The location is the very center of Astana. Between the presidential palace and Bayterek. Next to the golden towers of the Golden Horde. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are good. Clear. Pros:
Location, good staff, comfortable bed, good wifi, normal size room
Cons:
The room is very hot and stuffy and there is nothing you can do about it, if you open the window in winter, then after 10 minutes it gets cold and blows. The refrigerator was not working, breakfast was on 3+, the alarm clock was not working, he asked to be woken up by ringing the room, but they forgot about it and did not call.

The breakfast is excellent, the choice is sufficient, the staff is polite. Future guests should note that payment is made in cash only in three currencies: tenge, euros and dollars. Russian bank cards, even if they have the required money, do not work.

The hotel shows that it used to be very expensive and good, but the shift of the city center has made itself felt. Now it is a very clean place with a fairly well-worn room stock. There are scuffs on the furniture and walls, in the bathroom, although nothing falls off, cracks in the tiles are visible, the deterioration of the bathtub and sink itself. Perhaps there are no more disadvantages. Good location, wonderful staff, everything worked properly in the room (conditioner, hair dryer, TV) the bed smelled clean and was ironed, the towels were straight snow-white, hygiene products such as soap shampoo shower gel were available.
A good place for a comfortable overnight stay and a short stay for a relatively comfortable price.
