Today I came to the 5th element for a certain amount of vacuum cleaner, and the consultant did not just start to dissuade me, I literally promised that I would not find a filter for it (I found it on the Internet with delivery in 2 days), and added that I would take the vacuum cleaner to Minsk to the sevisny center myself))). And the rest they seem to be repairing in the store. I added this to the last review./As a store, it's not bad in terms of a variety of products, but everything else is very bad. Consultants are too intrusive, especially with an additional guarantee. And I really don't like that I ask about a certain model of technology, and they start praising a completely different one). Therefore, the service is 1/10

The store is generally not bad, I have repeatedly bought equipment here. However, as for extended warranties, there is a complete deception, such a deception that both sellers and administrators themselves got confused!!!! I bought a sewing machine in 2017, they assured me for half an hour and convinced me to take an extended warranty, it lasts 5 years (i.e. 3 more years are added to the manufacturer's warranty of 2 years). This year, on August 24, 2021, I had to apply for this guarantee, i.e. 4 years later. It turned out that my extended warranty for 5 years is no longer valid, but now there is such a warranty, according to the administrator. According to the administrator, this warranty does not increase, but in my case it is 3 years (I note that the manufacturer's warranty lasts 2 years). In short, it's a complete contradiction. It should be noted that the contract stipulates that: "The term of provision of services included in the list of warranty and service services established by law and manufacturers, but provided within the framework of the PRS, begins after the expiration of the warranty and service periods established by law and manufacturers, and is valid within the term of the PRS" (quoted as follows, as in the contract). Question: who cheated: the seller or the administrator? By the way, on that day and hour, another customer contacted about this extended warranty.

Everything would be fine in this "5 Element" network, but the annoying thing is that when you just go to see something for a specific purpose, then sales consultants run to you with an irritable question - "Can I tell you something?". Plus, I have repeatedly noticed that there is a price tag for the product without any discount, after a while I go back and Voila the same price tag, but allegedly written taking into account the discount, and the real price supposedly rose by 200 rubles. It is a pity that the management does not understand that people are competent and analyze prices.......

However, the last purchase - the Bosch gas surface rotted right after 2 years of use right after the warranty ended. But here it's my own fault, I coveted a discount. I should have taken an extended warranty anyway. Now I understand what the consultant was hinting at when he offered it to me) Other purchases are working fine. So I think it's worth a visit.
