One disappointment. The management of the hotel is very weak. A beautiful hotel was ruined. They provide incorrect information at the reception, they told you alacarte dinner as a gift, they booked it, but when they came to dinner, they say, but you don't pay, you made a mistake at the reception. Some kind of circus.
The safe was changed 2 times, it didn't work all the time.
Queues in the dining room, at breakfast, look in line to sit down.
It does not correspond to the stated 5* at all.
We don't set foot here anymore.

In a word - terrible! It's not 5 stars and close.
1. The staff is inattentive. To solve the problem, you need to wait in line and shake 3-4 managers in a row.
2. There is no service: the rooms are simply not cleaned or cleaned badly. Do not change towels, do not put toiletries and tea/coffee.
3. During dinner/breakfast, the tables are crowded, there is nowhere to sit.
4. There is no beach, in fact it is a knee-deep puddle - and the same pools.
In general, the impressions are disgusting. Now we are resting here. We do not advise anyone in the future.

Its beach is terrible, the whole bottom is muddy. The dining room is very small, when there is no opportunity to sit on the street, people are not allowed because there is nowhere to sit. The rooms are comfortable and large, it's a pity that without a balcony (you have to pay extra).
