Nice staff. The hotel is 4 stars. A great buffet. Room cleaning and linen change daily. The room is quite spacious. The hotel does not have its own beach, but it does not bother. They give out a towel and comfortable bedding on the beach. Excursions at the hotel are expensive, it is worth looking for other options.

Honestly, from the bottom of my heart, but a full-fledged 3-star hotel) I don't know how people leave such rave reviews here, but for me it's not a service at all.
First. They were not settled earlier in time. We arrived on a night flight, were already at the hotel at about 6 a.m., however, they refused to check in until 14:00 for free. They said that you can pay for a full day and come in (I think a Russian person would understand me, no one wants to pay for the fact that you come in the morning, not in the afternoon) after half an hour of negotiations, the administrator realized that we were not ready to pay, so he offered a UNIQUE offer - half the amount. It's just fantastic. Of course, I had to pay. Someone will tell me, my friend, but this is objective, it is written in the contract, check-in from 14:00, and I will answer you that there is also a lot written on the fence. Of course, the objective side did not bother me at all, simply because usually for such money I would like some kind of human relationship, which the guys from Intercontenintal and Hilton had repeatedly shown before. Well, how was it in the movie?.
— And they're all wondering how I'm doing?
— No, it's not interesting.
— Then what's the question?
— Just like that. Everything is just like that here, except for money.
The funny thing is that the room has already been prepared and is available. Yes, it's subjective, but that's why it's a review.
Second. Little things. Watch your fingers. The hotel is quite old, certainly by Dubai standards. Then the cabinet closing sensor does not work and the light does not go out, then the hair dryer stops working, then there is no hot water (just no) I had to wash in cold. Later, a kind uncle came and told us that you can start the water in the sink first, overtake it for a minute, it rises from the bottom, and then you can already go to the shower. Of course, I appreciated the humor. Why humor? We go to the movenpik website, look at the prices per night, close, re-read this paragraph. I may be spoiled, but for the money that was paid, I honestly just feel sorry. I would not want to pay a really fabulous sum for such a service. No, it's there, it's not the Al Barsha neighborhood or something adjacent, but damn, what the hell. Or a girl tells me at 12 pm that no one can help us and come now to change a couple of towels, or a tumorrow, so to speak.
The third. Beach. It's not there, it's actually a specific hat. Well, no one was lying about it, the second coast, there are no questions, they give out towels and hemp for gatherings on the sand, thanks for that. In general, this area, like the Emirate (imho) is not for a beach holiday. You may wonder, but for what? And I will answer, I have no idea. Such an insane number of people from Pakistan, India, etc. I haven't seen it anywhere yet. The beach is just TEEMING with them. But you can go to the hilton and buy a beach pass, there you will also eat on your deposit. I would not consider a marina for a beach holiday, I repeat.
Three and a half. Water in the room. Please, the person who is reading this, do not drink the water that the hotel carefully provides. The water tastes like from a swimming pool, it smells like bleach. Most likely, they just desalinate the sea, but I, as a person who paid a lot of money (for me personally), would like ordinary fresh water without the taste of chlorine or something else.
I could write something good about the hotel, but honestly, I have exactly the same desire as the citizen who checked me in at 6 a.m. after the plane. And in general, no advantages will cover these disadvantages, because they are somewhere small, somewhere too much (for someone), but in the end there are so many of them that they are going to turn into a transformer and slap me in the face)
Therefore, citizens, if you know this area, all the features inside, if you have already been here and even know Uncle Zhora from the dining room, you will probably be OK / good/ excellent, but for me the value for money sucks, because for that kind of money you could have chosen a better hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Through the street restaurant, the exit to the store is a big plus. The products are always fresh, and you can buy delicious dates, as well as fruits. We went to the equipped beach opposite the hotel Sofitel. Every day there is a themed dinner. Chocolate hour, recommended to visit. On the ground floor there is a wonderful cafeteria and delicious ice cream. Convenient transfer from the hotel to shopping centers. The room is comfortable and the exit is successful to the balcony with a view of the Ferris wheel.

Staying at this hotel turned out to be a nightmare! There were cockroaches in room 907, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the staff hastened to solve the problem, but when we expected some kind of apology, to ask for forgiveness, dozens of dishes from the restaurant would be brought, just to make amends, relocation to suites, as any normal service would do. This is the first time I've seen such negligent service in 5-star hotels in all my 9 years of traveling around the world. But, this does not happen here, the worst place of all in Dubai (hotel room 1709), horror. I am very disappointed, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is very cool! The coolest thing is the location. Right on the pedestrian street, towards the Marina, right next to a bunch of different coffee shops, ice cream, McDonald's corn. In the direction of Jumeirah beach, a street with restaurants, different cuisine, reasonable prices, delicious. Not far from Jumeirah beach - super comfortable, with infrastructure in the form of showers, toilets, paid sun beds, and also a bunch of coffee shops and restaurants. There is a playground. At first, the beach is already, if you go almost to the playground, there is a wide strip straight. Nice view.
As for the hotel, there were only breakfasts, everything was delicious. There is a small swimming pool, not used. It is convenient that they give a beach bag and towels that you can take to the sea. Not a bad hotel on the 2nd line. There is no private beach, but they can give you a towel, an umbrella, a rug. Walking distance to the beach is 7-10 minutes.
The location is convenient, everything is within walking distance. The rooms as a whole are not very tired, clean, tidy. Cleaning is done efficiently. The breakfasts and dinners are quite varied, but do not change from day to day.

The hotel is good, the staff is trying very hard! But! The construction of the neighboring hotel is around the clock - noise, hum (they will not finish soon, as they say, the finishing is all ahead). The road to the bay and the city beach - through the city 600 meters 7 minutes (there is no direct road through the construction site, everything is blocked). You walk in the heat, with a bag with towels, an umbrella, a sunbed - everything is given out by the hotel. Back all in salt, feet in sand, wet - there are no amenities on the beach (there are camels)... So-so. The hotel under construction blocked Movenpick's entire beautiful view of the bay, there were pieces from different sides, you can compare them with old photos when there was no construction. Pitifully. Separately about the tour operator - terrible Fun &Sun - such invisible guides. They appear only when you need to raise money for excursions, and immediately disappear from your life (how the look of Elshad's assistant changed when we did not take excursions - his eyes became empty and indifferent in an instant).Transfer from the airport only with a driver who does not even speak English, back - the driver also takes away from the hotel in 6.5 hours! After collecting everyone from other hotels, we were at the airport in 4.5 hours. Conversations with them are useless, they do not respond to messages if you have already paid them money. Excursions were not taken from them - the reviews about them are terrible, thereby saving themselves nerves and a good mood. Good luck with your travels!

The hotel is located in a good location. Next door is the Hilton 4 and 5 star hotel. The hotel is not old. All rooms and rooms are in excellent condition. There are two swimming pools, open from 8 to 20 hours. The restaurant is open in the morning from 7 to 11 o'clock and in the evening from 19 to 22.39 o'clock. Buffet. To the beach 5 minutes walk past the Hilton. The beach is urban, but the hotel provides a soft sunbed, a towel in a bag, an umbrella. There is no shower and toilet on the beach, there are taps for washing feet. In the hotel, from 16 to 17 o'clock, there is a chocolate break in the lobby near the reception. Swiss chocolate is brought on a cart, and those who wish are treated. There is always fruit water, tea, dates, apples, pears here during the day. Very convenient, I came from the beach, drank tea, water, ate dates, fruits. In the rooms: kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar, two liter bottles of water. If the water is out, you can always ask to bring a new one. The staff is very polite and courteous. There is Internet. An exchange office near the Hilton. With us, the exchange rate was 100 US dollars changed to 396 dirhams. You can call a taxi by Yandex taxi. The cost from the hotel to Dubai Mall is 70 dirhams, but you can get to the nearest metro station. On foot from the hotel to the metro station 30 minutes slowly. There are many small supermarkets around the hotel where you can buy from groceries to household goods. In the evening it is very good to walk along the beach to the Ferris wheel, it is located opposite the beach. I really liked the hotel. They took it for 3 nights, then extended it for another 3 nights. The service is excellent, the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is responsive and always ready to help with your request. The food is excellent: all juices are freshly squeezed, food for every taste.
There are certainly not big disadvantages. There is no children's menu in the restaurant. There is no private beach. Due to the construction of a nearby hotel, the beach is 500-700 meters away.

We arrived early in the morning at about 4 a.m. At the time of arrival at the hotel, there were no Russian-speaking people, thanks to the translator, they somehow figured out what was what. The luggage was immediately taken out of the car, it was amazing) This is the first time we've encountered this. They promised to check in at 11 o'clock, as a result at 12, but there are no complaints here, according to the plan they were supposed to check in at 14 00. The rooms are a little tired, in some places cracks in the walls are visible, especially in the bathroom. We paid the tourist tax immediately. No one offered coffee or water, the hotel is not 3 stars after all, we in the Dominican Republic drank tea with cookies while waiting at the reception, the tea corner was freely available and in a prominent place, it was inconvenient for us to ask, we drank our own water. It would be possible to place a cooler on the ground floor, put tea bags or coffee.
The staff is friendly, better than I was in the Dominican Republic. The room cleaning is good. There was a buffet breakfast, but there was almost no meat, in the Dominican Republic there was meat in the morning, all people have different breakfast preferences. Every day it's the same, maybe the dinners are more varied.
Because the check-out was early, although it was paid before 12:00 p.m., they left at 3 a.m., they did not offer anything for food on the road, although people wrote that they gave a package of food with them to the airport, apparently the attitude somehow affects. It's strange, because in theory breakfast has already been paid for, but in fact you didn't use it, but okay. Upon check-in, they did not give a printout with services that there is a free gym, work schedule, they found out by chance when they came to find out the breakfast time. We paid a tourist tax of 80 dirhams for 4 days. There are many different cafes within walking distance and there is even a Dodo Pizza, 24 minutes on foot.
There is no coffee machine in the room, although it is 5 stars, instead of it there is a pack of 4 pcs black coffee, but 2 cream, although the room was for two, it is strange. There is no iron. It is unclear how to dry the laundry.
There are no dental kits, take them with you, it's good that you took them.
Amateur breakfasts, the same thing for 3 days. The cherished chocolate paste and it's not clear what it is at all, for this money you could put Nutella.
In general, the hotel is 4 stars, we recommend it, there are disadvantages, but perhaps they are not critical for you. If we go, then maybe to this hotel, but there is something to work on, I would like a more friendly reception and drinks at least while waiting for check-in.

The hotel is decent, the rooms are clean, cleaned every day, cleaned well. The rooms are all with balconies, the doors to the balconies are tightly closed, the noise of the street and eternal construction sites in Dubai is not heard.
Due to the fact that the interior of the hotel is outdated - I would not say, everything is in calm colors, worthy.
The breakfasts are good, the only thing is that there are always queues for breakfast, they mark everyone and go to seat them.
And so- everything is there: various coffees, teas, sausages, cheeses, porridges, eggs in all kinds, fruits, berries, rolls, tortillas, juices, water, porridges, everything is there, for 7 days I didn't get tired of anything.
We regret that we did not pay for lunches that can be exchanged for dinners, because it is difficult to find a lunch we are used to in Dubai Marina.
We went to dinner-everything is also decent-meat, fish, shrimp, mussels, oysters even, kebabs, etc.- freely available.
A nice pool, there are always sun beds. Towels, umbrellas, mats, bags are given out to the beach.
On Thursday, Friday, there is a program in the form of a dancer on the territory of the pool) You can also sit here and have dinner.
We ordered pizza (mmmm, very tasty), the rest of the food is also decent.
Expensive drinks, of course, 0.5 beer costs 900 rubles in rubles, but this is Dubai Marina, where to go, they knew where they were going) There are few Russians, practically none.
Will we go back there again? Definitely, yes!

Great. We did not expect that it was possible to create such comfort in a multi-storey metropolis. All the necessary parameters have been matched: 1. We were in December - the air temperature, the water was optimal (the guide said that in August they were languishing from the heat).
2. The hotel is located close to the beach (sand, excellent water: the depth starts at about 5 meters).
3. There is a lot of shade from tall buildings and, together with the sunny sides, a constant movement of air is created from the temperature difference. A very comfortable breeze - it's nice to walk in the evening. The houses and the Ferris wheel are beautifully illuminated with dynamic light.
4. I think the hotel is one of the best: service, cuisine, beautiful rooms. Impressive excursions: palaces, mosques, a tower with a viewing platform, a light show of fountains. And a tiny minus: waiting for the elevator in the queue to climb to the observation deck of the tower is very long and exhausting. The price for the trip and the amazing service and impressions were adequate (probably more expensive now). I transferred the photo from the phone to the disk. Not at hand. But they can be found on the Internet. Thank you for a week of bright, sunny days in December. It rarely happens that you like everything.
