I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The windows faced the avenue. It's hard to sleep. No window insulation. It's cold in the room without a colorizer, there was a colorizer. The room itself is very spacious, with a huge bathroom. It's all clear. There is parquet and carpet on the floor. The breakfast is mediocre, but it's enough for me. There are plenty of restaurants around, malls are all within walking distance, as well as attractions. Banks are also all nearby. The girls at the reception are smiling, the waiter downstairs in the bar is efficient and polite. It is an excellent choice for business travelers. I advise you!

We left Astana yesterday and there is something to say about this hotel :)
1. It is VERY hot in the rooms, so that I had to open the window at night (and it is minus 15-20 outside the window). At the same time, the air conditioner does not work and there is no way to turn it on.
2. It was indicated on the booking that there is a Hammam. We were delighted and took swimsuits. We approach the reception, ask if the hammam is working? The young man answers that he only works until 18:00, and the time was already later. We arrive the next day, there is already a girl at the reception who informs us that the hammam does not work in principle. After that, we asked the 3rd person, who said that everything works, but for money.
What is this supposed to mean? Why do the staff provide completely different information?
3. When checking in, it feels like you are being done a favor, that you are being checked into this hotel. The check-in took exactly 1 minute, but no information was provided at all about where breakfast was and what time it was? I came at him like a fool at 7 a.m., but it turned out he was at 7:30. This is usually reported just at check-in, but they didn't say a word about it. As if the main goal is to move in as soon as possible and go about your business. A girl was settling in.
The hotel itself is not bad), but I did not like the points described above.

Of the advantages, I can only highlight the convenient location of the hotel and comfortable pillows.
Now for the cons:
- Checked in before 14:00. The girl at the reception asked if an early check-in was needed. I told her that if it was possible to make an early check-in, it would be great. The girl remained silent and began to prepare the key. After she gave me the key, she clarified how I would pay for early check-in. In my opinion, before making a paid early check-in, you need to announce the cost to the guest so that he decides whether he will pay or not. In general, in most hotels, early check-in is complimentary if there are available rooms, and they were at the hotel.
- It was very cold in the room, there was a draught from the window (it was sealed with masking tape around the perimeter). The air conditioner cannot be adjusted for heat, it simply did not work. At the reception, I was offered to move to another room. I moved in, but the next room was unbearably stuffy and hot, you can't open the window to ventilate the room at -20. It was also impossible to turn on the air conditioner. In general, a blanket was not needed, I slept without it and was suffocating from the stuffiness.
- The hammam was not working.

The first disadvantage is the lack of Parking, only paid! The room is dark and the air conditioning is very noisy. Breakfasts are hardly stretched to a C grade.
