On 12.01.2023, the laptop began to make strange noises, on 13.01.2023, they contacted the service specified in the warranty card in order to figure out what the problem was. They did not perform any manipulations with the computer themselves, because they understood that any interference with the laptop would cancel the one-year warranty on the laptop, for which they would have to pay for another 2 years. On 17.01.2023, we received a call from the service and were told that laptop repair does not fall under warranty, because THE BREAKDOWN is NOT FACTORY-MADE, BUT MECHANICAL INTERVENTION BY THIRD PARTIES! By the way, the breakdown was that the entire cooling system is being replaced, as one of the cooler mounts is broken. We were offered repairs at our own expense, but with the caveat that the part will be ordered by us and it will have to wait a month or more +, respectively, the repair itself. I remind you that the laptop was bought on credit and no one took off our monthly payment obligations! The answer from the store: "We looked at the day of purchase on the cameras, your laptop was working and we are not to blame for anything, figure it out for yourself." Great answer! During the day, we tried to find out on our own whether it was possible to repair a laptop in a short time in other equipment repair services and everything ended at the call stage with the words "Your laptop is new, the official representative does not supply components for your laptop to Belarus and Russia, order the part from China." The situation is like this:
1. The store in an official letter refuses to replace the product or refund it and money;
2. We can't fix the laptop either (only if you order components from China, the waiting time is from a month + the repair itself, in total, you won't be able to use the equipment for another 2 months);
