Pretty not a bad hotel, good rooms, helpful staff. Clean and tidy, and most importantly quiet in the evening. Food! I will say this: you will not stay hungry to eat everything, there is little fruit, but in general everything is not bad. Great hotel on the Palm Tree! To the mainland of Dubai - 12km across the entire island, if this does not frighten you - the option is super! Ideally, you need to rent a car. Up to 3 Malls (shopping centers) there are free transfers several times a day. The service is top class, breakfast, cleaning, staff ... everything is good! There is no fault to find! There is an excellent panoramic restaurant with Mexican cuisine on the roof , and a swimming pool on the territory. A room with a direct view of the sea is a separate thrill!

I haven't written reviews for a long time, but then I decided to check in) Since I've been monitoring the reviews on this hotel myself, I'll start with the weather) Yes, it's very hot there now) Yes it's stuffy) But you get used to it on the second and third day! The hotel is new, at the reception a maximum of 2 people speak Russian) The hotel has its pros (there are much more than cons of course) about them later ... Food.. It's not very diverse, but everything is delicious! In the morning, the cook makes an omelet with different fillers to your taste (onions, tomatoes, meat, mushrooms). There are bacon, sausages, pancakes, super croissants and much more) Always freshly squeezed orange juice, pineapple juice, and of course any coffee! The rooms are cleaned daily... The rooms are great with views of the bay and the sail! Do not hesitate to ask for a bathrobe, hairdryer, slippers... also in the room there is a sign on which objects are drawn (shaving machines, cotton swabs, toothbrushes) that you can ask for and they will be brought to you immediately. The beach was closed, but it started its work on July 22. That's where the cons come in... poorly equipped... They brought a plastic cabin with toilets and 2 shower posts on the other side.. The water is hot, the pressure is bad. Toilets are washed constantly... Fans work in them, but it's stuffy in them. The beach is not watched very well (a special tractor does not furrow the sand). sometimes dead fish and insignificant garbage are lying around. Dinners are also varied with meat and fish. Sometimes they give seafood on weekends. Another of the minuses... this is the remoteness of the hotel from the center.. Taxi to Dubai pier to Burj Khalifa will cost 80 dirhams (2000 rubles for our money). It is better to take a taxi to Dubai with colorful roofs (boarding 5 dirhams further down the counter) If you call through the application Karim or Uber boarding 12 dirhams ... But you can go to some malls on shuttles, then change to the subway. In general, I recommend the hotel one-digitally! The staff is friendly, the hotel building is new, the rooms are great, the beds are huge and comfortable! There are many Russians, Belarusians and Kazakhstanis. There are also, of course, foreigners). The sea is gorgeous!

I liked everything. Maybe the food at the hotel was a little inappropriate. For me, there is a lot of spicy and not quite familiar food. You won't stay hungry anyway. Although the hotel is considered to be on the second line, but the sea is very close (no more than a 2-minute walk). The sea is clean and very warm. The room has almost everything: soap, shampoo, shower gel, body and hand cream, toothbrushes, a small tube of toothpaste, slippers, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safe and refrigerator. There is also a kettle, cups and tea-coffee, sugar of 2 types, sugar substitute, milk and bottled water. All this is replenished as needed. The only thing missing in the room was a clothes dryer. Since humidity in the Emirates and linen dries badly, a dryer would not hurt. I write in such detail so that they don't carry too much. Towels on the beach are provided free of charge, as well as sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are also free of charge. There are air conditioners everywhere in the hotel, so the heat is not felt. Buses to shopping centers run from the hotel 3 times a day for free. The hotel is located on the "palm tree" at the very end of the island. There is no entertainment in the hotel. For entertainment in the city. The hotel is designed for a relaxing holiday

The hotel is located on a Palm Tree, public transport does not go there, but there is no problem to get there by taxi.The room is quite spacious, the view depends on the room, but there is definitely nothing frankly terrible.The hotel has its own beach with sun beds and towels, you can buy drinks and ice cream.The hotel has a small swimming pool, but a significant disadvantage is that there are very few sun beds, and it is not allowed to sit on a chair near the pool in bathing clothes.Breakfasts and dinners are usual, but it's hard to stay hungry.The staff is very friendly, and if necessary, they meet you halfway, you can change dinner for lunch, for example, or if you come in late, then use it on other days.There is a Mexican restaurant on the top floor.We were lucky when we went, they said that hotel guests can choose dishes from a special menu for free, but without drinks.These were full-fledged dishes: soup, salad, fish, quesadilla and dessert, the portions are not small, everything is very tasty, plus the view is magnificent.Opposite the hotel across the street is a promenade for walking or jogging, opposite the famous Sail.

Our vacation, of course, was adventurous, but we give the hotel the highest rating, so, in short: 1. Check-in and room: Friendly reception, part of the Russian-speaking staff. As for cleaning, I do not know who writes that the rooms are dirty, this is from the category of fiction. Because they cleaned our place every Day! Even if we pressed the cancel cleaning button on the video table (yes, there is such a thing in the room), we still clarified - is it by chance)) . The room itself, and the hotel is really in the Loft style - very modern, and at the same time cozy. In addition, we were lucky - the room was overlooking both sides of the Persian Gulf! On the main part, and Palm Bay. And this is without surcharges. But, in my opinion, there are almost all rooms with sea views. 2. Food, infrastructure: The food collection line itself is not very large. But, the menu is super-delicious, and varied from day to day, we even found sushi and shrimp on Saturday. You can immediately see the difference from the usual Turkish "all inclusive". There are even desserts and cakes such that it would not be a shame to buy them in a good pastry shop for decent money. The infrastructure is also super: The gym is cool, billiards, table football - around the clock, without any extra charges. There are free trasfers many times a day in all Malls. Life hack - if you want to go to the city for free - go to the Mall of Emirates, - there is a subway connection there. And the mall itself is good, the only thing, acceptable prices should be caught. In particular, I was in the Rip Curl department, and Zara, H&M. And there is also a shop with a pier nearby, it is a separate "brands for less". 3. Beach. Here was an ambush on our dates, about which many have already written. In general, once every few years the beach line is cleaned and improved (this is still an exclusive project "Palm", in fact - an artificial island). So this reconstruction fell on July 12-22, 2023. And we had a ticket from July 8 to July 16. That is, after half of the vacation, we were notified about it. The private beach, which we found before July 12 in 1 minute walk, is nice, sandy. But, they closed it - and offered an alternative - to take it to another beach with a really small number of routes (2 or 3 during the day at first). It is a pity that many of our compatriots immediately poured a tub of slop on the adminitrators, showing complete impatience. Because the situation has normalized in just 1-2 days. We made hourly buses to the nearby beach (15 minutes to go), and the inconvenience was almost eliminated. Of course, it was also possible to add buses so that they would run incessantly at all, but in general, the hotel reacted normally with their intensity. In general, as for the second beach, it was located in the W palm hotel of the same Marriott chain as our Aloft. But, for the sake of such a beach, honestly, you can ride)) - there the territory of the hotel is different, focused on Europeans. And if we have 2 pools in Aloft, then there is a cascade group with 25 pools)). And employees walk along the beach and bring ice water in any quantity for free) In general, for us, these temporary inconveniences were completely blocked by the service. 4. Staff and impressions: There was not a single hint of indifference, rudeness, intolerance. The staff is all friendly, sincere. People are the heart of any business, there is complete order with this. They also went to meet us on departure - they allowed us to stay a little longer, because the next guests had a later check-in to our room. We got the maximum impressions from the rest. Impressions of the country, too. Be sure to take a sightseeing tour of Dubai - we have completely changed the attitude towards this country. They thought that the Arabs were lucky on oil money once for 1 time and for life, now they are chic. But, they found out that they reduced their dependence on oil revenues from 90 to 5 percent by creating a tour and investment infrastructure, thanks to a competent policy. And so, indeed, the UAE has managed to present itself to us in all its dazzling glory! Have a good rest!
