But the excellent quality of the food could not compensate for the poor service. At first they put me outside, although I clearly expressed a desire to sit inside. The evening wind was quite cool, and I quickly began to freeze. When I asked to move, the waiter rudely informed me that there were no seats, despite the fact that I saw empty tables in the hall. After waiting a long time for the order, when the burger was finally in front of me, I was almost ready to leave because of the cold and disappointment. And at the end of my visit, it was time to pay, and then the waiter disappeared again for a long time! I felt completely ignored. I was prompted to write this review by the memory of that evening when I was going through the photos on my phone and came across a photo of that delicious burger. It is a pity that such a good product is overshadowed by the incompetence of the staff. If you decide to visit American BBQ for burgers, be prepared for unworthy service.

Potatoes for the price of a Boeing wing are delicious, with salt. The salad is interesting, but the taste is average. And I liked the corn in the sauce, it was sweet. Well, somehow I came up with an idea with a friend to visit most of the popular places where burgers are served in Minsk. This place was the first in the queue (the queue was taken at random) . We took one set for two (as far as I remember it was called "Set for two"), which consisted of two identical burgers, French fries and ribs in glaze. I'll start with burgers. Since this was the first burger joint I visited(McDonald's, BK, KFS do not count), then my expectations were overstated and they were partially justified: the burger was really tastier than in chain establishments. But there is one THING! After I went to other places, I can fairly say that the burgers here are far from the best, not so juicy, not so tasty, and in general NOT THAT, I was there more than six months ago and I can no longer describe them in detail, but in comparison with what I tried later I realized that American BBQ is not about burgers. Their French fries are basic - without frills and seasonings, I can't say anything bad about it. But what I can praise is the ribs in the glaze, the third dish in the set. They turned out to be really tasty. The meat was tender, served in a sweet glaze and peeled off the bone very easily. In total, what we have: burgers here are 6.5 out of 10, potatoes are not punimechatelnaya, basic, ribs are top (I want to believe that the rest of the barbecue will not disappoint). Maybe I would go again, but only for the sake of trying the rest of the meat. In general, my verdict is not bad 7.5 out of 10 not weak for the overall picture.

We visited American BBQ today as part of the gastrofest festival. We ordered a festival set. The place is themed, cool design. There was a small queue, but they didn't wait long. We were with a child 1.9. 1 what we didn't like, they put us at the table and gave us a menu and that's it. No one came up to us for 10 minutes until they stopped the waiter themselves. There were a lot of people, the waiters were running back and forth. The tables that came after us were served faster. The second point is food. The set is varied and delicious. BUT. Solyanka is something. The most terrible thing we've tried. And it doesn't look close to the photo. There was 1 piece of potato in the plate, 3 circles of olives, and some torn meat. In short, it's not tasty. And bread. It was clearly not the first freshness, hard and tough. The rest of the food was delicious. The meat was soft, the ribs were falling apart. I liked the place, I advise you.

The vegetables are raw, the chicken wings and legs are dried, it seems that this chicken was chased from Moscow to Minsk. The sauce consisted of 89% WATER. The French fries were covered in SAND, which crunched on my teeth. It was a pity for the money. If they had not lived in Semkavo, but in Minsk, they would have returned. TERRIBLE FOOD!
