We bought a washing machine in early August. The consultant referred to all cars that cost less than 2,500 as "a car for the country." When they decided to take it for 1,500, they looked down on it. And she dropped the phrase: "Whatever you want, you can use it." After buying the machine, we arranged delivery and connection for a fee (we agreed on a specific date). It was delivered on time, in excellent condition. On the same day, the master was supposed to contact in order to connect the next day, as stipulated in the store when buying. I didn't get in touch. They called themselves. They gave a lapel-turn. They said that it is impossible to apply for connection in advance. That it is necessary to call "day to day" and can not be connected on the same day when the goods were delivered. We'll call you the next day. It turns out that the phone number was (allegedly) recorded incorrectly, the master could not contact us (although the delivery contacted us and pre-agreed on the time; the question is, how was the phone recorded incorrectly then?). After the call, the master contacted us, said that he could deliver it only in a week. We agreed on one thing, as a result, to wait another week to start using the machine. We give 2 stars only because the delivery works great.

So they were sent from one to the other. We do not have the right to take it back, they said because the installment plan was issued. They replied that the repair would be completed within 14 days. From the neighboring departments, the consultants refused to just give us the product that we had already chosen. As a result, they chose the product themselves, they found it sealed in a box. Let's go to the cashier. The cashier girl refused to sell, as the product was not checked by a consultant WHO was NOT THERE!!! Well, unless you choose when you're waiting and they send you to wait at the checkout. Couldn't this cashier have called or called someone??? Is this your service???? Is this your attitude towards customers? I will not set foot on you, and I will tell everyone about this attitude towards customers. As a result, they left the kettle at the cashier and went to a nearby electronics store where the consultants are more efficient.

When connecting the dishwasher, an employee of Technocity (who perform this work) reported that it was inconvenient for him to put a tee. Initially, it was announced that work with a cast-iron pipe is paid separately (10 rubles). Then he concluded that this was not possible. It was said on the phone that furniture makers should install the facade. As a result, instead of installing a Premium for 110p, I got a standard for 75p, while changing the siphon (I do not advise agreeing to drain the dishwasher through the siphon-very loudly). An appeal was written to the service center. According to the employees of this center, I had to evaluate for myself whether the installation was suitable for me. They refused to pay the difference in price for the Standard and Premium installation. I advise you to choose other installation workers. I really hope the 35p that I paid for nothing will significantly increase the welfare of the 5th element.

They dragged it out for 14 days, and then refused to return the money or exchange it for another product, with A STATEMENT, think about it: WHEN SELLING, AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, THERE WAS NO RUST ON IT. It turns out that I am the culprit in the appearance of rust)))))) (on the kettle, where it is indicated that it is made of stainless steel or is it checked by boiling water when selling?))))). Therefore, I do not recommend this store, where they refuse to change low-quality goods, besides dangerous to health (the feeling that they got into the 90s) Of course, it was possible to conduct an independent examination, but because of the kettle, given its cost, I did not want to waste my time. NO MORE FOOT IN THIS STORE, especially in other stores in such situations, without any expertise, the store takes the buyer's side, but in this case, on the contrary: profit in any way, even if you give customers a marriage....
