Today I decided to look for a new place to have a snack and settled on this institution. Upon entering there, I was greeted by a very attractive American atmosphere, which creates a certain mood for a meal. I got acquainted with the menu and I want to say that the choice here is good, before that I was in an institution where the choice was very modest ... I stopped at a burger and lemonade. I didn't have to wait long for the waiter, just in a few minutes my order was accepted by a nice girl named Julia. I was ready to wait a long time for my order, but the cooking time amazed me. Everything was fast. The burger is very juicy and so delicious that when writing this review, "my mouth watered." In many cafes, lemonade consists of carbonated water and syrup, I expected about the same. But here the lemonade was mashed, which surprised me. To sum up, I want to say only one drawback - this institution is not located somewhere in the city center, but I would like to do the opposite! Otherwise, everything is great! The price, menu, dishes and staff are all at the highest level!

We were on the last day of the summer gastrofest. The impression is twofold. The very idea of the hall is for 7/10. As for the cleanliness of the furniture and interior by 3/10. Sofas have been asking to be cleaned for a very long time. Refresh and refresh the entire interior. I was surprised that with a huge landing, there is no person (administrator or anyone) who is responsible for the seating. We went in and searched for a table for 5 minutes ourselves, although it turned out that there were empty tables, they just did not remove the dishes from the previous guests. The waiter girls are great. They are nimble, beautiful, they clean the table on time during meals, but you also need to try to catch them if you want to order / pay off. The food is 7/10, but I dare say it's because of the heavy workload and the large flow of people. If you go into a more free time, everything will be much better.

But this has never happened. Or something will not be conveyed and there is no point in waiting for this dish. Or the order will not reach the kitchen in principle for some reason. The waiting time is always from one and a half hours and at the end and does not depend on the workload of the hall (if there are fewer people, then the guys just take their time). Tables were almost always reserved because they couldn't sit in the hall a couple of times. The staff does not warn that any actions are starting or, more importantly, the actions have been interrupted and does not consider it necessary. Maybe in a couple of years we will come back with the hope of improving the work of the staff. We are extremely disappointed in the near future and we are not going to visit this institution anymore.
