Cons: each visit to the center is a test for the visitor's nervous system. It is ALWAYS necessary (on any day of the week) to spend at least an hour and a half in the queue. They are called "jumping" through the queue in the ticket, although they are accepted by the same operators.
Operators work not just slowly, but very slowly. But at the same time, do not forget to inform visitors at 14.40 that the service is open until 15.00 (Saturday today), that at 15.00 everyone is on the way out! And people stood for more than an hour and waited. I was "lucky" today, I made it to 14.50.
I did not even begin to figure out that I was not offered to write an application for a refund (balance), since I came to terminate the contract. And that in the order form, the reason for termination of the contract is not the one that I named (I am not satisfied with the services of the center), but "change of residence"! I just gave those ten minutes to the next customer.
