There is a small museum at the entrance behind the elevators. At the top of the balloon there is a panoramic view of Nurzhol Boulevard and its surroundings. The most beautiful view in my opinion is when flower beds in the form of ornaments are planted around. There are a lot of very bright paths and birches around Bayterek. A walking promenade, you can have a great time with your family, outdoors. However, it is designed for summer time, or rather from May to September inclusive. During this period, street vendors work on the territory, mainly selling goods for children, as well as ice cream in cups, cotton candy, popcorn, corn.
Baiterek is located along the promenade, as well as two shopping malls Keruen and Khan Shatyr.
All along the boardwalk, I noticed only one public free toilet, near the singing fountain.
Small-scale trade is a cause for caution, because along with official traders and quite a few unofficial traders.
The promenade is not developed in winter.
Walking here is not particularly interesting.
Concerts are held near Bayterek in the summer. And sometimes street musicians perform. But most likely they are not allowed to work.
I think the akimat, spending huge amounts of money on the improvement of this site, does not think at all about the benefits that can be obtained in the form of taxes.

An enclosed observation deck with a panoramic (circular) view of Astana. There are elevators inside, it's a little crowded, as well as on the upper landing, where everyone is queuing to take pictures. But nothing prevents you from admiring the view of the city (and it is excellent, because the place is chosen correctly) from the two lower platforms. Try to come at sunset on a weekday :), I think there will be fewer people and it is very beautiful!

I visited Bayterek for the third time with my two sons! The organization is on top! Very pleasant and attentive staff! There is an opportunity to drink coffee with a croissant in the viewing area. There is a souvenir shop on the ground floor.
