This hotel does not deserve 5*, maximum 3*. I don't recommend it to anyone, especially families with children. This hotel left negative impressions, we felt not free there. Tourists who are not visiting this hotel for the first time were very surprised and disappointed with the service.
Now in order.
The Boeing-737 fly dubai plane is new, good, comfortable. After arrival, the luggage is issued immediately, passport control was quickly passed, without delay. Then, after the distribution, we were put in a minivan. The driver drove very fast, collected all the bumps, almost did not slow down in front of the speed bumps, as if he was carrying firewood. The son fell asleep on the way and after another crossing of the speed bump hit his head hard on the handle. We were brought the very last. They were settled ahead of time at 13-30. The room is chic, room cleaning for 5, the service staff is polite, courteous.
Then there are solid disadvantages.
The food is not delicious, the children have nothing to eat. The son ate only fruit, sausage and croissant, in the children's menu only pasta, juices from bags, soda. Ice cream is not delicious. The cheapest wine is also from the package, cocktails are also from the cheapest ingredients. Since we got into the month of Ramadan, there is no entertainment only on weekends, the pool bar did not work. I don't quite understand what I have to do with this holiday as a tourist? A very strange policy of the all-inclusive hotel, but as it turned out, not everything is possible, the substitution of concepts in one word. This exchange of lunch or dinner at another restaurant on the territory of the hotel, where there are 250 dirhams for a family of 2 adults and 1 child, where you still need to pre-register, and there is nothing special to choose for this amount, that is, you still need to pay extra. How's that? We went to the Lobster restaurant, ordered dishes for our amount, they brought us 4 loaves with butter and water beforehand (honestly we thought it was a compliment from the institution, for waiting like in normal restaurants), it turns out not, they included it in the bill and to be honest it turns out to be expensive for bread and butter 1050 rubles.
The beach is half sand mixed with seashell, it was just a corner where you could swim, as such there is no coastline, and there is no embankment, there is absolutely nowhere to walk, they drive out from the beach at 18-30 and put limiters. Rescuers sit on the shore and whistle a little, you can't approach the stones, look at turtles and crabs. It's the same in the LAVA pool. In the end, I wanted to stick a whistle in his ass. Having received the answer that everything is fine and 2 rooms nearby will be provided, we paid for the hotel with a calm soul, separately for the flight, transfer and insurance. At the time of check-in-12:00 earlier than usual, the number one is issued. No buffets are provided on the territory of the Doge for an additional fee. Those who missed breakfast and lunch, we continue to ask at least to feed the children-the manager's answer killed: "check-in takes place after 15-00 and you are so lucky that you were given one room and allowed to wash from the road with the whole crowd." I've been to this hotel twice. The first time is in April 2019, and the second time is January/February 2022. The second time we went, because after the first trip we were completely delighted with everything. The food was excellent, the service solved the necessary issues, the staff was educated and knew languages, the rooms had good Le Labo cosmetics, nothing was chipped and it was clean. Then the Covid happened and the hotel smoked bamboo in full. In 2022, when we were so looking forward to a vacation with our family and wanted to go there, we were completely disappointed. At first, my girlfriend was quarantined in the room and smears were done at our expense (when in Dubai they did it for free at every step, but OK, insurance covered it), while no tests were taken from the whole plane from Belarus at all. The choice of food became poorer, and the staff hardly spoke English when I needed help. Thanks to the suitcase porter from Uzbekistan, he spoke Russian and helped. The guides talked boorishly, as if the cheaters were trying to breed thimbles. The rooms began to look very bad, white walls with black streaks, broken chairs, dirty carpets and so on. Cocktails by the pool have become worse than in a Turkish hotel. It's impossible to drink it. Room service could just forget to bring fresh towels, toilet paper and live as you want)). At first we fell in love with this hotel, but now the love has passed. You can go twice as cheap to an Egyptian hotel and get similar, but not in the Emirates. You pay for a vacation and expect a certain level in everything, especially when you know how it should be. And this should not be.

It's not 5 stars. The kitchen is about nothing else and you have to stand in line to enter the canteen and also to take drinks. For children, there is no normal kitchen (only pasta) or playground. There is nowhere to walk, there is a desert around, there are few shops nearby and they are far away. The design inside the hotel is super. The rooms are nice, though a little tired, but spacious with a good bathroom, a balcony overlooking the sea and wifi. The pool is not bad, the beach is small and not natural, and the Arabs themselves made it out of stones and sand, it is immediately felt.

Now the beach of the hotel is a sandy beach with a piece of sea fenced on all sides by artificial boulders with a narrow exit to the open sea. Yes, everything is fine, only after each swim I had to scrub off the stuck fuel oil, which could only be washed off with brushes and oil that was carefully left by the hotel staff on the beach. Therefore, the remaining days had to be content with the pool. Well, in the end, they forgot to make a transfer to the airport, so we had to quarrel a little and they took us in the same official car at the hotel. In a word, I put three with a big stretch.

I didn't like the hotel from the very beginning! I had to go to the general to move the tables. It's good that they have a canteen staff member who understands a little Russian, he practically saved our DOCTOR, his name is Mukhamed. The hotel should be grateful to him! The service is disgusting, the food is meager, you can't break a couple of kinds of sweets into your mouth, watermelon, orange, and melon slicing, but it is unsweetened or unripe. Cocktails suck at bars, you can't even wait for them, they don't pay much attention to you there, no one will smile, this is not Turkey for you! The queues at the bar are large, you can stand for a long time!!! Beer of the same kind in cans, red and white wine from boxes. Alcohol until 21:30, restaurant until 10:00, after that time, no persuasion with a request to bring another glass of wine will not work. There are two swimming pools, so you can only swim with children in one! We never swam in the other one. I didn't like the sea either, or rather the ocean, someone stung me twice, it hurt a lot. Hello everyoneI'll start with the cons, the food is not delicious monotonous fruits watermelons melon are not ripe, it is not possible to eat, there is nothing else from fruits.The all-inclusive system is very strange, I went into the dining room once, then they may not let me in, they say that you have already been.Drinks, in the middle of the rest I noticed that the color of the whiskey 🥃 changed, they began to dilute with water the bar closes at 21:30 🕤 and this is the end of life in the hotel.In short, the biggest minus is there is nothing to eat on the nutrition of a 3-star hotel.And yes, we got to the hotel 2.5 hours.We were deceived with the number, we took the Deluxe and we were given the standard, I asked what they say is different on the floor, up to 6 standard and above the deluxe.Now the advantages of the Rooms are good beautiful view from the window,they are cleaned every day,everything that is missing in the room is brought, the territory of the hotel is beautiful. The ocean is clean, the pools are cool, lots of locations for photos.I do not recommend going here.Our family is not picky, but it's certainly not 5 stars!!!

There is little entertainment, in the evening the musicians are at the pool and everything is in principle, outside the territory of the mountain. But who needs what, as they say. For a relaxing family holiday, the most important thing is to recover and gain strength. We played table tennis by the pool in the evening. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. We took food for breakfast and dinner, were with the child, we had enough of everything. The only thing for dinner is to take water with you with this choice, no drinks are included for dinner. In the room, 4-5 pcs. of 0.5 water per day will be replenished for free. By the way, each room has a capsule coffee machine, cream and capsules are replenished daily for free. Everything in the refrigerator is for a fee. At lunch, you can snack on fruits from the market, dates with coffee. For a 5-year-old child, we took with us fruit purees, 0.25 juices, and fish cookies from Russia for lunch snacks, plus we gave the same fruits👍👍👍
