To begin with, reading 4.9 is still far from an objective assessment, in fact there is much less. It takes a very long time to wait, about an hour for 3 Burgers, when the hall is filled by 8-10% - so-so. The Titanic burger felt like it was being pulled from the bottom, considering how long it had to wait. The food itself is also not very good: something is too salty, something is a little bland, no one asked about roasting the cutlets, the food is barely warm, without wow. For half the price of the stock, even more or less, for the full price, it's a complete horror, not a single burger is worth its money. The impression is rather a complete failure, starting with waiting for about an hour in an almost empty hall and a meager meal. It's better to go to the same BC, where it's faster, hotter, and even tastier. There is definitely no second time, but after visiting once, it's even a pity that you wasted your time.

I've seen a lot of different advertisements for this place on Instagram. However, it's been a long time since you've ruined an evening with friends so much. The burgers were cooked for a very long time, it would have been fine if the expectations had been fulfilled, as a result they brought (The largest burger in Minsk), which was almost the same size compared to the other two, the meat was disgusting, as if it wasn't cooked enough. The cucumbers are disgusting, there's a lot of lettuce, I couldn't finish it, because I wanted to throw up. But this is not the most important thing, we initially ordered a set of 10 SHOTS. (exactly the shots). After a while, they asked the waiter to bring the same, 5 shots (a small set) and 10 shots (a large one). As a result, they brought not shots, but TINCTURES, which were more expensive, and as a result, the receipt also indicated not a large and small set, but 3 small sets, which cost more. I didn't have the time and energy to swear, the most disgusting impression that I definitely could not have expected from such a HYPE restaurant. If I could, I would give -1 a star. I don't recommend it to anyone.

We decided to celebrate our birthday in this place and were not very satisfied. The atmosphere of the place is good, as is the music, but the food is not the best. We placed an order and were told to wait up to 40 minutes since it was a gastrofest and there was a full load, an hour passed, they brought us dishes from the gastrofest, the first thing in the burger turned out to be rotten cabbage, the ribs were dry and it was not even possible to chew them, while they also ordered two salads, it would seem that they cut vegetables and serve but the chefs thought so, in the end they sat for an hour and a half waiting for the salad and no one came, went to the administrator and told us to wait another 15-20 minutes, apparently they forgot to do it, eventually they brought us salads and there was also rotten cabbage, well, how can you do that. As an apology, they brought us 5 shots, of course it was nice, but the evening was ruined. I'm not the kind of person who likes to quarrel in establishments, but it was too much, don't the chefs see what they put in the dishes. I'm disappointed with this place, although the reviews were good.

Then the potatoes will be brought , then the sauce (they carry it for a very long time ). Let's talk about the waiting time. We waited for 2 hours . WE WAITED TWO HOURS FOR OUR DISH. The waiter staff doesn't even warn you about the waiting time. If we had known that we had to wait TWO HOURS, we would have chosen another place. When we asked for more information about how long our order would be ready, the waiter left for 10 minutes and then we had to call her again to tell her how long our dish would be ready. The second time I came a minute later with the phrase "they didn't answer me when I asked." The chefs are already doing an excellent job here. Ignore the waiter = ignore the customer. They also cook the dishes . As I mentioned above . Either the potatoes are not served immediately , or the sauce is carried for 15 minutes . I would strongly advise against going to this institution . This is not the first time here, and we face the same problems every time. Today we decided to give it a chance and realized that it was a waste .

The burgers themselves are juicy and release juice. We packed 4 large burgers in a regular foil. All the food and the bag were covered in burger juice. We also ordered pork ribs. This is generally a separate story.… The restaurant serves large pieces of meat with a minimum number of bones, liberally coated with sauce. We received 4 small pieces of ribs, dry, very little juice. We also ordered meat cubes. There was nothing but fat. They also didn't put gloves for burgers and ribs. 4 napkins. I believe that the cost of the order is 306 rubles. It would be possible to provide normal service in the same way as in the institution. We visited you often and left a nice receipt with tea. But after this incident, I don't want to come back to you anymore.

Burgers began to be brought cold, it gets to the point that you have to ask for heating. The sauces inside the burger look like they just came out of the fridge. I was there during the Gastrofest. The set is delicious, satisfying (the two of them could not finish eating). The choice of alcohol is normal, at the level of establishments since October. The staff is gorgeous, polite and pleasant to talk to, the girls were always happy to help and answer all questions regarding the bar and menu. The menu items are relevant, even if something is not on the menu - you will definitely find it on the next visit. The place is very multifunctional, and is suitable for a delicious American-style family dinner, as well as for a break-up party with friends. Already here I was wary about having a good time. Okay.. the order arrived sooooo fast. It was a plus, but the corn we ordered was brought cold, and one serving instead of two. I decided that the second one would be delivered now and calmly ate my burger. I found a bone in the cutlet. And the second portion of corn was never brought. I asked a passing waiter to call our waiter to us. He said yes now. As a result, no one came up to us for 7-10 minutes and we had to call a guy passing by, apparently the administrator, and explain to him the situation with corn. Soon the girl brought us hot corn, but the mood for a positive evening was no longer particularly good. After the calculation, before leaving, a guy caught up with us - the same administrator - and, as an apology, treated us to a tincture. That was at least some positive thing about the service that evening. To the administrator for resourcefulness - 5 ⭐ But for the rest of the service that evening, the score is 2 Only at the expense of the administrator, the final score is 3 At least a little cheered up) I know how great you can work and I want to come back to my favorite place again. We've been to the restaurant before, and I'd like to leave so many unflattering reviews today. We booked a table in advance for 14:00. The order was not accepted quite correctly and not carefully, they immediately asked for 1 coffee (it doesn't seem to be a long dish). It came along with beer and burgers. There were 4 adults and a child. The order was brought to 2 adults and a child, while the other 2 waited (they thought to prepare a little longer). As he ran past, the attendant asked if everything was okay and saw our questioning eyes! Which is good! Where is the order? Then we waited for the order! One of the burgers turned out to have a lot of garlic sauce (the composition of the burgers was previously clarified). And the cherry on the cake is the order with you- we brought out burgers without sauce (which is included in the composition). We checked it well and knew what the sauce should be. It's called - the spoons were found, but the sediment remained!!!

Atmosphere and drinks (sangria) fire. Everything else leaves much to be desired: Beef ribs 600 grams for 60 Rubles were terribly fatty, the beef itself was obviously old, and the meat was salty and dry. I wonder how this is possible. Burgers for 3/5 only thanks to a 50% discount. We always looked for the waiter's girlfriend ourselves: she would forget to bring a glass, then she would not serve plates (she brought two portions of ribs for 4 people without individual plates). Overall not bad, pork ribs 👍 Most likely we will not return :(

Later, they searched for her with their own eyes and called her! But after the payment, she began to smile (apparently she decided to earn extra money for the kettle). But for such service, honestly, I don't want to leave anything at all. With all this, the bar was half loaded. There were a lot of empty tables!
