Hello everyone We had a vacation with our daughter (teenager) in the period from August 15-25, 2024. To rest, of course, not to work! But!!!
I want to note right away that this hotel (they say that it is almost everywhere in the Emirates) is suitable only for pensioners. There is almost no animation for children, and if there is, it is more suitable for adults (belly dancing, contests for the best couple ...). It was all positioned as entertainment for children. Nothing for adults either. The pool and the sea are only available until 19, then it is impossible))) After dinner (22:00) - everyone to sleep!!! No music, nothing!!! The bar, by the way, is also open until 22:00, then for a fee, in another bar (until 00:00). Food - there is no variety. From the word at all. It's the same thing every day (the maximum sauce changed). There was seafood once. From fruits - melon, pineapple, watermelon and orange))).
The rooms, the staff are excellent. They cleaned every day. The reception staff always smiled and tried to help. I am grateful for the extension of the room before departure (for free), but for the review😂Reading reviews from many, I see familiar names. The beach is a small coastline. Entertainment on the beach - volleyball. In the sea, there is an inflatable structure for children to play overcoming obstacles. There are no slides. And yes, they were also cheated the day before we left. In general, something like that… I forgot, for those who have delicate heels, I recommend taking sneakers for swimming. Going into the water wants the best ... especially felt at low tide…

We had a family vacation in May 2023. The overall impression remained good. A hotel with beautiful rooms, its own bay and stunning sunrises and sunsets. It is more suitable for families with young children or for a romantic trip together. Teenagers will be bored there. It is located far enough from the airport, more than 100 kilometers. But we were picked up by minibus, so we got there quickly enough. On large buses, vacationers said that they drove for 4 hours. For small children there is a children's room (provided for 1 hour a day), trampolines on the water (for 30 minutes a day for children from 6 years old), a small playground, a separate children's pool for very young and a separate one for older children, a gentle approach to the sea (rocky on the left, and almost clean sand on the right, stones are rare), animation in the evening: 5-7 songs dance. The territory of the hotel is small, there is nowhere to go. The hotel is located on the shore, but it is three-level, the descent to the sea is either by elevator or by stairs. On the upper level there is a pool 18 +, where children are not allowed, respectively, you can relax without splashing and screaming). By the way, this pool is very competently photographed, in the photo it is just endless, but in fact it is very modest. On nutrition: at first it seemed that the kitchen was very poor, but it turned out that in the end there was enough of everything, no one was left hungry. There are fish, meat, and poultry, just not 25 varieties of each name, but 1-2. The only point: the children's kitchen. If you really count on it, then I dare to disappoint you: there is only one dish in the children's corner and it is always pasta. For someone, this may be an important moment. Our children eat everything, so there were no problems. The sea is very transparent, you can see all the fish. If you swim to the buoys, you can see turtles. Crabs are running on the rocks. On the territory of the hotel they offer a hookah, it costs 100 dirhams, it turned out to be weak for our taste. If you go outside the hotel and walk 500-700 meters to the right, you will reach the territory with a fruit market, food trucks and a playground. There you can smoke the same hookah for 30 dirhams. There is an alcohol store not far to the left of the hotel, but we did not reach it. For adults, animation was caught only 1 time in 8 days, on Saturday evening a man danced a dance with skirts. The staff is friendly, many speak Russian. If you have a birthday during your stay, they will bake you a mini cake) Every day, 2 times a day, you can take a free bus to Fujairah. But we didn't dare to go for almost 2 hours, with small children. In general, the impression was good, a pleasant stay.

A quiet place. If you don't need parties, then you are here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The room has everything you need (even a nail file☝️). Tea, water, coffee (capsules - capsule coffee machine in the room) is replenished every day👍Very friendly and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention Zakaria. This is a well-spoken Russian, smiling, friendly young man at the reception. I helped in everything!!!
There are always free sunbeds on the pools and on the beach. Beach towels are clean, new, you can take as many as you want (and as many times a day as you want).
The food is normal, without frills. But you won't stay hungry. I just got hooked on their puffs and croissants. It is very far to go on excursions to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but I did it if I wanted. There are no cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. nearby. If you do not have "all inclusive", take something with you for lunch from Russia on the day of arrival (there will be nowhere to have lunch) But not far away (min. 10 on foot) there is a market with fruit. On the territory there is a shop with all sorts of little things. There you can buy chocolate, ice cream, dates and dates in chocolate, diving masks, souvenirs, etc. Both at the rank and in the mogazine, you can pay with dirhams, dollars or a card (who has cards from non-Russian banks). Money at the reception is changed at a NOT very profitable rate.
The beach is not big. On the first day I was shocked by its shape and size, but then I got used to it and didn't notice. The main sea is very warm, affectionate and sooo salty - the water itself keeps on the surface.
Beautiful fish and turtles swim in the sea. It's great to watch them. They are not afraid of people at all.
In general, I would come back here again

We had a rest from April 24 to May 3, 2 adults + a child of 5 years old. It takes 1.5 hours from the airport. It was the first time we were in the Emirates, so we didn't know that already at this time of the year you get burned instantly, even from 8 to 10 in the morning).
They were brought to the hotel at 7 a.m. The number was given at 11, the bracelets were put on at 12. You can't eat anywhere, even for money, before lunch. There is a small shop where you can buy juice, cookies, and water.
I really liked the hotel, as well as the room. They did not pay attention to the shortcomings in the form of small, from time to time and operation, jambs in repair (a water stone on the sink, slightly swollen doors in the bathroom from water).
The contingent is 90% Russian.
The staff is very friendly, they don't speak Russian.
The animation is very weak. Mini disco for 15 minutes. And a couple of times a week - fire show, oriental dancing, also for 15 minutes. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel. We didn't go to the market- we didn't want to trudge along the steppe road for ten minutes in the heat.
We took a taxi to Lulu. 20-25 dirhams one way. A huge store, it has everything except alcohol.
We went on an excursion to Oman, nothing is usual - boat rides, swimming in the ocean, freshly cooked shrimp (for an additional fee), lunch. But we really liked it. You can't bring alcohol with you, and they don't pour it there, only water and juice.
The beach is sandy, with rare pebbles, a lot of beautiful shells. A gentle entrance to the water, the daughter is 122) tall, after 3 meters it was up to the neck. There are a lot of fish in the water.
Inflatable slides are not convenient for preschoolers - there is not enough growth, my husband had to throw his daughter on all sorts of "obstacles", both did not like the feeling).
From Friday to Sunday - arrival of local families....
The room is cleaned every day, towels seem to have been changed a couple of times. The bed linen, it seems to me, has not been changed. The water was renewed every day, and so were the coffee capsules.
A huge plus is wi-fi throughout the territory, we communicated via video without any problems.
A hotel, yes, for seals. We are happy with the rest. But once again, they wouldn't have come back. It's a little boring.

As we were told at the reception, 2 days before our arrival, a man-made disaster occurred, oil products were spilled. Therefore, it is impossible to swim in the sea. We bathed a couple of times, you come out covered in fuel oil, which covers the body like wax and is very difficult to wash off. The authorities of Fujairah are solving this issue, but how quickly xs. It's scary for the children, so they spent most of the rest in the pool. According to vacationers, this is not the first time in this hotel.
In general, the hotel is normal, a large area. The room is comfortable. The staff is polite, many people understand Russian. Food for 4-. It's pretty monotonous, but the products are normal.

I read a lot of controversial reviews on nutrition: 50% of people claimed that it was very bad, 50% wrote that it was great. I'll say this: I was quite satisfied with it (I took AI). If you eat a buffet, then every day there were fish, chicken, pork, and something vegetable, in the morning omelette, bacon, juices, pastries, etc. In general, everything was fine for me in terms of food. There is one purely adult swimming pool with a bar where children are not allowed. there is a communal swimming pool, where parents usually have children and also with a bar, there is a small purely children's pool, which is almost always empty. It is possible to replace buffet meals with a trip to an Asian cuisine and seafood restaurant with a budget of 100 AED per adult and 50 AED per child. I attached a screenshot of more detailed information that was given at check-in. There is a private beach, there is always enough space there. Classic entertainment in the form of billiards, table tennis. There is a small garden on site. The interior is decorated in Arabic style, everything is very beautiful, you feel like you are in a museum. The room has a little tired lockers, etc., but this does not spoil the impression. The room is cleaned every day and free coffee/tea/water is brought. I took a group transfer from the airport from the tour operator, but in fact the driver from the hotel drove me in an SUV, as I understood it. He was driving back, he gave free bottled water with the hotel brand in the car. Of course, I will offer various excursions for an additional fee, but since I already bought everything in advance, it was not useful to me. In the evenings there were various events (fire shows, etc.)
The only disadvantage is that the transfer from the airport will take about 1.5-2 hours. But I recommend the hotel to everyone: a beautiful place with excellent staff and quality food for a relaxing holiday for reasonable money.

There are no free places on the beach and pools, our people take sun beds and go to eat, sleep or just walk, the hotel does not look after this. When filling the hotel, in the restaurant queue, there are not enough tables. Those who have a location up to the 5th floor complain of an unpleasant smell from the sewer.

I would not write a review about this hotel, we left and forgot if my husband had not poisoned himself in one of the hotel's restaurants yesterday. We decided to go to the Lava for lunch, not to the general restaurant, and ate a burger. In the evening he didn't have dinner anymore, it was very bad, all the signs of poisoning.
We are here with three children. We expected more, but it's still a global chain.
Of the advantages, I can cancel: the staff, almost all friendly and polite. The animator (male), however, works with children, tries hard. Women are not particularly active.
Delicious croissants and hummus. probably everything.

The bay, where the sea is small and there is a lot of garbage, they clean it, but it doesn't really help. Entering the sea only with special slippers.
Meals for 3 people ... there are not many positions, it's the same every day. Watermelon, melon and pineapple are made from fruits. Watermelon and melon are herbs. Ice cream is only for dinner.

Very beautiful pools, there are three of them, one is 18+ in the evening, the lighting on the pool turns on and you can sit in the bar on the veranda, the other pool is unusual in that the tiles in it are red, the sun beds in the pool, the bar... And there is a pool for crumbs under the shade.... There is no animation.... The beach is not big, you can see turtles.
