In general, a chic new hotel. Spacious beautiful rooms, large bathroom. Beautiful view from the window. Good expensive food in the restaurant, though for a week I got tired of the tc is quite monotonous. Friendly staff.
A good beach, sun beds can always be found. Some write about sharp stones when entering the sea, but they are only in some places and are easily bypassed, it is not critical.
Near a large shopping center, 5 min walk.
Of the minuses: the deposit, which is returned for a long time and with a creak when paying by card, they tried to hang someone else's check when leaving, the mattress was too soft, there was a constant smell in the bathroom from the drain. Only a small part of the rooms have balconies.
Do not take a room next to the elevator, you will listen to its work all night. I had to change the number because of this.
There was a warning about jellyfish on the beach, but there were no casualties with me.
In general, the hotel is super, I recommend it.

Minus - very few rooms with balconies (for which we had to pay $ 350 extra per week) the rest of the room even without windows! And I wanted to enjoy the warm air, not the air conditioning!!
Another disadvantage is the beach, which is practically non-existent (( a small bay that becomes a puddle after low tide!
The pools are great, in principle, the children were only in it from morning to evening!

The kitchen is good, the choice is not great, but it is delicious. We did not have a balcony in the room, respectively, where to dry swimsuits and shorts + what was not where, since the air conditioner always works, nothing dries, I had to carry panties and shorts with me to the beach, there is no heated towel rail in the room. The pool is quite cool, + a bar in the pool, those who drink there and spit in the pool and maybe etc.
Everything is clean on the territory, they clean well, there were no problems with cleaning in the rooms either, there is no mini bar, near the shopping center, you can buy everything you need.

In a 5-star hotel of the Rixos chain, I definitely did not expect to see this, I had to stand in line for more than 30 minutes with a small child, waiters are a separate art form, you need to ask for tea and coffee 10 times, the kitchen in this hotel is the worst thing I have seen in the UAE, I highly recommend not going to this hotel, only one porridge is very liquid oatmeal, there is almost nothing more for children, accordingly, your child will eat French fries, pizza, etc. for the whole vacation, you will practically not feed him with normal food, besides, every day the same dishes get boring on the third day! Let's move on to the pools and the beach itself)
In the warmest pool before going out to the sea, children are not allowed to swim, only adults, in other pools the water is cool enough, our child got sick from just freezing! The beach is just a horror, I feel like I was on a free beach in Anapa in the 2000s, there are never any free sunbeds, even if you come at 9-9:30 in the morning, everything is busy. The waiters on the beach are always unhappy, you ask for something, they bring it with such a face as if you asked them to bring drinks from his personal home for free, so on the second day I just stopped asking them about it, I just came to the bar and took drinks there, which is extremely inconvenient to do every time, but I wanted to see the unhappy faces of the waiters less!) A separate song is Wi-Fi, it's just terrible there, so who works on vacation, think in advance about this problem in this hotel! The most terrible case that put a bold dot and after which I finally realized that I would never return to this hotel, even if it was the last one in the UAE, was when we came for breakfast on the day of departure, at 10 a.m., our transfer is at 12:00, we have to rent a room at 12:0000, there was a huge queue at the entrance to the restaurant, I went up to the manager and told him that we had a transfer soon, we were with a small child, could we go have breakfast so as not to miss the plane, to which the manager replied to me: There are no breakfasts on the day of departure, we can't miss you, which of course made me crazy and started expressing my dissatisfaction with them, when I asked the manager what his name was, he turned around and left in a boorish manner, I just took the child and went to the restaurant through the entrance from the street, where of course no one even I asked where you were going, so we had breakfast and went to the airport! Conclusion: I do not recommend anyone to relax in this hotel, your expectations will not be met, it's just a beautiful picture, a relatively fresh hotel, due to which they are still leaving. Extremely negative impressions remained from this trip, I will not even return to this hotel for free, I recommend once again consulting with travel agents, reading reviews before the trip, so as not to spoil my vacation, as was the case in my case!)

Very poor attention to children, the rixy club is not like in Turkey in this network,a small room,no animation and entertainment for children.And the most interesting thing: we had a late check-in at 23:00, tired from the road immediately went to bed, and in the morning at 5:00 the ceiling began to leak in the bathroom, and the water was pouring with great pressure, we had to call the reception, call engineers, everything was fixed, but the fact itself was very surprised, and most of all surprised the staff , who did not react in any way , did not make any compliments , for the fact that at 5 am , after the plane , a small child had to wake up , including !And the most unpleasant thing is lunch box, instead of breakfast!Firstly, it was brought in a huge box as if from under a cake (it's completely inconvenient when you're with 2 suitcases, hand luggage, etc.), and secondly its contents: sandwiches smeared with spices and mayonnaise without sausage and cheese, sorry, but a small child can't eat this at all!Only the booths and a banana were edible, and thanks for that, but still a hotel of this level should somehow better collect lunch boxes!

To my great surprise and chagrin, I did not like it. We visited Rixos Sadiyat in April and were so pleased that we decided to return to Abu Dhabi in November. But there were no places on Sadiyat, so we started with this hotel, then moved there. The hotel is very large, without a doubt, beautiful, spectacular. But the level of service is not 5 stars or Rixos. We waited 2 days for an extra bed for the child (as if it was not indicated in the booking that we were with the child). The mini-bar was locked, then it turned out that the refrigerator did not freeze, I had to wait a very long time for an engineer to visit and fix everything (the refrigerator was necessary for storing medicines). Before leaving, I asked the reception to make ice (freeze special briquettes with water) for a day, they did not fulfill the request, before that they were completely lost. The food is not tasty, the choice of desserts is meager. The staff does not understand well, does not fulfill requests. They tried to order a taxi at the reception, at the concierge, and at the guest relation... everything was sent in a circle ... unpleasant.
The beach is very small, in the bay, there are sharp pebbles at the bottom. There are not enough sun beds for everyone.
Maybe if you don't compare and don't know how to give in riksos, it will be fine. But we had the experience of a wonderful Sadiyat - we were disappointed.

Vacationed with a child in November 2023.
The hotel is not bad, but there are nuances that you need to be prepared for:
1. Deposit upon arrival, we were charged 800 dirhams.
2. Most of the rooms without balconies, we just got one, unfortunately, there were no free ones with balconies, it is better to indicate this need immediately when booking. For us, this is an essential moment, we do not sleep under the air conditioner, it is not possible to open the windows, there is no fresh air.
3. The system ,,all inclusive,, is drinks in bars on the beach, restaurants and in a bar where children are not allowed. In the lobby and a mini-bar in the room for a fee. It doesn't matter to us, but if my husband went with us, he would be unhappy.
4. Half of the shower structures on the beach are broken.
5. We had a late check-in, after 23:00, there was nowhere to eat, we asked for a lunch box in advance, but the hotel ignored it and on arrival this request was also ignored, the child went to bed hungry.
6. Everyone who loves the endless sea, there is none here, the beach is not big and is surrounded on all sides by stone embankments. Many wrote about stones and muddy bottom, but everything was fine with me, sand under my feet))
Otherwise: food, friendly staff, rooms, housekeeping, infrastructure (with the exception of repetitive boring evening programs), location in the city, design, live music - everything is wonderful.
I recommend this hotel, considering the above nuances.
