Good service. Great location. Decent infrastructure in the area. Among the disadvantages: mediocre room cleaning (a lot of dust on the TV, doors, under furniture, dirty windows), few fruits and healthy products for breakfast. Before that, we were at the Hilton, breakfast for all 4 stars, there are three here.

The food is delicious.
The room was dirty, with remnants of construction debris. The wallpaper is worn, there is a strong wind from the window in winter.
The service is disgusting - they just don't notice you until they get tired of you with your question.
The location is great.

The first disadvantage is the lack of Parking, only paid! The room is dark and the air conditioning is very noisy. Breakfasts are hardly stretched to a C grade. There are very few tables, I had to stand with a plate in my hands until the table was cleared and the dirty dishes were removed from the table. The hammam included in the price was never entered, the doors were simply locked or already occupied by someone.

The breakfast is varied, there are vegetables and fruits. I printed documents, quite a lot, 40 sheets, they took a small fee for it. I was surprised, because they usually do it for free in Russia. In general, we were satisfied, the bed was really double, and not shifted twin (as is very often the case in Russia). The location in the center of Astana is very convenient
