mangoes, pineapples and other fruits are very tasty.

The hotel and the concept are excellent, the climate in Fujairah is milder and more pleasant than from the Persian Gulf. The hotel has an adult-only swimming pool, which pleases. The animation is traditionally modest, but it was still interesting, dancing, performances, magic tricks for children. The food failed, it is not very diverse. For small children there is a children's room (provided for 1 hour a day), trampolines on the water (for 30 minutes a day for children from 6 years old), a small playground, a separate children's pool for very young and a separate one for older children, a gentle approach to the sea (rocky on the left, and almost clean sand on the right, stones are rare), animation in the evening: 5-7 songs dance. The territory of the hotel is small, there is nowhere to go. The hotel is located on the shore, but it is three-level, the descent to the sea is either by elevator or by stairs. On the upper level there is a pool 18 +, where children are not allowed, respectively, you can relax without splashing and screaming). By the way, this pool is very competently photographed, in the photo it is just endless, but in fact it is very modest. On nutrition: at first it seemed that the kitchen was very poor, but it turned out that in the end there was enough of everything, no one was left hungry. There are fish, meat, and poultry, just not 25 varieties of each name, but 1-2. The only point: the children's kitchen. If you really count on it, then I dare to disappoint you: there is only one dish in the children's corner and it is always pasta. For someone, this may be an important moment. Our children eat everything, so there were no problems. The sea is very transparent, you can see all the fish. If you swim to the buoys, you can see turtles. Crabs are running on the rocks. On the territory of the hotel they offer a hookah, it costs 100 dirhams, it turned out to be weak for our taste. If you go outside the hotel and walk 500-700 meters to the right, you will reach the territory with a fruit market, food trucks and a playground. There you can smoke the same hookah for 30 dirhams. There is an alcohol store not far to the left of the hotel, but we did not reach it. For adults, animation was caught only 1 time in 8 days, on Saturday evening a man danced a dance with skirts. The staff is friendly, many speak Russian. If you have a birthday during your stay, they will bake you a mini cake) Every day, 2 times a day, you can take a free bus to Fujairah. But we didn't dare to go for almost 2 hours, with small children. In general, the impression was good, a pleasant stay.

A quiet place. If you don't need parties, then you are here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The room has everything you need (even a nail file☝️). Tea, water, coffee (capsules - capsule coffee machine in the room) is replenished every day👍Very friendly and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention Zakaria. This is a well-spoken Russian, smiling, friendly young man at the reception. I helped in everything!!!
There are always free sunbeds on the pools and on the beach. Beach towels are clean, new, you can take as many as you want (and as many times a day as you want).
The food is normal, without frills. But you won't stay hungry. I just got hooked on their puffs and croissants. It is very far to go on excursions to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but I did it if I wanted. There are no cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. nearby. If you do not have "all inclusive", take something with you for lunch from Russia on the day of arrival (there will be nowhere to have lunch) But not far away (min. 10 on foot) there is a market with fruit. On the territory there is a shop with all sorts of little things. There you can buy chocolate, ice cream, dates and dates in chocolate, diving masks, souvenirs, etc. Both at the rank and in the mogazine, you can pay with dirhams, dollars or a card (who has cards from non-Russian banks). Money at the reception is changed at a NOT very profitable rate.
The beach is not big. On the first day I was shocked by its shape and size, but then I got used to it and didn't notice. The main sea is very warm, affectionate and sooo salty - the water itself keeps on the surface.
Beautiful fish and turtles swim in the sea. It's great to watch them. They are not afraid of people at all.
In general, I would come back here again

I am currently staying at this hotel.The first time I came across a queue at a restaurant, people come to take their turn early.The food is monotonous, but delicious.I haven't seen any entertainment.Water with resin, as it says on the sign.The room was not cleaned for 3 days, after going to the reception they came in 3 hours.I would not rate the hotel at 5 stars.
