We had a rest in the middle of March 2024.I liked the hotel 100%.My husband and I tried to remember where we were served so well as in this hotel and could not remember.The staff is as attentive and helpful as possible, ready to help in any matter!Room cleaning is timely every day, towels were changed every day.The food is also very varied, especially at lunch and dinner.A mixture of European and Oriental cuisine.The beach is not far from the hotel, just 2 minutes at a leisurely pace.It would be great if there is a toilet and shower in the future. Just arrived from this hotel!The rooms are beautiful, the view from the room to the famous Parus hotel, the food is very tasty (fish, meat, vegetables and fruits (lychees, dragon's eye, bananas, lemons oranges!!dried fruits are varied, sweets!! A small but very pleasant hotel. The view from the window (taken with a view of the sea) - you can look at it forever! There is no animation here, but it is not declared either. The children will be bored, there are 2 swings for them and that's it. The beach is a couple of minutes away, clean, umbrellas, sun beds, toilet and shower are available. Towels are provided right on the beach. I really liked the beach. The staff is helpful. 3 elevators, you won't have to wait. There are no complaints about cleaning, everything was changed and replenished regularly. The room has an iron and ironing board, which surprised and pleased me. There is also a hairdryer, kettle, coffee/tea. I liked the design of the room and the carpet on the floor. Nutrition: I would like more fruits and ripe ones, unripe watermelons and melons, a couple of times there was pitahaya and a couple of times bananas, which are disassembled in minutes (whoever got up first and sneakers). But they didn't stay hungry. Several times a day, a free bus runs from the hotel to shopping centers, which is a big plus. That is, you will relax on the beach, and you will be able to quickly and inexpensively get to any attraction from the shopping center by metro.

For dinner, it seemed that everything that was not eaten for breakfast and lunch. On the floor, we had the fifth, there is a persistent chemical smell, and in the room, if you turn off the air conditioner, the smell of either mold or sewage begins to appear. I'm not even talking about a faulty outlet, because there are four of them in the room, and there are two of us and besides the phones there is still something to charge. What is not very good is that you are tied to a bus that runs from the hotel at a certain time to the mall and also departs from the mall at a certain time. A very nice hotel on Palma. There are two restaurants besides the buffet. Cozy rooms with panoramic windows. The buffet is simply gorgeous, I have not seen so many different meals anywhere. The service is super. A snow-white bed. They clean every day, change towels. Everything you need is in the room. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, gel, conditioner, shampoo, soap, napkins. Refrigerator, water, tea, sugar, kettle. The only thing I would recommend is to take an adapter for sockets, since there are others here. The pool is cool, the bar, the beach. A bus that runs to two shopping malls according to the schedule. There is a good Russian receptionist at the reception who will tell you. I'm just in love with this hotel. 😍

Great hotel! A solid four. The beach is your own, you just need to cross the road. Sun beds and towels are free of charge. There are no toilets and cabins on the beach, please note. We didn't need it, but some people do. The food is quite varied. There is an outdoor swimming pool. Bar, restaurants. A gorgeous promenade along the shore. Yes, there was such a moment, there were no bathrobes at check-in. They informed the room service and brought it in five minutes. Daily cleaning and replenishment as needed. Shuttles depart from the hotel to two shopping malls. We liked it, we recommend it!

We have been to this hotel for the third time since the age of 21, which means that we really like this hotel. Excellent value for money. Many Russian guests have someone to chat with. In general, everything you need for a good rest. Private sandy beach with a bar 150 meters from the hotel. The rooms are clean, all of the same category and differ only in direct or side sea views. I advise you to take it with a direct view! Evenings on the balcony overlooking the sea and Dubai at night have sunk into the soul for a long time! You need to understand that a vacation on the island of Palma is not the same as in a city hotel in Dubai. The road to the mainland will take about 20 minutes by car, to the center (Burjhalifa) - 30-40. By taxi, it's about 500-700 wooden rubles for our money. Free buses run from the hotel to the city and back. Well, or you can rent a car.

Positive: - Security: The hotel is located in such a safe area that even my suitcases felt completely safe. The guards are on duty, and you can sleep peacefully knowing that your suitcase is on guard. - There is always a taxi at the exit: A taxi is called quickly and conveniently. The drivers know the hotel, the route and, possibly, your fate. Don't be surprised if they tell you interesting stories along the way or offer you the best excursions. - Hookah man top: The hotel has an excellent hookah area, and the hookah man knows his business. The hookah was so good that I almost left him a tip in the amount of my salary. - Buffet: The kitchen pleases with a variety of dishes, the buffet is quite decent. Minuses: - The staff works so hard that they seem to have forgotten what sleep is. Their work schedule is a real quest for survival. - Service: The service leaves much to be desired. Vacationed with my family at this hotel in June 2024. To describe it in one phrase - a great hotel, we definitely would like to come to it again! Before the trip, we read and reviewed everything we can about this hotel. We understood and were aware that the hotel is small, without animation and is located, practically, at the very end of the palm tree. We were completely satisfied with this. The hotel is quiet, clean and new. Good food, the choice is not very large, but there is always some kind of clean side dish without seasonings (mainly rice), several types of meat and/or fish, fresh and stewed vegetables, very tasty desserts, there is clean and detox water for all meals. For the child, fries or pizza were offered several times separately (for free) for dinner. Seafood is served at the restaurant on Saturdays. The waiters work great. Quickly, clearly, imperceptibly. The Swedish line is always clean, it is closely monitored so that nothing is lying around, there are no drops / smudges and there are always clean appliances to take food. We also visited the Italian restaurant Il Tivoli. I really liked it. We were served by a young man who speaks Russian. Very attentive and helpful. You can take breakfast, lunch or dinner separately at the hotel, but the prices are decent (I will attach a photo). We were on the FB feed. We are happy that we took him. The rooms are very modern, good cosmetics in the shower, excellent cleaning, towels and bed linen are new, pillows are both soft and harder. The staff at the hotel is very professional. They work clearly, everyone knows their area of responsibility. Special thanks to the receptionist girl named WissemShe's just a fairy! Wonderful, pleasant, very responsive and customer-oriented, she quickly helped us with the check-in and with the solution of all the household issues that arose. We will be very glad to see her again! 💓 The sea is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Clean, warm!!! There were no jellyfish in June, you can sit in the water for hours! There are fish, starfish, crabs, beautiful shells. They are not colored, but they are also living creatures, it is quite possible for a child to swim with a mask. An excellent solution from the hotel is inflatable mattresses on the water, on which you can sunbathe. We haven't even been lying on the sun beds for a single day. The hotel has its own private beach, which is an undeniable plus! Towels are given out on the beach and you hand them over at the exit. It is very convenient, you do not need to carry them with you. There is a bar, toilet, shower on the beach. The hotel can be reached in a minute by golf cart, if you are lucky enough to meet him🙂 A free shuttle service to the malls is organized from the hotel several times a day, very convenient, runs exactly on schedule. For small children there is a small pool and a swing, there is no animation. For older people, there is a small pool table and table football in the lobby. There are no shops or entertainment near the hotel. When traveling here, this should be taken into account. The prices of food and drinks at the hotel are high (if you compare it with a supermarket in Dubai, for example). For understanding, I will attach to the review a photo with the price of water in the self-service lobby bar. The hotel is just perfect for a relaxing holiday. In order to entertain yourself and your children, you need to plan trips to the city (museums, malls, markets, amusement parks, excursions, water parks). Take into account the season (for long excursions outside, the summer months are definitely not suitable) and + your financial capabilities. Everything is here, but everything is not cheap, however, the service in the UAE is really great!

Hello everyone We arrived at the hotel around 10 am. We were met by a friendly girl at the reception. We brought a sweet souvenir from Russia as a gift. We were given a wonderful room with a magnificent view of the sea! We were just thrilled! The room is very spacious, has everything you need. Hair dryer, ironing board, kettle, coffee /tea/ sugar, mugs, water were put on every day 4 booth. We asked for 2 glasses, and additional hangers, were given without problems. The beds are comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. We had breakfast (buffet) included. I can point out that breakfast has everything you need. Porridge, omelette, sausages, bacon, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, lettuce leaves, hummus, tortillas, bananas, apples, watermelon, oranges, dragon fruit, yoghurts, cereals, various sweet sauces, bread for toast, croissants and small rolls (baked by themselves), pancakes, butter, jams, several types of juices, water, 3 coffee machines. We didn't get tired of breakfast during our entire stay. There were a lot of Russians in the hotel, the contingent was decent, there were no incidents. The hotel has its own swimming pool. The pool is clean. There were free sunbeds. A swimming pool with a beautiful view of the embankment, the Parus Hotel is visible. Bar, hookah area. We mostly went to the sea, 5 min walk to the sea. At the entrance, towels are immediately given out, there have never been any problems with sun beds, but we did not come too late. There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snack and buy drinks. At the entrance to the sea, there were small stones in places, but it was not criminal at all, special shoes were not required for entry, it did not cause us any inconvenience. The water is clean, sand. There were no waves, once there was a low tide. Rescuers are watching the guests at sea. The hotel gives out a shuttle schedule, they arrive on time. There are enough places. The nearest shopping center is Nakhil. You can also change the currency there. In the shopping center there is an amazing observation deck on the Palm Tree. The distance from Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa is decent, we almost always used a city taxi (use only it, brown taxis, with an official counter). There is an Internet City metro station at the exit from Palma. You can get to it by taxi and take the subway. The metro scheme is very simple. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket machine. I mean, there's nothing to find fault with. We were pleased that we chose the hotel on the Palm Tree and this particular hotel.
