I liked the hotel! I rested alone, in September. I didn't feel any discomfort. Everything is clean, neat, the guys are well done. Really helpful staff. We also had delicious pizza in the pizzeria, the selection of fish dishes is too poor for the Mediterranean menu. The hotel itself is not new, in general it makes a good impression, but the sink drain broke twice and the light turned off twice, there is also a slight musty smell in the corridors (perhaps this is inevitable, at this level of cooling, but it means that ventilation is weak). Problems are fixed quickly, 1 time they even sent a compliment from the hotel fruit. The beach is private, sun beds, umbrellas, towels are all free, clean sea, 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. I didn't like that they were kicked out of the sea at half past 7, the beach was closed, the most pleasant time, but the staff wanted to go home, and the work schedule indicated before sunset. On-site swimming pool, with cooling, sun beds, umbrellas, towels for free. Everything is clean, the room is cleaned every day, the floor is washed, towels are changed, the bed is made, water, tea, coffee are replenished. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and also with a smile. I have been to Dubai in 5* hotels, but I do not remember that so much attention was paid to the guests. Special thanks to the following guys: Komal, Raj, Firuz, Fairdim, Ranjana. Apparently, management is choosing the right team. From the rest: the beach across the street with free sun beds. There is a bus service from the hotel to the Mall of Emirates several times a day. It's a very decent Mall, I don't see the point in going to the Dubai Mall. Everything is here too. I recommend it!

They cleaned the room every day, put water, tea, coffee, sugar in bags. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, safe, iron, ironing board, toiletries. All the staff is polite and friendly. Early check-in was not made out, so we had to wait for check-in, but we managed to drive to the beach at that time, leaving our suitcases at the reception desk. The deposit is not taken, only the tourist fee for the room.

All the work of the hotel team is based on the fact that people get a quality rest and good impressions from their stay at the Aloft Palm Jumeirah 4 hotel. Excellent service, the staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and respond to any request. Cleaning is done efficiently, every day, even without tips. There is a magnificent view of the sea from the rooms, Mexican and Italian restaurants and the pool. We fell asleep and woke up, watched the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. And there is also a magnificent promenade along which we strolled after dinner. The pool is cooled, clean, transparent, with a wonderful view of the Persian Gulf and the Parus Hotel. There are always free umbrellas and sun beds, a towel. Bar. The food is excellent, high-quality and varied, the choice of dishes is both European and national. You can safely take excursions from him. We went from him, we liked everything. The restaurant has wonderful staff. On Saturdays, the restaurant serves crabs, shrimps and other seafood for lunch, and live music is played. The rest was a success!
