Hello, we stayed at this hotel for only three days from 15.11 to 18.11. The cost for two was $ 1100 standard.The room on arrival with an additional fee of $ 130 on the 18th floor has a view of the wheel , very beautiful. Before going to the beach, you can take beach bags with towels and an umbrella at the pool. The hotel does not have sun loungers on the beach, only paid ones on the public beach, although the tour guide in the description of the hotel indicates that sun loungers on the beach and towels are free.
When the girl at the reception was leaving, she found out from which terminal I was leaving, called a taxi and escorted me along with an employee who found my taxi about 20 meters from the hotel. Thank you)) it was unexpected and pleasant!!!

A wonderful hotel, I liked everything: from the location to the cuisine and service. The place is beautiful, the beach is just around the corner, the beach is clean, cozy, the Marina is nearby, Jumeirah too. There are many restaurants within walking distance, the Marina Mall is relatively small, but you don't need to go anywhere) but the most divine thing is the view of the bay from the upper floors: we had the rixos on the left, the five tower on the right, and between them the incredible color of the water, you can admire endlessly, we put 5 stars and we will be glad to return again.

A good chain hotel with a fairly high level of service, you will remember Movenpick by the signature fragrance in the lobby. They clean well, there is a swimming pool, a small gym. The room had both a shower and a bathroom. The location is convenient, but the FIVE built opposite has now dug up access to the beach, now you need to bypass the neighboring hotels. Nearby cafes, restaurants, Starbucks and McDonald's around the clock, pharmacies. There are delicious breakfasts nearby at Charlie & Friends, I also recommend visiting MeetMoot.

A 5-star Accor hotel located in the heart of JBR. The hotel is not new, it does not have its own beach, but it is located in close proximity to the general beach of Jumeirah. The rooms once had a great view of the sea, but now it is incomplete due to the Rixos and Five hotels built opposite. There is a Marina next to the hotel, and the Marina Mall, which is not very large, but has everything you need, is no more than 15 minutes away. A serious problem with this hotel is that it is difficult to leave it in the evening by taxi because of the permanent huge traffic jam on the narrow one-way street on which it is located.

The location of the hotel is convenient. The only thing is traffic jams in the evening (these are the features of the area).
The rooms are good, there are no questions. We had a beautiful corner view from the window. Of course, they offered a room with an additional fee at the reception, but we took it without. And this is the case when it was possible not to overpay.
But with food - the first time I see this in Dubai, when there seems to be food, but there is nothing to eat. It doesn't taste good at all.
And for breakfast they put a large uncut fillet of fish, and everyone should cut it for themselves. But can you imagine how to cut fish fillets? It's unhygienic with so many people!!!
If it's important to someone: there were a lot of Russian-speaking vacationers in the hotel, but the Russian-speaking staff (and then in the hotel restaurant) caught us only on the last day of rest :)
It takes 7-10 minutes to get to the beach. There used to be a direct passage, but now there is a tower construction site. At the hotel, you can take a beach set - a towel and a sunbed (this is a litter with head supports).
I'm not sure if we'll go back to the hotel again. According to the combination of price and quality factors, the latter does not pull in the top five.

We had a rest at the end of October 2024. The hotel is old, everything is outdated, but it works. The smell is not pleasant in the corridors of the hotel, there is no smell in the room. If you live with 2 adults and a child of 8 years old, you are given a set of towels for 2 people, while one large towel always lies on the floor, because water flows out of the shower. On the shelf under the sink, the same water. The same two mugs, while they asked to bring plates, forks and another mug to the room – the mug was never brought ... the ironing board and iron were brought, on demand. The sound insulation is excellent in the rooms, nothing prevents you from relaxing.
We took breakfasts, but they are suitable only for vegetarians. Meat: sausage – 2 types and mackerel, the sausage smells sour. Once there were some Turkish sausages, with spices. And once a chicken liver - they did not dare to try it. Not even bacon and sausages. We did not experience any gastronomic pleasure, we left breakfast like decent people – slightly hungry). The location on the map is very cool, but in reality, you need to go around everything to the beach, to the main entrance to the beach, because there is no direct passage, more precisely, there is one, but they are not allowed there. There is also no exit to the tram – you need to go around! However, from the tram, we approached the back entrance of the hotel several times, where the security checks by name and room number that you are really guests of the hotel and lets you through the service entrance). Towels on the beach are sooo big and heavy, they are put in a special bag, if you also take a sunbed and an umbrella - a woman with such a set, in the heat, may not crawl to the beach. We didn't experiment, we took one towel for everyone. We saw how the family, 100% equipped, returned from the beach, they just collapsed on their knees, on chairs)))
We did not meet the Russian-speaking staff at the hotel for a week. The staff is all friendly and polite.

The hotel itself is not new, there are defects in the furniture, but this does not spoil the rest, because you feel that the hotel is being monitored, everything is clean, and the staff is always ready to help.
The buffet (breakfasts and dinners) are wonderful! The restaurant's service, the food is beautifully served, there are many different dishes of local cuisine, as well as a lot of European food.
From fruits - pineapples, kiwis, bananas, watermelons, melon, strawberries, apples, oranges, there is a wide choice.
There are many meat options - kebabs, fried, stewed.
In general, there is a lot of food and most importantly it is delicious, otherwise it happens in hotels that there is a lot of food, and half is not tasty.
The pool is on the 2nd floor, there is also a change of towels for the beach, the pool is excellent, warm, it is cleaned every day, the sun beds are comfortable.
The rooms in the hotel are spacious, comfortable bed, pillows, there is a refrigerator, everything is as it should be.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the city beach, there is a construction site nearby, but it will end soon.
Of course, there are a lot of people on the beach)
It's a pity that the hotel does not have its own beach (And so by all criteria the hotel is super (rooms, meals, pool, staff).
Price= quality. A city hotel on the 2nd line.
I definitely recommend this hotel, I would like to return to it again.

Great hotel! Previously, I had to visit hotels of this chain, but in a more local format, everything here and everything is set up to create an atmosphere of comfort and a relaxing holiday. I was here for 2 weeks on a business trip and noted the extraordinary friendliness of the staff (in particular, both girls from the lounge bar on the 21st floor and Nitin from the restaurant). Definitely, at a cost of about $ 300, this is perceived normally. But, nevertheless, it is always nice to note such moments. I have been to the beach a couple of times, but it has already been noted that after the construction of the hotel opposite began, it became a little longer to go to the beach (through Hilton).

A very pleasant hotel, high-quality, without too much variety, food, friendly polite staff, we were at the hotel from 11.09.23 to 16.09.23 for this period we did not meet a single Russian-speaking employee, all communication is only with the help of English, but in any case they always try to satisfy any request and answer all questions, we always had dinner in restaurants either on Jumeirah, or after a walk along blue waters. The pool and recreation area are beautiful, there is a slight problem with the elevators, but there is a staircase nearby (our room was on the 7th floor-so we used it quite regularly) we never went to the beach, as we prefer the pool. The trip is quite very good, the hotel is excellent, I put a four for a little "tired" rooms, which would not hurt to upgrade and for the lack of hot water in the shower.

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 in the morning. A Russian-speaking manager, Kristina, was called to us (she told us about all kinds of hotel services, told us how breakfast and dinner were going).
Fortunately, there was a free room, we were immediately checked in and took our things to the room. Meanwhile, we were given two coupons for a free breakfast, which was a nice bonus.
The room is clean, spacious! A large soft bed, a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a shower, even a bidet. The only thing they didn't put dental supplies on us, but we asked and they gave us everything right away. The room has a sofa, coffee table, TV. Bottled water 2 liters in glass. Work desk, refrigerator, tea accessories, ironing board, dryer.
I want to thank housekeeping for the perfect cleanliness in the room and excellent cleaning.
The hotel has a swimming pool, it is open from 8:00 to 20:00, a very friendly young man works next to the pool, he also gives out a bag with towels and a chaise longue to the beach. You can use the sauna and hammam for free. The hotel hosts a chocolate hour from 16:00 to 17:00, a tasting of Swiss chocolate. There is a gym. Simulators for taste and color - will suit everyone, a wide range.
We had a tour that included breakfast and dinner (half board). Dinner and lunch can be changed, which makes us very happy. The breakfasts at this hotel are chic, a wide variety of dishes, freshly squeezed orange, watermelon, lime juice. Sausages, cheeses (camembert, Cheddar and masdam), lots of greens, various dishes with eggs (omelet with fillings, fried eggs, egg in a crumple, poached egg), I like to take egg benedict (toast with bacon and egg and sauce on top). Various cereals, pastries, smoked mackerel fish. Milk, salads, pastries with various additives - honey, jam, chocolate. Breakfasts deserve attention.
Dinner is no less noteworthy - they serve sweets, veal, juices are poured, water is poured, fish, different types of side dishes, vegetables, steamed vegetables, tortilla, salad, pizza Margarita, barbecue chicken, a lot of fruits (pineapples, apples, watermelons, melon), pastries. On Friday there was a barbecue menu, a variety of kebabs, there were mussels and squid. For drinks - wine, water with and without gas, soda, freshly squeezed juice. We went to lunch once, we liked everything. The menu is based on the ala kart system, I really liked the salad and cheesecake.

We wanted to take a hotel in this area, we thought everything was nearby - the beach, the Marina, and walking, and going to the Mall, and to the beach.
The most disappointing thing is that there is nothing left of the former wide city beach. The new fives occupied it and made beaches for themselves. There are some bald spots left, for the rest. Don't wash your feet, don't lie on the beach, nothing. Just come for a swim. Go far in the heat. There are a lot of people.
In this area, there are constant traffic jams, one-way traffic, a pedestrian zone, cars let every pedestrian through, everything is worth a stake. We went out on the road, it was faster to leave and got out somewhere and walked to the hotel when we came back.
It's not far to the Marina and Mall, across the bridge, but there's nothing to do there, just look, take a walk and that's it. Marina Mall is so-so, only the supermarket is good.
The hotel itself, of course, is old, it is necessary to update everything or build a new one, they decide, but something needs to be done.
We took breakfast only, but very sparsely, the pastries are not very good, the egg station is not very good, I will note fish, cheeses and fruits, the rest is 3 stars.
The restaurant itself is very outdated in its interior.
The good thing is the staff and cleanliness.
We read the reviews before the trip, chose to see this area. The area - viewed 1 time -is enough.
We were at Kite Beach, took a taxi, not far away, we really liked both the beach and the food zone, took sunbeds for the whole day, bargained for 120 dirhams (2 sunbeds + an umbrella).
That year we were on a palm tree (stem), a 4-star hotel, new, food is many times better, our own beach, we quickly got everywhere by taxi without traffic jams, Nakhil Mall is about the same as Marina Mall. Clean, calm.
Next time we'll try another area.

We need ice in the room, they bring it in 5 minutes and a lot. The ceiling in the room is 3 meters. It's also a plus. Also in the bathroom, in addition to the bathtub, there is a separate cabin with a shower. There are flavorings everywhere in the hotel, it smells delicious everywhere. Towels and sun beds are provided on the beach. We are from Krasnodar, our south has traveled far and wide. There is something to compare it with. We have vacationed abroad in different countries, 5 times, in Dubai for the first time. We have been choosing for a long time and are 100% satisfied with our choice.

We took a trip here for a week, the month of June. In general, not a bad hotel, there are pros and cons. Of course, I would not call it a five-star hotel. Of the advantages:
1. Delicious and varied food. There were seafood and red fish and various cheeses and food for vegans.
2. Pleasant service. Everyone is smiling and greeting. Even if they are Russian workers.
3. Large and comfortable bed.
4. Previously, the check-in was without additional payment. We had an overnight flight and arrived early in the morning. We were offered an improved room with early check-in for almost 900 dirhams, but we refused. But then we were immediately offered a room on the 7th floor with early check-in without extra charge, since it was free. We should have had a view of the sea. Technically, of course, it was, but between the skyscrapers🤣
5. There is a shade by the pool, thanks to the neighboring skyscrapers. The pool is located on the street, above the road at the 3rd floor level. The passage through the restaurant, which did not seem very convenient. Since it was not the season, there were not many people. But I think there won't be enough space in the season. In the morning and after lunch, the sun hides behind the neighboring hotel and, due to which it is not so hot to relax outside.
6. Towels are provided on the beach.
7. There are blackout curtains.
8. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap.
9. The air conditioner works well, I would say too much. We were freezing under it.
Well, now for the cons:
1. The hotel does not have its own beach, so you will have to go to the municipal one. Everything would be fine, but it's not convenient to get there, since you need to go around. Of course there are no sun beds and umbrellas there, and since it is already very hot in June, the water is generally boiling, it is not possible to be completely on the beach. We've been there a couple of times and that's for show.
2. The rooms are not cleaned very cleanly. The rug disappeared and reappeared from the floor.
3. The bathroom is behind a glass door, in addition, there is a wooden partition with an opening window between the bathroom and the room itself. Accordingly, there is no sound insulation at all.
There is a very strong echo in the shower and in the toilet.
But most of all, I didn't like the fact that water was constantly leaking from the shower into the bathroom. Because of the heat and after the pool, they washed constantly, so the puddle stood constantly. There's nothing to wipe it with.
4. There are no dental supplies, and there is no scan for toothbrushes either.
5. When the room was cleaned, the door was not closed twice. Of course, nothing was missing, but it was very unpleasant. And they also threw out the ladies' accessories that were in the craft bag from the pharmacy.
6. The pool is open from 8 to 20. You won't be able to swim much after sunset.
7. The street on which the hotel stands has one-way traffic and is a tourist street, there are only hotels here. There are traffic jams on the road almost all the time, so it's not very convenient to take a taxi, it's too expensive to stand in traffic.

At the time of writing the review, I am directly at the hotel and I cannot understand the negative reviews about the quality of the restaurant, I have tried all three meals and can only sing an ode to the restaurant and the golden hands of the chefs. Everything is very tasty and varied, which is especially nice to always have fish for breakfast, since I love it, I really appreciated this moment. The excellent staff not only of the restaurant, but also of the hotel as a whole, everyone is friendly and everything is solved if possible in favor of the guest.

Very nice hotel, excellent service, good rooms, close enough to the sea. The rooms have balconies. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

A wonderful hotel! Convenient location, the beach is a couple of minutes walk away. Minus - the construction site opposite, it's dusty to go to the beach. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, polite staff! There is everything nearby - shops, restaurants, McDonald's in the end :) another minus is the girls of easy virtue, they even stick to men in pairs. I really liked the hotel. The food, the staff, the room, everything is fine. The service is so customer-oriented that it can only be compared to Malaysia with the best hotel. Moreover, the service is not for tipping, but a real desire to help. The only drawback is that there is no private beach, you have to go to the public one, but it is frankly small and very crowded.
