Maybe it was due to the heavy workload of the hotel.I don't know, but our family no longer wants to go to this hotel. One of the advantages is a good location. There is a MarinaMall nearby (a rather poor selection of brands). Yas Parks is 30 minutes away by taxi. The hotel is new, so the rooms are quite comfortable. A good selection of alcohol and cocktails. Some bartenders even try to make them according to the recipe. That's where the advantages ended. Cons: the hotel is clearly overpriced. The beach is small, there are a lot of small stones, and there are layers of clay in the sea, which make the water cloudy. The sand is not cleaned. Main restaurant: small enough to load the hotel. Sometimes it's impossible to find tables. The food is mediocre (which surprised Rixos and the Emirates). The display of unusual fruits (mangosteen, passion fruit) is very small and ends in the first 15 minutes, then it is not updated. The cook can tell that the sauce has run out and make the dish without it. The big problem with elevators is that you can wait 10 minutes for them. There is a huge problem with the service and staff. The coffee for breakfast arrives in about 15 minutes and is cold. The reception desk is a song. You don't have to pay for early check-in (well, you didn't pay, it's your own fault). But they don't even want to announce the date when the room is ready. Of the 5 requests to the counter, only one employee tried to help and find out the information. Everyone else replied, "We don't know." At the suggestion of the hotel, 4 amusement park tickets were available (1 park to choose from), but they tried to pick up these tickets for 2 days. Every time there is no concierge, the program freezes. I had to force them to write to WhatsApp about the availability of tickets. There is no children's club. 2 rooms and a minimum of entertainment.

For the first time in many years, my children were bored at the pool and said that this was not a rixy club. Sometimes, after strong tides, the water disappears altogether.; - if you arrive at the hotel before 12:00, you will be very disappointed. We were on New Year's Eve, apparently on January 1 there was a massive check-in and the restaurants stopped coping on the first evening, queues appeared, but the staff tried very hard to fix the situation, set up additional tables, seated according to the number of guests, etc. There are no crowds of drinking tourists, everything is decent. The basques are shallow, with a depth of up to 1.2 m. Well, on January 1, by lunchtime, the entire New Year's illumination was dismantled. It may seem that the cuisine is not diverse, but it seems so) There's a mall nearby, though it's half-empty, but still. In general, I recommend it!

The view from the window (towards the city) is a bomb, the staff is almost 5 people, the food and rest are very diverse, but the taste is generally 4. I really liked the location, even though it's the very end of AbuDabi. We visited this hotel for the second time and did not regret it! Great location, great food, quality drinks, attentive bartenders, polite and helpful staff. There are always free sunbeds, we took towels - as many as you want. The cooled water in the pool was handy! Excellent menu and delicious cooking in Ala Carte restaurants. There's a cool Mall nearby, where you can't leave without shopping.

The sea is 300 meters, but the water temperature is + 30 g ... not very comfortable, a short beach ... about 50 meters ... but there were not many people willing, everyone was in the pool area!
